Denny Thomas of One Time Construction came out and assessed the wind damage on metal trim pieces and a corner vinyl siding piece. He made sure the replacement pieces were as close to the original as possible. Denny is very professional, extremely through, quality orientated, communicates throughout the process and is timely. The repairs are perfect and done very well. I would recommend One Time and Denny to anyone who is looking for exterior repairs or improvements. Excellent experience!

A couple of weeks ago we had some extremely strong winds come through our area that pulled up some some siding on the 2nd floor of our home. This was a quick job that no one in the area was interested in taking, or businesses that I called could not be reached. Thankfully, I called One Time Construction Inc. and got a live person on the phone who promised that someone would be in touch with me shortly to address my needs. Denny Thomas reached out to me, told me that he would be out the next morning to take care of my issue, and took care of the loose siding. He was very professional, courteous and extremely reasonable with his pricing. I would highly recommend this company (and Dennis) as they ensured that my concerns were addressed as soon as possible, and the repair to my home was done quickly and correctly.

We contacted Will at One Time Construction after storm damage to our roof. After inspecting the damage he recommended the best products that should be used and helped with color selection of shingles. The roofing crew was hard working, organized, all around professional. We were very happy with the job One Time Construction did installing a new roof on our old home, so when we moved and needed work done on our new home, they were the first we called. They installed 2 new windows in the kitchen. We had bathroom exhaust fans that needed to be vented out through the roof and gutter guards installed. Also, the previous owner had put his grill too close to the vinyl siding and melted it. Siding replacement was an exact match and all work was completed quickly with no mess left behind, even though they had to get into the attic to hook up insulated vent hoses. We’ve had a very positive experience with this general contractor and wanted to share. We plan on using them for future projects.

My roof was damaged during a wind storm in Feb. and needed to be replaced. One Time Construction did a fantastic job. Will came by the day after it was completed to inspect the roof and make sure that everything was done right. I really appreciated the follow up. We needed a new roof and called One Time Construction because they had done other work for us and we were always satisfied.As for the roof, it had black mold on the boards in our attic and the fans were not vented properly. We again worked with Will and found the price to be fair. They crew worked almost 3 days on the roof and cleaned up every day. They were always on time and worked very hard. When they were all done we had nothing to clean up. Neighbors have complimented the job that was done and how nice the roof looked. We gave the phone number for One Time Construction to a couple of our neighbors. I would definitely recommend One Time Construction for your next project-fair and reliable.

My home needed the siding replaced for a few years now and some of the procrastination was due to the fear of a random company tearing at my home and potentially leaving me with a mess. Fortunately a representative of One Time Construction came to my home and offered a free estimate. After doing some research and meeting with Will, I felt fairly comfortable with the decision to have them do the work. Both Will and Josh were wonderful. Any questions or concerns I had during the entire process were always addressed right away.The work is now completed and it was a great experience. My porch light was missing the top and was just old. Josh installed a new one so it would look nice with the new siding. One Time Construction in Brunswick did a wonderful job with the roof and siding on our home. The crew was polite, professional, and clean-up was perfect.
