I was very pleased with CMS. Their project manager, Andrew Woods, was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, very responsive, and kept me informed about status of the project from beginning to end. The roof replacement was almost totally completed in one day and the crew was very hard working. They were careful to protect the landscaping and did a great job of cleaning up. I would not hesitate to use CMS again.

Maddie was in charge of our project. Because of her and Andrew’s assessment of our roof and what she submitted to our insurance company, it made the process go very smoothly. Once we received the insurance company’s approval, Maddie had the job scheduled within 2 business days. The crew assigned was excellent! They were so organized and they were finished in 1 day. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Jason Suminguit and CMS Roofing. I had storm/hail damage to my roof and my insurance company was very difficult to work with. Jason at CMS worked with me every step of the way to make sure my claim was paid and I ended up with a new roof and gutters, paid for by my insurance company. Jason answered every question I had, picked up his phone every time i called, and seemed to be working day and night on my case. His communication was outstanding. CMS roofing also did a terrific job installing my new roof, and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company!

If I could give Jason Suminguit more than 5 stars I would. He was courteous, always did what he was asked to do or said he would do and in a timely manner. He was willing to listen to me and respect my opinion so I feltthat he sincerely was interested in doing his best for me. The crew was excellent in the work they performed and did a grest job of cleaning up. I would definately use CMS Roofing and Restoraion again if I needed more work done and certainly recommend using them.

We had a leaky roof, and CMS was able to get our representative Jason Suminguit out right away! We were given an inspection and sure enough there was wind damage on our roof. Luckily Jason was able to advocate for us with our insurance claim and our entire roof was paid for in full. This superceded the expectation that we would have to pay out of pocket for some of it as the insurance company was not originally offering us this option. I highly recommend getting a roofing expert like Jason because as we all know sometimes working with insurance companys can be stressful and overwhelming but Jason took that burden off our hands. Now we have a beautiful roof and we dont have to worry about anymore leaks!! Thank you Jason for helping us keep our home safe and she looks beautiful with her new color!!

CMS did initial inspection after experiencing hail damage to my roof. My insurer refused to cover anything but a small repair. After almost a year and CMS working on my behalf, a full replacement was finally approved. Jason Suminguit,who worked with me and my insurance company was the catalyst to make it happen. He worked tirelessly in getting the job done. I could not have asked for a more thoughtful and knowledgeable person to handle the whole process. Jason made sure to send me pictures of the whole process from tear-off to completion. The roof came out absolutely beautiful! The whole procedure was done so professionally and in only one day. After the roof was done, the cleanup they performed afterwards was handled just as well. Would I recommend CMS? You bet I would!!!! You could not find a better roofing company or a more knowledgeable person like Jason to work with in getting the job done. Kudos to the whole crew of CMS and to Jason Suminguit.
