WORST EXPERIENCE.For starters, we are new to the area and wanted to have the home deep cleaned before moving in and they did not lock up when they left and the home was left unlocked for 2 days!We were charged $381 for the cleaning of an empty 3 bedroom ranch with finished basement. They forgot to dust anything, my feet turn black from walking on the wood floors and crumbs were found in/under the cabinets.When I cleaned the bathroom myself I was able to remove stains on the floor and tub so I am not sure what they cleaned beside the requested refrigerator and oven which cost an additional $35 each.I am frustrated with this company and disappointed that I didn’t listen to the previous reviews! I assumed people were just being picky, but that is not the case. I do not recommend polish maids inc. because they do not provide cleaning services. See the photos of what was missed when cleaning. They offered to come back and clean again but they should have done it right the first time. It’s what we paid them to do.

Yesterday was the best cleaning Ive had, thanks to Ivanna. If earlier I thought that it was well cleaned, this time with Polish Maids it was perfect . And the bathroom I never saw so clean and polished. Everything is shining. No other company has cleaned the house so well before. 5 ++

We hired Polish Maids to help our family with an extremely neglected and dirty home. The house was in terrible condition and needed a serious deep cleaning (for starters). Polish Maids was very responsive to my long-distance request for help (I am a long-distance relative). I spoke by phone and text with the owner, and she understood how much help we needed. Despite the terrible conditions, Polish Maids agreed to send a crew to clean on consecutive days. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this cleaning company. If I could give 10 stars, I would. It was easy to pay via Venmo. I will continue to use Polish Maids for regular cleanings.

I made an appointment through phone call for moving out cleaning on 6/25/2021. I stated very clearly that I want to make an appointment for 7/6/2021, after 11:00 AM, and I have repeated for at least 3 times that they should not come before 11:00 am because my moving company will occupy my home before 11. Their customer service said I am all set. However, they showed up on 7/3 2021 8:30 am and charged me full price nearly 300$, even though I am not there so the service is not done. There is no confirmation email or text within 1 week after the phone call. If you dont want to lose your money, please do not use their service.

I am writing to let everyone know how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. They scheduled me for the deep cleaning at 2 pm. Fifteen minutes before the appointment they left me a message that they will come at 4 pm. In 10 minutes they called back and let me know they they will not come because they are stuck in downtown and 4 pm is very late for them. So, if you want to have a screwed day - hire this company. I have never every seen anything like that in the United States.

Stay far away or from this place. I paid for a deep cleaning and they didn’t even wipe off the kitchen counter or cabinets. They also left a large black ring on the wood kitchen island. Customer service claimed to be checking with the owners about compensation then just charged us anyways including a 3% credit card fee that was never mentioned.

The maids were very nice, professional and did a good job BUT… I never hired them! I called for a quote a month prior, never confirmed anything, didn’t put down a deposit, didn’t get a confirmation, nothing. It was my understanding that by not responding, I was not hiring them. Therefore, I hired a different company to do the job, I received a confirmation from them, paid a deposit and they came and cleaned last week. Yesterday, I was on a job where there was very limited internet connection, apparently the polish maids company sent me a text confirming service to the next day. I didn’t get home until 2:30am. I woke up a 10:30am, and to my surprise, there were 2 polish maids cleaning. Apparently they had been cleaning since 8am. I contacted their manager. The manager said I owe $480. I said I never confirmed this and the place was just professionally cleaned 5 days ago. He didn’t care. Insisted I pay $480. I offered to pay the 2 lady’s for their work (just bc I felt bad) but I felt the company shouldn’t profit off the mistake. To sum up, nice, professional maids, terrible company and rude management. IF YOU CALL FOR A QOUTE, THEY WILL SHOW UP AND CHARGE YOU! #Unprofessional

StAyed upstairs way too long so by the time 4 hrs mind you I paid for, she got downstairs she did a teeny tiny bedroom and bathroom, KITCHEN NOTHING DONE,LIVING ROOM NOTHING DONE Hallway did a quickie as she was walking out cus I complained!!!!DID NOT GET A DEEP CLEAN, ONE PERSON SENT, BARELY GOT A CLEAN. 300$ out the window and I didnt have that too spend but had too save. So unhappy!!!!

They didnt schedule the time correctly, and they didnt send any confirmation until it is too late to cancel. As a result, they charged me $283 without any service done. If you have any other choice, then dont use this company.

