I needed wheel bearing but not sure witch ones (or how many). They were all to promptly tell me I needed 3 and I knew enough to know that this was an honest assessment. They gave me a quote, but did mention that my car from the north may end up being more expensive because it was rather rusty and if a bolt broke it would be more to fix that. They did manage to get it without breaking a bolt, which I am very appreciative of ( I know how easy it is to break a rusted bolt!). Very friendly fair and honest family business which is hard to find amongst mechanics any more. Very satisfied! Would recommend 100%

Had wheel alignment done. With 160,000 mi on my truck I asked for a brake service. When I returned to pick up my truck the workers told me no brake service needed they look good. Fair prices and obviously honest!

Had my truck realigned there while visiting my daughter at A&M, driving around town felt ok but once got on highway headed back home it was pulling me into on coming traffic. Went a few days battling that then started hearing a thunk when turning to right. I decided to look under truck to see what was going on. Well they didnt tighten down my passenger side upper control arms. If would of came loose driving 70mph on highway this could of been bad. Luckily I caught it and tighten back up but now have to get truck back realigned. Be careful, drive car or truck after there work and inspect there work before leaving out of there.

I had my 2019 Veloster Turbo alignment done with Mr. Mandel. It was done fast and I even had some knowledge after I was done. They adjusted my car and it feels right now!I especially like supporting small, local businesses.

Would not recommend this shop! I had numerous people recommend Mansels for wheel alignment on my truck. I had never been there before. I called to see if I needed an appointment and they said, no, come right on down. I went to their shop and put my name on the list and waited. I waited for 1-1/2 hour. A mechanic came in and told me that he would not be able to work on my truck until i had new ball joints and tie rods put on my truck for the tune of about $1900! I had the ball joints replaced in 2017.Since then I went to the mechanic who did the work on my truck, only one ball joint had failed and it was under warranty. The other ball joint and tie rods were fine.This shop was trying to take advantage of a woman who they felt did not know anything about her truck. Sadly, for as much as people have recommended them, I would never consider doing business with them again. My mechanic, who is local to Mansels, has used them continuously over the years, and is also not going to go back.Someday, somehow, auto mechanics and shops will learn that not every woman is gullible and some are smart enough to know they are being bamboozled. And these same women will let everyone else know about these types of shady practices! Because, if they do it to one customer, they will do it to another. Shame on you Mansels Wheel Alignment!I note there are a couple of other reviews from women who were mis- or over-quoted on work - have to wonder how many others have had the same thing happen but didnt take the time to fill out a review...

They are all super friendly and are there to help while being VERY reasonable in pricing. Excellent shop that I would recommend to anyone.

Friendly owners and family operated, quick and affordable service.I went in with information I had been given by another mechanic and unfortunately that seemed to limit the actual work done.I knew I had a busted boot cover on one axle and that may have been the cause of my concerns. However, after having the 2 CV axles replaced I still felt the twirking of my right wheel. I called and was told it had driven fine after replacements and nothing else noted.The issue continued so I took it to another mechanic back home, who said it was the inner tie rod that needs replacing and just because a boot leaked grease it will not cause my symptoms. Now I have to pay double for the labor since it wasnt done at the same time as the CV axles were.Note: I didnt go back to this auto shop because I dont live near by, I had been referred to them so decided to have repairs done while in town on business.

Weve used Mansels for several vehicles for several different issues. Theyve always treated me well and for a good price. They do a lot of work so go first thing in the morning.

Did not end up going with them because they weigh over charge me for motor mounts in my car they quoted me $1,150 and I took it elsewhere and got it done for $300 in Navasota. I was kind of disappointed because I had work done on my vehicle before with them and they did a great job.

They did an excellent job for a great price. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I have an old sports car that takes special steps to get the alignment right. I brought the service instructions from the manufacturer. But they wouldnt listen to what I told them and said the machine told them how to do it probably. I believed them and now I few months later my front tires are wearing on the inside, just like what happens when you dont follow the instructions.So in short if you have an average car youll probably be fine, have something different, you might want to find someone who will listen and work with you.

Bobby and Gary were personable and professional. I rode with Gary who identified the suspected problem. Upon returning to the shops, he immediately got in the problem. He knocked it out in 10 minutes. No frills, no gimmicks just guys who want to help people do what they do by getting then back on the road.

We have a mature 2009 Silverado w/ 100,000+ miles. Had alignment problems from beginning ruining front tires. Purchased 3 alignments in Houston area, prior to relocation. A friend recommended Mansels for alignments.Replaced front tires again at about 60K & took truck to Mansels. They aligned & told me that most Silverados needed front end work at 100K.Never had uneven wear on front tires again after alignment at Mansels. Returned at 100K+ & ask them to do any front-end replacements needed and realign. Have made multiple long trips since, and the truck steers like a new one. On decent pavement it will track straight w/o holding the wheel.We buy high mileage Michelin tires at D. T. and keeping them aligned by Mansels is just common sense insurance!Years ago I had a ball-joint failure in a Ford vehicle while driving in Houston traffic. Once in a lifetime was enough to convince me that PROs like Mansels can help me live longer,

Rack and pinion was jacked when I aligned it. I have to go back afterwards for another bc they couldnt get my wheel straight. They told me they wont charge me, but thats never true. Great service always.

We asked them to check out our vehicle and tell us what is wrong with our car before work is done on it. So the guy drive off and go around the block, how can u test out a car by goin just around the block. You must go down a long street to see if the vehicle goes to the left or right(pulling to one side). Them didnt tell us nothing, they started working on our vehicle without our approval.
