I have been a loyal customer for over a year washing multiple vehicles at this location. A month ago the finish on my Honda was damaged when running through the wash. The wash left a streak down my car, which was photographed by their staff my number was taken down and I was advised Management would call me. The following week no Management called me, so I went down to speak with them. Photographs were taken my number written down and I was told they would remedy the situation. Again no one contacted me. I hoped they would have fixed the car wash and drove my car through it again cause I cannot stand to drive a dirty vehicle, this time the wash left the finish stained to the point that I was crushed… I advised staff who took pictures wrote an incident report- I called corporate, they told me management would reach out, and once again no response. I have lost all confidence in this car wash as a consumer due to the damage my vehicle has sustained, and the lack of professionalism by their management. I am completely disappointed with this location. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and this is how I’m treated!

The staff is amazing and makes it easy to come back and give it another go at a sparkling clean car.. The negative is that my car is never clean when I use this wash. 😔

This place has gone downhill immensely since they first opened. Every time we go there is an inconsistent clean across the car, usually leaving the entire front dirty at the minimum. On our most recent visit we watched the car in front of us get part of their car torn off to the point they stopped the wash and had to remove the piece and the kids who pulled it out were sitting there playing around with it. Once we got out we realized that somehow the wash completely tore apart our front license plate holder which had been perfectly in tact before. The vacuums don’t vacuum anything and one of the hoses was completely broken. An entire waste of money.

Prices are higher then $3 car wash but you pay for what you get. Great job in washing the vehicle right the first time. Got the wash 2 weeks ago and selected the wash with wax. It has rained 4 times in 1 week and the rain beads up and rolls off the car. Very satisfied.

Great place to go and get your car washed. I go there at least once a month with my busy schedule it sure help me out. If your car doesnt clean the first time They will run it to me the car wash again for free. Customer service great.

I love this car wash better then the one across from it. I feel they do a better job at cleaning my truck and they are friendlier and yoy actually talk to someone when you pay not a machine.

The staff is great but the car wash sucked it left my car full of water spots and left my car worse then it was when I went threw the wash. I will never go there again. I had to hand wash my car when I got home. 15 bucks I paid to mess my car up.

I live 150 miles away but needed a wash. They signed me up for a monthly plan...I had my card company reverse but, yikes: not cool with the Tom Foolery. Other then my scammy experience I found the car wash amenities and facility very clean. Everything worked well.

I purchased the monthly membership. Got the one time upgrade. I washed my car and it still looked the same almost. I might try it one more time.

It is a good car wash and always has gret customer service. Just wished they would spray both sides of car before it goes into the carwash.

Tire dressing is the worst, vacuums only half work, has gone way done from when they opened. I will be going to super star when they open on Miller

Have had about 4 washes here now between both my cars and I am a happy multi car membership holder! Love the quality of this place and the staff is always friendly, I paid for my first 2 washes and was so satisfied with them that I came back and signed up for the monthly membership so I could enjoy unlimited washes! I love how they use filtered water so it doesn’t leave water spots on your vehicle! Will continue to come here as long as it stays well maintained as it is a very new location but so far I’m impressed with Quick Quack!

Not impressed. Left water spots all over my windows and didnt really clean my car. The reps were nice. Not their fault.Also, the vacuum I used... The handle was broken and the attachment kept falling off. I was in a hurry and I didnt feel like going back to lodge a complaint. I dont think Ill be going back.

Staying open until 10PM would make more sense because so many of us in Buckeye work farther away! Plus its cooler to clean out cars later!

Good service, I recommend the $16 car wash. It smells good I take my little nephew here for fun he loves the smell the color of the soap and the lights.

The monthly deal is worth it. You can add another vehicle for a reasonable price.

Just know I will be a regular I will continue coming back the thing I love the most about it is how it has its own brushes to clean the tires and rims my tires were shining yes I have chrome rims I had to shine them myself but other than that I love the car wash I will be a member and love the free vacuums even the staffs were nice it was just a good place i give it a five

New facility that will probably get a run for its money when the other car wash opens. I wasnt to happy with the wash that I recieved for what I paid. There was nobody around when I pulled up but I waited for a bit.

These guys/gals are always GREAT (as far as wait times, kind/courteous, etc. Car generally comes out clean, etc. Today, however, it was like they were were only using WATER to clean the car. VERY minimal suds. In fact, I couldnt even smell anything other than a dusty- water smell. No colored foamy stuff. So unless theyve switched to a no smell, no foam, no colored version of cleaners?? I love the clean, fresh smell that I normally get when washing the car, along with the protectants (that I would ALSO normally see/smell) Especially down here in the Valley of the SUN!! As an end result, the dust was washed off the car, so thats..... Good?

I got there at 7:14 a.m. and it was closed its supposed to open up at 7:00 a.m.

Went there a couple weeks ago and the water was terrible it left water spots everywhere, I went today and mentioned it to the attendant who said you can expect that with the $4.99 wash that’s why we want people to upgrade to the more expensive wash I said I don’t pay $5 for water spots and that I won’t use this car wash again he said that’s fine with him. I went across the street and paid $1 more and got a great wash. Quick Qack is wack

This place is great. I get the Lucky Duck monthly package. The reps are great. For being young kids, they have great customer service skills. The car wash does leave my truck clean but lately not completely dry. I wish the dryer lasted a little bit longer. Hate the water spots.

Super friendly staff. Truck was fairly wet when exiting, but I had a towel with me to wipe down. That would be my only request is a drying towel so that I dont end up with water spots all over the windwos.

