From the wonderful person at the counter to the awesome jeweler who did the work was such an awesome experience and I walked away super satisfied and will be bringing MCJ more business soon. I needed my wedding ring resized and they did a terrific job. They gave me a reasonable quote and what I thought was a very quick estimate of the time it would take. Needless to say when they told me that the earliest it would be ready was Thursday and I got a call on Wednesday, I was over the moon. The ring firs perfect now and they were able to do it without damaging the intricate design. It was all shined up too. I should also mention that everyone was friendly and professional.

What a great jewelry store. The owners were so pleasant to work with. I purchased a necklace that didn’t quite fit me properly. The next day I called and was told “No problem at all”. I did exchange it or for two necklaces the next day. A shout out to the repair man “Sarkos”? (Sorry about the spelling). He does excellent work!

Most of the places I visited had some pretty unfriendly and/or unknowledgeable staff.I found MCJ on places on my phone and it was close to my work.I walked in for a casual visit and was not pressured at all despite the fact that I was the only person in the store. Craig the owner did a great job of asking me questions to help guide me to the right loose diamond for my fiance and my budget (In fact he showed me a stone that met all of my requirements and was well below my budget).We then discussed several setting options including custom building one. I decided to go with a setting he already had at the store. Once again he showed me a setting that actually exceeded my fiances expectations and was once again well below my budget.My fiance compliments me every day for her beautiful ring and I have MCJ to thank for it.

Wonderful customer service! I called earlier today needing a ring removed as Im 34 weeks pregnant and my fingers are swollen. They tried Windex first and determined it needed to be cut off. After being quoted the price for removal, Craig and Sarkas were completely understanding to my pregnancy brain and understood when I walked out WITHOUT paying! I went back in to fix my error and am completely blown away by their understanding and generosity. Not only was the job done quick and painlessly, they didnt make me feel bad at all. I highly recommend these jewelers!!

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend, now fiance, and I set out to look at engagement rings. After going to several of the larger chain jewelers, and leaving those stores feeling like we just got slimed by a creepy salesperson, we found MCJ Jewelers.As soon as we walked in, we received a very warm greeting by Craig. We shared with him what we wanted and showed him some pictures and within a few short moments, he showed us the exact ring she wanted. It was gorgeous, and, he matched it with an equally gorgeous diamond. The GF, now fiance, was stunned at how beautiful it was!She wanted to sleep on it for the night and we had a few places left on the list to try. As soon as we walked out of the store, I knew, no matter what, I wanted to buy that ring from MCJ. After a couple of other visits to stores that yielded slimy & disrespectful salespeople, it was a no-brainer.On top of getting the ring she wanted, we also got a way better diamond than anyone could show us, at a price no one could beat, AND, we got her wedding band included!!!But please know, we didnt buy the ring at MCJ because of the high quality and the best price. We bought the ring at MCJ because of the customer service. Craig and co are the best and they treated us with respect and care. MCJ will definitely be my go to store for jewelry!

I like these guys. The owner was very professional, and the repair guy was also very good at what he did. I dont care where everyone lives - everyone should come to MCJ Jewelers for their jewelry and/or repair needs.There is also a toy puppy on the couch that took me a while to realize it was fake - just as a warning before you stare at the couch for more than 10 minutes.

Serkais was a master jeweler, that took a 73 year old antique ring, and made it look new without losing its beautiful authenticity. Jane was friendly, encouraging, thoughtful, and her advice made the ring buying process that much more pleasurable. AND - she said yes and is in love with the ring!
