After searching many places to find the right place to change the rod bearings in my E60 and E46. I spoke with Alex and we did E60, happy with the E60. couple months later, we spoke with Thomas to do the E46. We were so happy with the service we bought the E60 back for exhaust upgrade.. Professional and knowledgeable about BMWs, they know their stuff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought in my BMW 335i for a simple intercooler & fuel pump install. Both were installed sloppily. MY car literally dumped a full 17 gallon tank of gas onto the concrete when I filled up not even 6 blocks away after picking up my car. They did not apologize nor reimburse me for my $60 in gas. They treated me as if they were installing my parts for free vs me being a paid customer. Did I mention that they were 8 days late (also without apology)?If you value your European sports car - RUN. Go LITERALLY anywhere else. Heck, even a shady craigslist guy would be better than paying a premium hourly rate for embarrassingly sloppy work.

Alex and Ken are outstanding and passionate about high end performance tuning, both for street and track use. They were recommended to me by another Mercedes C63S owner, and I had them install downpipes, intake, and perform pre/post dyno. I have also used them since for other reasons, including track preparation. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will continue to bring my vehicle to them for all of my performance and track needs.

Went for an estimate a week ago. talked about the issues and work needed on my M5 with Tom and Alex. Nothing crazy, just some suspension replacement and miscellaneous work. I Was told I’ll receive an estimate by end of the day or next day. A week later, nobody called. When I followed up a week later, Alex said his guy is out and will get back to me shortly. Never heard back from them..What an awesome hospitality and professionalism. So disrespectful. Haven’t seen any business to turn customers away from the get go. And not really sure what all those reviews are based on? Close friends and family may be?! Whatever... no excuses

Performance Eurowerks did a tuning for my 2020 BMW X3M. They were referred by a coworker who had great things to say. I can tell you that they did not disappoint. Alex and Ken were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and were able to squeeze me in even though theyre extremely busy. They delivered my vehicle within the promised time frame. And boy, their tuning that they installed is absolutely incredible! Ive had other sports cars where I had tuning done for 2 - 3 times the cost. They added about 100 hp for a fraction of the price. Not only that, Alex and Ken were a pleasure to deal with. You definitely will not be disappointed! I will always bring my cars to Performance Eurowerks in the future and will recommend them to everybody that i know! 5 stars all around!

After buying my f80 m3, I was looking for a reputable shop who can work on my car like it’s their own. Tried different well-known euro performance shops, but wasn’t satisfied with the work. Luckily I stumble upon PE’s Instagram page and decided to give them a try.Took the car for turbo, crank-hub and PE crank-hub capture with a custom tune and I was super impressed by the work along with exceptional customer service. Everything was done properly and installed how it should be.Prior to f80 I owned a 370z, S2k, Mk7, MK7.5, VW CC and 8th civic si. All of my cars were tuned, modified but i was never happy with the work. From broken sensors to missing clips. At PE my car came back the way I left it or even better.Eventually, after beating the hell out of my car and putting her through hell I decided to build my motor. PE snapped once again!! My f80 is one of the fastest within the chicagoland area! We are still not done with the project as I need addtional parts to support the power goal we have for her; however, pockets are empty at moment. LolDo yourself a favor and take your car to PE!!!! Best crew in IL!!!

Called to inquire about a tune for my vehicle. Called three times and each time they answered the phone and hung up on me. Not answering no questions or just saying no not at this time. Very poor customer service who ever they have answering their phones.

Alex and Ken run a fantastic shop here. Whether its building a race car from scratch or regular maintenance, theyve got you covered. Theyve done a tune on my E550 and were looking into exhaust options.

Knowledgable, accomodating and efficient.Im more than satisfied having chosen to swap the rod bearing for my e90 at PE. The price was around $2000, the lowest quote Ive encountered, and Alex and Ken did a very competent job from setting up the appointment to even fixing extra quirks after completion. They are also very professional and were nice enough to spend time answering plenty of my other questions. Will definitely look for future opportunities there.

My best friend introduced me to a very reliable and honest performance shop, they usually work on European cars but were friendly enough to help work on my Mazda 3 sedan and also my older corolla s for something simple. the guys are very cool. and friendly and the shop is super clean, which is definitely a plus and means they are serious about their work and shop. great communication between them so I am in and out at the promised time frame. it is a much better experience than some chain or dealer. chain shops and dealers will take hours for a simple task and will never be done by their promised time frame. I will only bring it to a dealer or chain shop if it comes free with warranty when purchasing a new car. but if its out of warranty, I will probably bring it to a performance shop like this one.

I initially took my M4 in for downpipes install. I was really impressed with the cars they were working on, Thomas was the one handling the work on the car, his work and attention to detail was impressive it’s safe to say the work was done right and now they’ve made me a PE customer for life.

After reading reviews I decided to drop my car to do clutch upgrade. Drove my car to this shop. Long story short after replacing 3 transmissions and 2 clutches and waiting about 2 months I ended up towing my car to the different shop. Do not Recommend.

I was referred to Performance Eurowerks by a friend who has his racecar serviced there and spoke highly of their work.Communication with Alex was always polite and timely and their price quote was the most affordable out of all the shops I spoke to in regards to replacing my IMS bearing on my 996 911. As such, I chose to use them for the job and I am so happy that I did. Alex and his team met my expectations and more.