Paid for the best car wash they have $15.99 and it didn’t even touch the back of my suv and barely washed the passenger side.

Not my favorite car wash but gets the job done. Free vacuums. They do have good customer service. I got the middle choice wash and wasnt impressed. The air dry at the end left a lot of water on my truck. The good thing is that if you get the membership they have locations in other states as well.

I was not happy with my wash, there were few parts of my car that was still dirty.

Its worth paying an extra dollar the car comes out cleaner. I wish they would go back to wiping down the windshield it makes a big difference seeing as how my truck always has bugs. The vacuum works on both sides and its rarely crowded.

Mitchell was amazing! He explained all of the different types of washes and explained all the amenities available in the parking lot. I will seriously come back just for the quality of customer care that was provided. The wash itself was excellent as well. Smells so good when driving through and my car was squeaky clean after. Really recommend this place to anyone needing a wash.

I had the simple, cheapest car wash. This was on Tuesday being that not so busy. The quality of the wash was very poor. Stayed soaking wet, with soap drip stains all over. Being that I was only doing the wash and ride. Not a happy customer being that the comparison does a better job I will not not return...

LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. We lived in the area from January through October 2020. Got a membership for unlimited car washes, paying 19.99 a month. Never had any damage to our vehicle during the car washes. Free pre-bug scrub before washing the car (which is extremely rare). Free vaccum and compressed air to clean inside of car. When we moved from the area, we called and spoke with an amazingly friendly gentleman who canceled our membership, without any hesitation. If we are ever again, in an area with Quick Quack car washes, we will definitely pay another membership. 😀😀😀

Loved it! They are doing a wonderful job with their Grand Opening promotion! The vacuums were the best I have used to date, amazing suction and deep cleaning. Updated review: First time two visits happened when the location was first opened. These experiences did not go well. However, I was recently invited back by the now manager, Aron. He was kind and inviting and listened to my concerns. It was great to see they now offer complimentary towels to dry off the vehicle after a wash. The wash was great this time. Vastly improved since my last visit and the staff was kind and very helpful. I would recommend you check this place out. Definitely surprised me!

They signed me up for a membership that I did not sign for or authorize! Car wash was mediocre at best. Run far away from this business. Tried both Quick Quack and their competitor across the street. Feels like Quick Quack washes better, applied more soap, and the nice sleek wax with similar pricing to their competitor. Only thing I want to see in the future would be the bug remover at the beginning of the wash. Overall, Id recommend this place!

Theyve improved now, they spray for bugs religiously now than just the little squirt the others used to do.

In fairness, we had just arrived in Phoenix after driving through a winter storm and the car was covered with salt. HOWEVER, if theyre advertising that they wash cars, they should at least be able to get the salt off.I wasnt impressed.RE: the road grime, it was salt, and it had been there since the drive to Phoenix the previous day, and it didnt show up until the car dried.Im still not impressed.

The carwash alone does an ok job, and the staff are good, however my problem is, they use rails, to pull your car through. My car has been modified for over 10 years and sits just 2 inches lower than normal height. I dont know why theyre not rail free like other car washes using conveyor belts and not rails.

We have been coming here for months and always leave with a spotless car! The wash itself features fun lights and colors, so make sure to bring the kids/pets!

Brand New Location with all brand new equipment. Water for the washes is double filtered. Covered work bays to prep your car for wash, vacuum, etc. Also an air gun at each bay to blow away excess water that hides in the small crevices on every car. The employees were super nice. I asked for an A to Z explanation of every service and price. They covered everything for me.

Awesome car wash! The employees are super friendly and if you buy a monthly car wash you can add your other cars for half price. The wash itself uses soaps and filtration on the water that leaves your car spotless and it smells good too!

The staff are so friendly, courteous, and efficient! The vacuums are plentiful and strong! Only missed the fifth star because the wash itself left a little bit to be desired.

Friendly and Fast Service

So this is where I had a bad experience, but how the manager responded made it better. I understand accidents happen, but really how you respond from them is what matters. I went in and they let in a truck that was extremely muddy, I was the lucky guy to drive in right behind it and it scratched up my car pretty bad. I have a black car, so that only enhanced the scratches. I brought it up to the staffs attention and quickly I was connected with Aaron the manager. He acknowledged my concerns and told me to get quotes to get the issue resolved. Aaron gave me his cellphone to stay in contact with and communicated with me through out the process. He was able to turn a bad experience into a pleasant experience by how he handled it all. Obviously I learned my lesson of going through these fast throughput car washes, I will stick to good old fashioned hand washing going forward, but Im sure these car washes serve their purpose and hope the car wash makes the necessary adjustments to avoid having the same problem on other customers.

Went through this wash while they had the free car washes. Its easy and fun and has pretty color changing lights as we drove through.The one negative is that the vacuum hoses are mounted solid and not on a swivel. A friend told me he broke one off and while the service worker brought the ladder to secure the vacuum hose he says, Not again. Meaning this is happening often and this was in the opening week.

Im dropping my review from a four-star, to a one-star. I took my wifes car through the car wash, after using both of our cars on the unlimited wash service. The unlimited wash service gets my car, a Kia forte, fairly well. However, on her Scion xB, it completely misses the passenger window. COMPLETELY. None of the brushes even come close to it.I couldnt believe it, when I got out of the wash and the window looked WORSE than when I went in...So I went through again, this time watching to make sure. I watched as the brushes completely missed the whole entire passenger door and window. Unacceptable.Staff is pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Great Service. Semi-okay wash.
