Hello manger/owner I went throw the wash around 6:20-630 tonight as your employee failed to stop a older version of a BMW with a hanging front light just hanging by the wires as your male employee told me after I I ran it over while I was going throw the wash after running over the light my car was lifted by 1 inch I have a lowered car. The headlight got stuck under my frame making me having to drag it and pull over and use a jack to get it un-stuck. Thankfully there was no damage to the oil pan or any other parts of the under frame of the car. If so you would be paying for the damage cause by the employee failure to stop the driver or even hitting the red stop button. The rest of the headlights that broke off is on the rocks in the left side. Unless someone picked it up.

This is a new location so this good rating is probably due to the fact that the equipment there is new. The vacuums have great suction and one thing that I like is that they have vacuums with different suction tips (flat or narrow) which helps in getting around the nooks and crannies of the car. The washing machine cleans pretty well and the air dryer at the end is extremely strong. Their wash prices are great compared to another car wash across the street that charges almost triple the price as if they used reverse osmosis water or something.

An excellent car wash. In particular, theres a girl that works sunday afternoons that is a great employee. I am embarrassed to say I dont recall her name, brown hair, glasses, was able to get me some help with my car wash account even though she got stuck being the only one there at the time. Ive been happy with the car wash so far, never had to wait long. Worth the membership.

PLEASE FIX/MAINTENANCE your vacuums. Hoses falling off, vacuums barely suction. Some stations have missing parts. Some employees are socializing instead of working. We loved this place when it was first opened. Hope we can feel that way again.

I really like the monthly subscription service here. I also appreciate the fully automated system. I dont want to chat with someone when Im getting my car washed. The RFID tag eliminates that interaction. When I have had the need for interactions with staff, they have always been very friendly, and eager to help.

I dont get how you can go through the car wah and my windows are still dirty, but at least the vacums are free.

This used to be an awesome place to come and clean your car and wash it but the vacuums no longer work properly dont even vacuum up anything in your vehicle

Pretty good car wash. Very fast. Excellent service. Love the free air freshener and wet wipe. Free vacuums. I don’t know what the ceramic option does. Tires were nice and shiny. The coat lasted beyond a six-hour trip north to Utah.

My family and I enjoy visiting the car wash because it keeps our SUV clean/fresh. Ive noticed the Buckeye location washes my vehicle better than the one on Estrella Pkwy due to water pressure and drying differences. The buckeye site also is more spacious and more accessible to the drive-thru, which results in less traffic. I have a membership (and utilize it weekly. I recommend this specific location since all the employees have been courteous and helpful. You constantly see the employees working hard and staying busy. Plus, this place is always maintained and stocked to avoid issues. Most of the staff always greets me with a smile and ensures quality customer service that makes the most of my money and keeps me coming back.

I left a car wash company because I wasnt satisfied. A few good washes here and now Im not very happy with them either :( left over soap residue (leaving spots on glass and tint)And when I pay extra for ceramic coat, not so sure Im getting it

Best/worst experience! I locked my keys in the truck with my phone and purse inside!! I live 45 minutes away and had no way to call anyone I knew to help. I talked to the staff, she offered me water (101°) and they said their land line wasnt working well and allowed me to use her personal phone! Another attendant stayed with me in the lobby and happen to see her step-dad in the car wash line who happened to be a dective AND he and his partner had a slim Jim to help me in my truck! Saved a ton of money, time, and drama. Im so thankful!! ❤ Thanks again!! 😊

Ive now had 2 terrible experiences with the staff here in about 6 months time. The staff here, not all of them, but at least 2 of them, are dumb. This latest trip over here to get my car washed, I had a manager names Sarina (sp?) tell me that I can no longer have my RFID stick on my visor and it has to be on my windshield. She argued with me about this for several minutes while holding up the line of cars waiting for a wash. I have my reasons for not wanting the sticker on my windshield and its none of her business. Until 3 minute car wash pays my car payment, they do not get to dictate where I place the sticker. I will be filing a complaint against Sarina and this location. The whole thing was captured on my dashcam and I will be more than willing to send to corporate. Ill also be cancelling my account and going to the carwash across the street. This latest experience was absolutely ridiculous.