I am surprised to see great reviews about them.My experience was very bad and very disappointing from the beginning.I called them at 11.30 and had made arragements according to that.But they called me at 8 am on sunday morning and said a lady is ready to come in 15 minutes.I said we werent ready but somehow told them to come at 10.30 after waking my kids and giving them bfast.The lady who came had so much attitude from the beginning.She did not respond well.My undertstanding was they would do 5 hrs of deep cleaning and will charge 295$ for that.But as she came in she asked what did i want and she asked where to start.She seemed unaware.Also people pls be aware what is deep cleaning and what all is covered.my house was in pretty good condition.It just needed thorough cleaning.She started off with bathroom and was doing everything at very slow pace and i began to wonder how she will do the entire house. To put in short,she hardly had time to do the kitchen and almost left it undone .No doors were cleaned..The floors were vacummed and mopped..but she made no effort to move a thing!!I was literally behind her and moving stuff.She did a very light work..she refused to touch my kitchen counter saying these things r expensive and i cant touch.so almost the counter was un touched..the kitchen floor was not cleaned..jut an over all cleaning only..i would never call this as deep cleaning.even the owner or lady who ever called was not very coridal to me.Truly i did not have a good experience.I wasnt aware we have to put AC for these people to clean.I got a call from the owner and she spoke to me in a rude tone that u r supposed to on the AC for my person to work..My husband told me she was looking at the thermostat and looked like she was taking a pic.She was so rude that I was making someone toil in the hot sun and punishing her by not putting th AC on.Immediately my husband switched on the AC for 5 hrs.Seriously it was a waste of money that day and i was not satisfied...she dint do dusting properly and the house really do=id not look any better..it looked the same as what the house would look like if i took timeto clean.Please talk to them about the terms and conditions and what is really deep cleaning...and what all is covered.Am sure a lot of people areout there to do good cleaning service and for lesser money..the only reason why i called them was because i thought it was a professional service.For 300$ and 10$ tip, 2 cups of juice and diet coke...which i offered ..all i felt in the end was complete disappointment!!I will never use their service again!!

I came across these guys a couple of weeks ago when I learned from my friend that she inherited an old house in the neighborhood and asked me accompany her to see it. Its an old but good cozy 2 bedroom two-storied house which was fully furnished but since noone lived there for some time, it needed some cleaning to be done. So we started to check who could do it and we came across Polish Maids. We had two ladies who cleaned every inch of the house in such a perfect way that I myself would love to move into that house. I cant move there, of course, but thinking of hiring the ladies to do the same magic to my own home :)

I had a great experience with this cleaning service. The individual that showed up was on time and was very thorough and professional. She even tidied up as she was cleaning. I was highly impressed with the service. The lady was even understanding when I had a small dog that is not aggressive but tends to bark at strangers. My first time using them. SO VERY DISSAPOINTED! First I was quoted $1200 for the entire service. (I have a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse) Then they said they misquoted me and for 3 hours it would be $155.She showed up approximately 15 minutes late. My kitchen, dining room and living room never even got touched in those 3 hours and I was not willing to pay for more time. It should not take 3 hours to clean a 1300 sq ft townhouse when I live alone and keep up on the cleaning weekly.When I spoke with Mark he told me he had seen pictures of my house and it is extremely dirty and probably hasnt been cleaned in over a year. I then proceeded to ask for the before and after pics of my house, I was told they will be emailed. (still dont have them)I then called everyone that has been at my house in the last 2 weeks to ask if my house is extremely dirty the standard reply was if your house is dirty they would hate to see mine.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! They suck and just want your money! They only got 1 start because I have to give something, otherwise they would get nothing

We had someone come and do a one-time deep clean of our house. It took just over 4 hours for our 2-story house. Olga did a very thorough job and everything looks very clean!

Mira is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time and does not cut corners, she is thorough. I have had so many different services over the years and it never quit met my standards. It was always lacking and I felt like “I could do this, I want the stuff I can’t get to done!” Mira did our office and then our home and i was above and beyond impressed. Even a co- worker said wow she even vacuumed the dog bed! She is the best, but everyone I have spoken to is so friendly and so great. I highly recommend!

