Originally hired them to clean my rental property, which the tenants left a mess in. After seeing the job they did there, especially the refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven, I called them for cleaning the gutters and installing gutter guards on my home. Both jobs were done exceptionally well, and for a fair price. In fact, my realtor asked me for their business card for work on properties she is helping others rent or sell.

I used Property Refresh to do a deep clean on my familys house and the results are truly amazing. The cleaner (Helen) cleaned the house spotless from top to bottom. I cant recommend this company enough. Ive never had a house cleaning that was so thorough. Thank you to the Property Refresh team!

Six stars if I could! We bought a house that had been unoccupied for a spell and was pretty gross. Then add in a couple of weeks of construction mess and you have yourself a pretty unlivable situation. Olga came out promptly and quoted me accurately within six days of me needing the work. Every cabinet was wiped out, dust gone, grime gone, some gross fridge gunk gone. Truly amazing and fastidious work! She and Marry worked so hard and made this place somewhere we were excited to bring our children to!