Place would be a 5 star if they swept the parking area were you vacuum. When Im done vacuuming and get in my vehicle there debris all over the bottom of my shoes.

This place is amazing. Prices are great and the cleaning was detailed. The compressed air is very powerful and vacuums very well. The interface to purchase the wash is simple to use and lets you enter in order.

I have a monthly pass.2 evenings in a row I made an effort to get my vehicle washed. No luck.Thursday August 5th at 8:45pm I was told the machines were broke down. I said OK no big deal. And I said see you tomorrow.Friday August 6th at 8:20pm I was told that they had no power or lights. I said to the girl are you kidding me this is 2 days in a row. I was not happy. Unfortunately my bf pays $30 a month for my pass. Its very hard for me to get there most of the time. But when I can get there it would be nice if it worked.

Took my model 3 here and I was very skeptical that they would do a great job but was happy to be proven wrong. I recommend $14/desert shield with all extras ($21 total). Ull have to clean with micro fiber yourself tho.

I used this business often.Last month the young man who helps guide you on the tracks was not Paying Attention and I had to ask him to stop the wash due to car not sitting correctly on the track. Once I finished and saw the damage to my Mercedes Benz rims. I filed a complaint. No one has followed up with me. I didnt even report this to my insurance. I was trying to give the owner a chance to first. It has been three weeks no follow up. Now I will never use this business again and will make sure that I tell all family members and friends not to use this business.Which I know a lot of people who are important people. And now will pay more to use the car wash across the street from this business.

Quick and easy no problems ever...However I dont think they should advertise 3 minute car wash, you are out of there in like 30 seconds...maybe the other 2 1/2 minutes is the wait time to pay and drive up to the wash itself....

Unfortunately, the paint of my car was damaged due to dirt or maybe the product they used. I called to confirm this but as usual, nobody was there to answer the phone nor anybody to assist you because nobody was in the front desk. It is what it is. Nothing is perfect. Overall, i am just canceling my membership.

They need to do better on the tailgates of trucks. We always pay for the Desert Shield but the back of the truck doesnt get washed rinsed off.

Always have a great experience here. Car comes out clean and never scratched up like other drive through car washes.

This car wash has always given me problems and its my 20th time coming here hoping either three lanes would let me through easily but each time it gave me problems so if they dont fix the problems on their machines so you might as well just go across the street to the other car wash. I about lost my patience and it is not easy backing up a huge truck.

Left marks on both sides and the tires. Did not notice till my son got out of his Jeep at home. 🤨 Wont upload the photos, tried several times.

A little more roomy and easy to navigate than the one in Goodyear on Estrella. The vacuums are better in that theyre easier to get to after the wash and have high pressure air blasters to get dust and debris out of smaller areas.

Excellent wash/dry for $5.99. Cant beat this deal and the wash is extremely thorough. Great personnel, too!

This carwash is okay and it gets the job done, but there are others that offer more - drying towels & detail blowers - for the same price.

The car wash is always busy and not to mention my car has been damaged because some people decided to fight and now they are not willing to pay for the damages.. what’s happened to friendly Buckeye people?? I don’t like it anymore.

Came in to wash my car and when I came out of the wash my car was scratched every deep talked to the manger that was there at the time and they said they get back to me within 48 it’s been about 2 weeks now and haven’t heard anything back tried calling and they say the manger isn’t there I would just like this issue resolved

Ive been to many car washes across the valley and this one beats them out. Even the one in Goodyear, owned by the same company. This one doesnt leave spots on my windows, so I can just drive away instead of having to stop and wipe my windows down. The staff here is exceptional! They always greet you with a smile. I call them my kids and bring them treats from time to time. They all need a raise! They make our break this business and these youngsters are making a difference. Great job ladies and gents!