BEWARE of this horrible company!!I have never in my entire life written a bad review of any sort as I know it can be damaging to a business but this one needs to be written....I was looking for a new cleaning company as I recently moved to a new town and hired polish maid company to come clean my home. They stated that it would be $250 for first time cleaning which was for 5hrs. Knowing my home was clean and didn’t need “deep cleaning” I asked that we do 4hrs instead. The woman booking stated that would be $200. I agreed and paid the 200, 2 days before they were set to come. The day of cleaning I called the service 3 separate times and spoke with a gentleman to give very clear instructions on how they should enter and leave my home to ensure my dog did not get out. It was very simple as all they had to do was close the garage before opening the 2nd door to enter my home and then close that door again prior to opening garage when leaving. I even called a second time to confirm with the gentleman that he did give these instructions directly to the crew before they arrived. He confirmed that he had done so. Fast forward to later that day when I get a frantic call from my neighbor that he witnessed the cleaning woman leaving my home, get into her car look DIRECTLY at my dog as he jumps and runs around her car and peel off not only leaving him outside in the pouring rain but also almost hitting the dog and my neighbor as he goes to quickly grab my dog. The neighbor said he must have been out there a while as he was shaking and totally drenched.i have no words for how evil a person has to be to look at a little dog and just decide to peel off and leave him. The neighbor stated there was no denying that she saw the dog as he was jumping at her door and she looked at him as she decided to drive off. I immediately call the service and get the same gentleman on the phone. At this time he is beyond apologetic and stated there is no excuse for what just happened and apologized profusely. I state that I will clearly not be using them again and that I hope they use this as a learning lesson. had my neighbor not been there to grab him this could have had a much worse ending and I would hate for it to happen to anyone else. He agreed apologized again and that was it. That was all I intended to do to handle the issue. Several days pass an I begin getting texts from some woman at the service demanding that I pay an additional $120 because they sent 2 other cleaners there. They never called to ask for confirmation that I wanted additional work or hours done or I would have declined as I even told the woman I booked with that the downstairs was the most important and that they should just get done whatever that can. I would not have ok’d the additional charges that they simply decided mid cleaning to add on without consent. Firstly, I came home to streaking glass all over my home. And floors that were spot washed and not totally mopped where they did mop whatever they used was matte leaving white streaky residue that had to be re mopped by me . The cleaning itself was not cleaning at all let alone “deep” cleaning. The master bathrooms tub and 2nd bathroom floor and shower tile weren’t cleaned at all, most things in the home weren’t even touched and it was an obvious wiping down of the visible parts and leaving the rest as is. All things I wouldn’t have mentioned as I was simply irate about the pure neglect of my dog. But now this company instead of apologizing for their mess up is harassing me to pay this unauthorized additional charge which in and of itself is a total SCAM! In a matter of days things went from an apology from the man at company (I think his name was mark?) to a woman threatening to “take action“ and demanding payment. When my husband attempted to call her to resolve the matter she stated that her crew denies leaving the dog out and they are now accusing us of making this up. Who in gods name would make this up?!? And for what reason??? My neighbor and his wife were physically there to witness it!!

I was using this cleaning company for a little while. Everything was okay at first, cleaning was good but time was always a problem. The quote they give you after the first cleaning was fair but the ladies always run out of time so they were missing some important spots. The language was always a problem because most of the ladies didnt speak English and the communication was very poor and sometimes and inconvenience. The last time that I used the services was to clean an empty house and the job was very poor. The floors were not clean properly, the fridge was not even touch, some of the window werent clean, the bathrooms were dirty so the cleaning was awful. I called and spoke to Mark about the issue, he was able to send someone next day to fix the problem. As they know the house was empty the lady arrived but she didnt call but wait 40 min before contact the office so they can contact me. I got there 20 min later and Mark told me that they will charge me for the 1 hr that they wait outside. I was pretty upset because I told him that the job should be done the day they came first and it wasnt. Now they wanted to charge me when the job wasnt done. He told me Im sorry but the owner is not willing to waived it. Very unprofessional response.

Horrible. Maids walked around talking in polish about how much there was to clean. Wasted 20 mins walking up and down looking at everything. Didn’t clean the door windows or kitchen sink. Charged us $290 for 2.5 hrs. Horrible. Then just got debited another $225 bc there was a misunderstanding. They said they’d refund that. Horrible experience. Maids were not nice or friendly at all. Do not recommend at all

My maid came for for hours only straighten up the master bedroom and barley cleaned cleaned the kitchen.I heard great things about this company but they failed my expectation as a whole. I contact the main number to complain and was told if the maid needs more time I would have to pay. I would never reccomend this company to NO ONE, as I became my own maid and had to clean up my own house the day I hired a POLISH MAID.

I wouldnt even have given one star!! I thought this company was good and professional but was utterly wrong. First off, they sent three maids and one was legit a child (looked about 15 years old) and they charged for her service which I wouldnt have minded if she did work, all she did was stand around with a duster and pretended to look like like she was cleaning. The other two worked however, they charged me $310 for two hours which they didnt do it was only an hour and a half because they were late. I was also helping and cleaning along with my sister and the house was not deep cleaned it was barely cleaned. When I called to complain the guy never got back to me or even try to come up with a solution. All I wanted was my house cleaned and they said they would have stayed longer to clean but the price went up $120 for each extra hour and with their HORRIBLE CLEANING SKILLS and CUSTOMER SERVICE I refused to pay more. Found a new company who did an amazing job and very nice plus they didnt charge as much for my house. *** I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT YOUR SERVICE WAS SO AWEFUL WITH RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I feel obligated to let others know before they make the decision to call you!
