This place is fantastic. I started coming here on my lunch hours back in 2017 because it’s near the ADP office. It’s location is very close to the 91 fwy’s Beach Blvd. exit. The staff is always kind, professional and clear in their communication. They are matter of fact. Prices are extremely reasonable. They even service Audi A3 ETron’s! No need to go to an Audi dealer and pay $600.00 for a necessary oil change. They serviced my vehicle for under $100.00 and vacuumed it. Regular (Basic) oil changes run $25 to $30 bucks. Coupons are regularly gifted out as well.

The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond with the efforts for a simple oil change, leaving the inside of my car looking better than when I arrived. They are quick and very professional. Our family will go nowhere else!

I always get my oil changed with the premium charge price and I expect the 21 point inspection to include looking at battery. Well my battery died and no thats not their fault but the AAA person who gave me a new battery commented the corrosion on my battery was the worst shed ever seen and I have to agree with her. She also said the coolant was super low which is also part of their 21 point inspection. I expect you to tell me when you see an issue and top off the fluids that IS part of that service. So watch them like a hawk or you coukd have issues too!

Fast, friendly and good service. I got the $24.95 basic oil change, which includes a new oil filter too. Surprisingly clean since it is an oil change location. Nice area to sit either inside or outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air. I would definitely return for future oil changes. I think from start to finish I was in and out in about 20-25 minutes, and there were two other cars ahead of us. Check them out.

First of all do not leave valuables or tools in the car.Second somehow my new battery was swapped with a 10 year old battery. Cant prove they did it but it was the last place with one day we had problems that the car would not start.Third I asked the guy if they checked all tires for pressure he said yes. Driving home the warning light came on.If you read this and have similar experiences contact the Better Business Bureau.I have four cars I used to take there. I know of four other families that will no longer take their cars there.

Awesome service and good prices. Jiffy Lube wanted $80+ just to fill my car with synthetic oil. Here I paid for the full service, got synthetic oil, and paid for a new air filter since they took it out to show me how dirty it was getting, and it STILL came out to less than $80. Bye bye Jiffy Lube, these guys have your number and do their job well.

Great place to get an oil change. Ive been coming here for over a year and they have always done a great job. Its nice that you dont have to get out of your car and I have never had to wait. These guys never make me feel pressured into purchasing any unnecessary add-ons for my dodge neon. Overall, very efficient and professional.

The Best Lube Shop in Buena Park.

I will be coming back here again this will be my go to shop for my oil change services from the minute I entered I was greeted with a smile by Antonio and told to have a seat in the office if I’d like and that someone would assist me when my vehicle enters the shop he was very nice and welcoming a few minutes later a man named lazario greeted me and let me know my car takes synthetic oil and what’s included in the service he explained everything to me in detail and I went with the $69.95 service a few min later he came back in and recommended a air filter he showed me my old one and it was very dirty he then went on to explain what the purpose of the air filter is and that when a new filter is installed it helps the car get better gas mileage and makes the car run a lot more smoother I let him know I didn’t have a lot of cash on me and he gave me a discount on the air filter which was very nice lazario was very professional and nice didn’t pressure me into getting anything. As a female it felt nice knowing what I was being sold and also being showed the item I was purchasing and seeing for myself that it did need to be replaced. I left happy knowing that I wasn’t taken advantage nor pressured to get something I didn’t need you guys are great I will be passing your business cards to my family and friends.

Be careful with your oil change, dudes dont replace your oil glitter or drain your oil. I just had an oil changeAnd all they did was top of the oil and didnt replace the old filter with a new one. Bunch of crooks, me and my family and friends will never use this rat hole place anymore.

Gr8 selection too (cactus cooler, coke etc)..massage chair! .. I forgot my phone in my car and they let me get it and even made sure i was safe doing so..they did NOT try to upsell me at all..EXTREMELY friendly..not pushy or annoying..it was fast service

In and out within 20 minutes. Conventional oil is 19.95 which includes an oil filter change. Each vehicle is quickly inspected and given recommendations on minor servicing which is a huge plus; Ive been to some places that just watch you drive away with a slipping timing belt and not say a word.This place is simple but efficient. Youre not waiting around while it looks like your car just sits there and the staff is helpful. Only thing I with they had is a water dispenser but I guess with the efficiency you can go to Dennys after for breakfast.

I always get my oil changed here but when they had good service. I always check my air filters before going in, and I also check my tire rotation at the honda dealership for free. I went in with clean filters and evenly pressured tires. After I left 3 tires were at 40psi and one was 20psi! During the check up my clean air filter had obtained a huge area of dirt on it! I checked it prior and it was clean. I will not be going back here ever and I will tell the people I have recommended to not go back as well.

This place likes to scam their customers. And by scam I mean offer products and services that cars do not need. They also decided to change the type of oil they put in my car without telling me. This place is not honest and I dont trust them at all.

Reasonable price and they give you 10% off if you return with the previous oil change receipt from them. They dont try to upsell - at least not to me. :) Also almost no wait - fast and efficient. Been going here for 3 years.

Dont go to this places all this oil is recycled oil that ppl dump multiple things on it better buy youre on oil and put your self or pay someone to do it.

This shop broke the wiper cowl on my car when replacing the wiper blades, and we saw them try to scam an older gentleman into buying a new air filter he didnt need.I brought up the newly broken piece on my car, and the guys there denied that anything broke. They even said I cant explain what happened, then why are you so adamantly denying that you broke it if you arent aware of what happened?? They told me to come in Monday and talk to the manager and look at the videos - to prove what??Also, while we waited, they tried to pressure an older gentleman with a walker into buying a new air filter. He protested and asked they bring out his existing air filter, and lo and behold it was very clean, and certainly didnt need to be replaced.I will never come here again, and will warn everyone I know to stay away from such a terrible establishment.

Been there a few times now with different vehicles and every time they are quick and efficient. They do tell you if they found any issues during their inspection but dont try to upsell you more services like other places Ive been to.

Stay away from tire rotation. These guys don’t know what they’re doing. I hope the oil change was sufficiently done. I’m skeptical after they butchered my lugs.

Oil change I been been going to place over an year now and the one time I didn’t watch them change my oil 4 days later my engine dies on me and stop on me on the freeway because they forgot to put oil in my car, but they tried to blame it on me because I had a slow leak, but how do you run out of oil after 4 days of changing your oil, it is because they forgot to put oil in my car

Good place. just had my oil done, very young guys so you know the wanna do the job right and not care so much of getting your money like the old mechanics... they wipe your windows, vacuum your car all this when you are getting an oil change.. had the $49 or $65 for full synthetic.. and of course i chose the $49 mobile 1 full synthetic. overall its a place i would recommend. .

I used to frequent Lube Express for oil changes until they doubled the price of synthetic oil from $55 to $97 and thought it was funny and lied and said its always been like that. I save all oil change receipts (helps when selling car at a later date). They told me to bring it in because its always been $97. Dont support crooks and people out to get the average citizen. These people will only hurt you avoid, avoid, avoid.
