I went to Krause’s Paint & Body to get an estimate for the repair of a scratch on my SUV. He looked at the scratch and then had it buffed out within 5 minutes. My car looks brand new! Everyone was extremely friendly and I would highly recommend Krause’s to anyone.

They tried to make me pay $4,000 over the estimate, I ended up going to Bryan Auto Body and they charged me $2000 less and fixed my car perfectly!

They fixed my bumper & door handle for super cheap and even washed & vacuumed my car and buffed out my headlights for free. I would highly recommend Krause to anyone who needs body work done. Also the staff is super friendly!

I used this shop in January for repairs after a tree fell on my vehicle. To say I was devastated at the Damage caused would be an understatement. Krauses crew was professional from the very start and very patient but expeditious in dealing with us. They exceeded my expectations. Ive dealt with autobody shops before and have always had to have them fix something that was supposed to be done. We did not have to do that and it looked the way it was prior to the tree. You can trust your vehicles with Krauses and you will never leave disappointed.

The people were so kind. They addressed my problem immediately and my car was done in 10 minutes. This was a very small fix, but their service was the best!

Mr. Krause was considerate and efficient. I went in to get my bumper repaired. He gave me a reasonable estimate and explained how they would fix my car. I dropped the car off the next morning, and the job was complete in the afternoon. Im a college student who doesnt know anything about cars, so other body and paint shops around Cstat and Bryan have tried to take advantage of me in the past. I paid less than 1/5 of what other places have quoted me in the past (for the same bumper problem). If I ever have car troubles again, I would definitely come back.

We love the krauses. They are the best in town and by a long shot. Quality service, family friendly staff and above and beyond service. They found me used parts and painted them for a much cheaper price the estimate. They got the insurance to raise their original estimate by double. They saw I had a battery light on and read the numbers to Napa finding out I had a free warranty then took the time right there to install it free of charge. The owner Mr Krause sacrificed many sticky notes teaching my kids to write and draw and letting me handle my crying wet diapered newborn in his back office. We will be back soon for our other vehicle to get a new bumper and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks so much to the whole staff!

Fantastic, quick service. Had a scratch/dent on the front bumper of my car. Have an expensive car and I wanted to make sure that you couldnt see it afterwards. They did a wonderful job matching the paint colors and removing the dents. I cant even tell that anything was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering where to go for paint/body work for their car, especially if you care how it looks afterwards.

Nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Krause and the job he and his team did on my car! My car had dents on the passenger side from someone colliding into me while they were trying to switch lanes and the drivers side of the bumper was coming off. I took my car to Mr. Krause to get the passenger side of the car fixed, but when I returned to pick it up, he had fixed both the passenger side of the car and the bumper. When I got my car back, it was washed, cleaned, and detailed and on top of that, Mr. Krause got my car back to me three days earlier than we originally discussed. I would definitely recommend Mr. Krauses Paint and Body!

Krause fixed our dented fender just around closing time in under 5 mins. Really nice of him to suggest the minimum work that was needed for our old car and take care of it immediately. Did not charge us anything for it.

Had hail damaged repaired on my truck. Mr. Krause and his team did a great job. Just did not like how dirty they left inside of my truck. Other than that I do highly recommend them.04/11/2018 updateMr. Krause called me a few days ago and apologized for not cleaning the inside of my truck. He asked me to bring my truck back in so they could complete the interior of my truck. Not only did they clean the inside but detailed the entire truck. How many companies do you know that would even think about doing something like that at their expense? I cant.I was simply happy that they did a great job on fixing the truck. Looks new! This goes four steps beyond that in my opinio. I am very big on directing my friends or anyone who ask me to good businesses that do good work and are honest people. Krause Paint and Body will more than meet your expectations.If you want first class service by people who work hard then you MUST take your vehicle for auto body repair to Krause paint and body. I am not being bias. I never knew them, nor had ever done business with the shop before this repair. If I ever need body work on any vehicle I own, they will be my first and ONLY stop. This is a GREAT body shop, owned and operated by good people who will work beyond their responsibilities to ensure a job gets done well!

These men were hanging out afterhours in front of their shop while me and my boyfriend were taking a walk down the road. While we passed by one of these drunk jerks with a semi horn in his truck decided to honk his horn at me and scare the living crap out of us, especially me, and proceded to laugh at our frightened reaction. I have epilepsy and the horn was so loud (me being like 10 feet from the stupid place) and gave me such a fright that i had a seizure in a parking lot shortly after. So a big eff you to those guys at krauses especially the hillbilly with the red beard who honked his horn. It was not a funny joke and its NOT funny AT ALL to mess with people who are simply walking by, minding our own business. Bad image for your body shop, made you look like complete douchebags.

I inquired about something and never got a response, this is poor business practice to ignore customers. Went to another local body shop brazos valley collision and they helped me out.

They do amazing work and are very courteous.

Didnt end up getting the work done (aesthetic), but the estimate they gave me was completely fair in pricing, gave me alternative options, and the dude I talked with was friendly.
