Got a low-speed impact dent on a rear door that affected the latch function. The Dealer quoted $1200 for the repair.On the recommendation of Hettig Service (a solid, dependable mechanic,) took it to Dave who was very accommodating and explained the options and cost implications.He wanted to start with a paintless dent removal effort as the least expensive, and if that worked suitably, hed fix the latch and be done. We were going out of town, so dropped the car with him and returned to find a PERFECTLY repaired door with a fully functioning latch, buffed and polished and looking brand new -- for about 30% of the Dealer quote.Decent, honest, straightforward. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Excellent service. Dave really helped me out. Another local shop had screwed me and Dave went above and beyond, fixing the mess the other shop caused and getting more from insurance to save me money out of pocket. Hes quick to respond, professional, personable, and accommodating. Fantastic shop.

My car was broken into and whoever did it really messed up my front passenger door. I definitely needed new glass as mine was shattered, but we weren’t sure about what would happen with the door. Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best work done while keeping the cost as low as possible. To top it all off my car was detailed and there isn’t a piece of broken glass to be found. I am so appreciative of him and his team and I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future!

I had damage to my card due to someone running me off the road. Im a fairly new and careful driver and it was a scary experience going through this process. Dave was very patient and did really well with giving me continual update and assurance. I was very satisfied with how personal this transaction was.Thank goodness that I only had cosmetic damage (Front and rear bumper + headlight replacement+paint). From the moment I first called to when I picked up my car, the whole process only took a week, mainly on my end to make sure finances were going through. I was only without my car for less than two days.

I needed to get some damage repaired to an almost brand new car and say that Allstar had some good reviews from others on Google so I decided to go here. Dave is an extremely nice person, very down to earth and really cares about the people that come to him for repairs. I had never had collision work done before or processed a claim for it through my insurance but Dave was very patient with me and helped me through the whole process, answering any questions I had. He was more than willing to work with me on a special scheduling request I had as well as clearly outlining all possible options for my repair, both top tier and budget friendly, so you know he isnt trying to rip you off like most other places. The repair on my car made it look as if nothing had ever happened to it and in my opinion went above and beyond (which included a very good protective covering of the interior of the car for when the mechanics had to move it, which is one of those little things most repair shops wont care about). Overall, the repair was fantastic, the service even better, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest place that wont rip you off and does great work.

Dave and his group were incredibly helpful. After being referred to them by Hettigs, I knew I was in the right spot when I walked in the door. Dave was speaking to a senior who was worried about being without her car, so this guy offers to pick her up and take her on errands during the day while her car is being repaired!! That is over the top customer service.The repairs to my truck were excellent and he even had his guys sand down some pre-rust spots and repaint the tailgate. Highly recommended.
