Honestly dont know where Id be without Spherion! (probably still unemployed) I had a phone interview on a Tuesday with Samantha so I could share my skills and goals with her. Spherion has been a miracle for me during this pandemic. Specifically, I worked with Jocelyn Lyons and she went out of her way to find positions at other companies for me when the position I initially signed up for didnt work out.Initially, I signed up for positions with a big local company for a position that I was overqualified for. I sought out help with Spherion when I decided I wanted a career change. I was busy living my own life while my recruiter Samantha was working to help me find something. We started the process during Covid so it took a while since the types of jobs I would be interested in were not hiring. During this time, she would send me job descriptions that made sense with my resume in case I wanted to explore them. In the end, she somehow knew my personality and found a great company that totally fits me. I’m still amazed by it. When I have gone into the office, Hortensia knew who I was without me having to say anything. (I did not go in much so she was on top of her game.) I would definitely recommend them. I’m also glad that I could say no to the other jobs waiting for the right one. I am currently a temporary worker but it’s for a company that often gets temporary workers to try people out before actually signing them on.