So happy that there’s one finally in buckeye but I’ve noticed over the last few times I’ve been there the vacuums seem to be getting worse

Went to 3-minute express car wash a couple weeks ago, loved the outcome of the wash. It did not leave any water spots on my side mirrors, or back hatch, and my vehicle was actually dry (not like when leaving a certain location seconds south) needless to say I canceled my membership with the other location, and will be getting the VIP membership with 3-minute. Im excited to start treating my Explorer to a spa day a few times a week!!

This is a great place, easy to use and this machine is the best! The vacuum is outstanding and quick..... i have been going now when 9 need a detailed clean.

Best carwash Ive been through, by far, and I only spring for the six dollar one. Windshield is so transparent I cant even see it while driving, much like a brand new car on day one!

I almost always get the Desert Shield wash. The free vacuums are awesome, I can get the interior as clean as the wash gets the outside. I may be 65 years old, but when I say this is my car wash for life, this will be where you find me cleaning my car.

For about the same price, you are better off going across the street to Quick quack.

Went in for a 14.99 wash, with the 4 dollar ceramic coating extra, and it looked like absolute trash. I had dirt spots still all over my truck, spots I could easily wipe off with my finger. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This is the most convenient for me and my family and we love that the vacuums and air blow out is free.

Drove to Las Vegas from Arizona and did the return drive 2 days later. 700 miles and the front of my car and the windshield looked like I went through a locust storm. Could barely see out of the windshield and the front of the car was covered in bugs and their splattered internals. I took my car to $3.00 Car Wash, selected the $3.00 wash and 15 minutes later the car looked like it never left the garage. Best $3.00 wash around.

I have to buy the desert shield which is 14.99 to make it actually clean correctly but still spotty on the rear and top of my car. Goodyear for some reason feels like it moves slower than this one and makes my car actually cleaner.

One of the best bargain car washes around. For $3.00 for an exterior wash, and even with soap, you cannot beat this car wash. When it goes through the blowers to remove water, there is basically no water left on the car. I towel dry the rear trunk area and the door jams. I used to pay $14.95 in Las Vegas for the same wash and still tipped the guy to dry it off. Moving to Arizona and finding $3.00 Car Wash was truly amazing.

I went 20 minutes after opening and vacuumed my truck. Unfortunately they were barely setting up everything else and the car wash area was still not open. I must of seen 20 cars come and go and it was still not open.

We have been coming here for about 4 months.We both have the monthly Dessert Shield package.About 75% of the time I have some kind of issue.I have asked to talk to the manager and for his name. To my shock, I was told by a teenager that under no circumstances were they allowed to give out HIS NAME. Seriously.I was told if I wanted to talk to him I needed to leave my name and number. Which I did 2 months ago and HE NEVER CALLED.Tonight was the last straw for me.I ALWAYS PRINT OUT A RECEIPT for MYSELF. THE LAST 2 TIMES I WAS UNABLE TO PRINT IT OUT SO I ASKED THE KIDS FLAGGING ME INTO THE BAY.HE STARTED ARGUING with ME AND SAID I CANT HAVE A RECEIPT BECAUSE I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP. MEANWHILE, WATER STARTED POURING INTO MY WINDOW. What a mess..circumstances

Quick, simple, straightforward. Their is a bug cleaner brush it works really well. Some things are currently out of order.

Love this car wash vacuums actually have power this place is always clean, and they sell good microfiber towels. The staff are very nice and helpful.

I bought a $15.00 carwash and I was not given a cleaning wipe or a fragrance, the girl said that I had to go inside and ask with my receipt on hand because of the coronavirus and the girl outside didn’t had a mask on and I think they are not well informed about the health measures, does not make sense!🤷‍♀️ I been to others of the same carwash and they’ve given me both the wipe and fragrance . I think they should train their staff better
