Glenn repaired a couple of dents on my 2021, Ford, F150, Lariat.Glenn has a great work ethic. He set my expectations on work and low price. He then went about exceeding both. The F150 has an aluminum body. I wasnt sure what to expect. The results were like magic! I know where the dents were... and now see no trace. Very happy customer.

I came to Scratch Busters after scraping/denting up the side of my truck. The scrapes were really deep all the way down to the metal. I made an appointment for an estimate and Glen was able to get me in the same day, which I was so grateful for. Glen was very honest and upfront with the costs. What can I say about these guys! They really care about their customers and their business. And Glenn was definitely no exception. He was completely honest and straightforward with me. He told me, if he cant fix it, he wont do it. He also gave me an option of allowing me to fix it myself, telling me what I should buy and how I should do it. Of course I wanted him to do it knowing hed do a great job, and he gave me a great quote. The back left side of the bumper was basically being held by duct tape; there were cracks all over and was literally falling apart. It took him a couple of hours; the glue he used was waterproof and solidified. He added a bunch of screws keeping it together. I tested out how durable it was, and it was actually stronger than it was before it got all busted. And the price? Way better than I expected. Replacing it would have costed me $1000, but I paid only a fifth the price. Highly recommended! And what a great guy too!

I recently purchased a 2003 BMW wagon, which is in very good condition other than a spot of rust on the rear quarter panel just above the wheel (a very common rust spot). My goal was to get the panel restored back to its original condition as best as possible and to preserve the car for many more years of driving. After speaking with Glen of Scratch Busters, he gave me a lot of confidence in his skill and ability, so I had him repair the rust. Im very pleased to say that Glen exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job on the repair. There is no indication that the spot has even been repaired; it looks brand new from the factory! I am extremely happy with the paint repair that was done on my vehicle. I had some collision damage along with scuffed paint and rust that was not worth involving the insurance company over (I drive a paid in full 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage). With that being said, Glen was upfront and honest that the job wont be perfect (unable to remove the dents). I was ok with that because I figured anything was better looking than brown unsightly scuff marks on a white vehicle. When I picked up the car, it was like nothing ever happened to it! Now that the paint is fixed, attention isnt drawn to the dents on the vehicle. They are no longer as noticeable unless you look closely. That is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Even though I drive a basic car, I still want it to look nice, and Glens work exceeded my expectations. The price I paid for the repair was also significantly less than I anticipated. Scratch Busters was an excellent experience from top to bottom. They worked with me to schedule an appointment to get my car in and to pick it up. AMAZINGGGGG! I got into a minor accident (my first ever) and didn’t know what to do. I called Glenn’s (the owner) wife to set up an appointment and to ask what to do next. This poor woman sat on the phone with me for a half an hour calming me down and telling me it was going to be alright, I was a blubbering nut bag. I called after hours but she still answered and gave me Glenn’s direct number and said give him a call and he can assure you it’s all fixable. When I took my car in I was treated so wonderfully and he took so much time to chit chat with me and explain the whole process. Had a difficult dent in a tough location to repair on my red VW GTI. Glenn did a fantastic job getting it out. I came to Scratchbusters last fall after my family member accidentally backed into my car causing some extensive damage to the front fender to the point that I couldnt open my passenger side door. I was easily able to call in to arrange a same-day estimate.When I stopped by, Glenn the owner was very comprehensive in his estimate and the situation. He told me he would try to save the original fender, but would have to wait and see once he could get up to look at it. He was able to give me an estimate of both saving the fender and if I needed a new one.Glenn did what he could, but he called me back once work started to let me know that he did not feel comfortable with keeping the old fender as it would not hold long term. He had put in a lot of work already, but I appreciated his honesty and he ordered the new parts. Within a few days, my car was ready and you couldnt even tell there was previous damage. He had mentioned beforehand that silver can be hard to match (and my car was over 5 years old), but the blending done on the paint was seamless. Co-workers who happened to see my car before it was fixed couldnt believe how good it looked after, like nothing had happened to it.On top of this, the pricing was very fair and competitive for the work done. I had stopped by another local shop to get an estimate and they were nowhere near as thorough and just seemed to throw me a higher number without explination. Glenn obviously knew his stuff and took the time to explain, which I greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to return or refer anyone to Scratchbusters.

My car had acquired numerous scratches and a few deeper digs, one on my car door and one on the front bumper through normal wear and tear of owning the car for several years. My dad having gone to Scratchbusters (and having Glenn fix my Moms car after a fender-bender), suggested I bring my car to his shop. Im so glad I did, as I can honestly say that the car looks brand new . He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Glenn and Scratchbusters if you are need of any autobody repair.Additionally, both Glenn and the receptionist are very friendly and professional, making the whole experience 5 star worthy.

They did amazing job matching 10 year old silver paint! First sign of rust (and multiple deep scratches…) sent me wild, looking for a place to fix it before its too late. I was quoted 4k from one place to do full paint job but the owner assured me that it would not be necessary. I was skeptical about paint matching but my friends cannot tell the paint apart. (They thought I just washed and waxed the car) I can because I have my carhead eyes on my own car but nobody wouldve guessed it had a paint job. Hell theyre envious because theyre on stupid leases. And I still have a 10 year old car looking great in condition. So thats the quality you want. They took care of some rust and painted front and back bumpers as well flaws on doors. Now my Pontiac (since they stopped making them and yea, a vivid Pontiac fan here) looks fresh out of dealership. May not be worth the investment on an older car but theyll save you a load of money. Im glad I did. Theyll go extra mile. Id definitely go back (hopefully not with another sob story about some bastard who cant park) but I would. Hashtag Save the Pontiacs. Haha. Especially the GTs and gtp and the gxp.

I dented the right fender on my Honda CRV when I brushed a fire hydrant leaving a parking lot. It caught the wheel well and pushed it back pretty good, I couldnt even open the passenger door because it would catch on the newly reshaped fender. I selected Scratchbusters because I was in the area of the airport and the reviews seemed good. Glenn the owner is straightforward and tells you exactly what hes going to do. And then he does it with amazing professionalism and attention to detail. Initially he used various tools to push the fender back into place so that the passenger door could open without removing anymore paint off the edge. Then he sent me on my way with a quote to include a new fender, paint, and a touch up on the door edge. I put down a modest deposit and he went ahead and ordered and painted the new fender. Several days later I returned and dropped off the car. When I returned about 5 hours later he was wrapping up and the fender looked as good as new. He had perfectly matched the paint on the new fender with the car body, and the chips off the passenger door were gone. It looked like it had never happened, the fender was fit against the door and bumper snugly with no gaps or misalignment even though we went with an aftermarket part. He doesnt try to upsell you either - the rubber molding around the wheel well was pushed in as well and somewhat warped and Glenn stated he would heat it and try to reuse it rather than just buy a new one, which he did.All in all a great experience (as experiences at a body shop fixing your screw ups go). Glenn is honest, very reasonably priced, and above all, very good at what he does. I never got another quote but Im certain based on previous repairs Ive had over the years he was in the low end of what this repair could have cost. Plus hes an independent business owner and for that reason alone I think hes got pride and integrity in ensuring every customer walks out happy with the result. I know I was. Got a dent or major job? I think its worth your time to check Glenn out.PS - I also found out that one bad review was retaliation by another automotive shop (not a body shop) that was displeased when he called them out on their shoddy repairs on his own vehicle. They never used his services. The name of the shop is posted in his office. The other is from a guy who worked for him for a week, and then was fired. For people who have actually entrusted their car to him he seems to have a stellar job.
