This morning I received a text notice that my package would be delivered today by 7pm. I waited all day for the package to arrive. No one came to the door and there was no actual delivery attempt. 5 people were in the house during the claimed “attempted” time and not a single person heard or saw anything. Then @6pm I received a false text notification saying @5:29 they attempted to deliver package and no one answer.

Was promised a package on April 30th and as of May 3rd it still had not arrived. Worst ever! Items ordered were security cameras for my home due to an incident that happened. Even signed up for 3 day delivery and UPS made sure that package was delayed because it sat in the warehouse for 2 days and was on the delivery truck for 2 days. The manager and ALL employees should be replaced!!

The lady that worked at the UPS store was extremely helpful but I cant deny it, Im extremely frustrated with UPS in general. My address is always clearly printed on my packages but apparently no one that works there is able to read because despite that they keep writing : Need Apt number directly next to the actual apartment number so I keep having issues with deliveries & end up getting it late or having to pick it up in person. No joke. It is unbelievable! Also, customers that have to go there should know that they have very limited hours (so you will want to check that before you go) & that you need a face mask & only one person is allowed inside at a time.

This place is ridiculous to say the least. They are supposed to be open at 9 o’clock and I was there at 8:50 waiting nobody opened the door until almost 930 then the lady asked me what I’m picking up I’ll tell her a live turtle she says oh it’s probably outback so I’m assuming they keep their live animals just stuck outside then she brings it to me and just flops it up on the counter like she’s just giving me a box of air.

Got here at 9, the time they say they open, and the door is still locked and no one is around. Finally get let in ten minutes later and am completely ignored even though Im the only person at the counter. Then Im acknowledged and told they will be with me in a minute, theres several people ahead of me. Empty place and got here right when they open but somehow other people are ahead of me? All because its not convenient for them to deliver to my address.

They had a line of 5 people and one line there even though 3 people were working and 2 of them just talking and casually wrapping boxes. Also, they lost my package. It was a return to amazon. I never got my money back from amazon or ups. I was basically put out 30 dollars because of it and If it wasnt for amazon doing their shipping there. I would never go there, EVER! If you have a chance to go somewhere else please do so because they do not care there

I received good service here. I was not home when my package was being delivered so I picked it up at the center. The clerk was friendly and efficient and my package was in good shape. I recommend this customer center.

Ups never shows up on time. Will definitely go through FEDEX from now on. Every time our company orders packages and they ship through ups we dont receive them when we expect them. USPS is far better than ups.....

The girl i spoke to Latoya said they didnt deliver my box because they werent sure if we were home and called the driver. My husband stayed home all day just for this delivery. This would have been the second attempt and i just said i will pick it up. Then I found out it had never left the office that day. The other girl I spoke to was helpful. I heard several gripes while I waited in line.

Lazy drivers. Lazy staff. Not surprised at all. Can’t be bothered to ring a doorbell or knock, but refuse to leave a package that doesn’t require a signature. Constant issues for our area, they don’t care. That would require effort, and these trash humans can’t possibly be bothered by that. Not even minimal effort. Need to give the well paying UPS jobs to people that actually want them.

Terrible. Failed to deliver hurricane supplies as scheduled the Thursday before the storm. Stopped delivery service on Friday, more than 48 hours prior to the storms arrival (FedEx delivered both Friday and Saturday). Today is the next Thursday, more than 72 hours after the storm and still no sign from UPS. Customer Service can provide no information. FedEx has been delivering for the past 48 hours as has the Postal Service. UPS abandoned its customers when they needed them most. Kudos to FedEx for being a truly professional operation.

The most worst customer service you can recieve. They expect you to know where your package is when the tracking information is inaccurate and arent helpful with any question asked. The delivery drivers are pleasant and always delivers on the estimated delivery date, besides when they claim to knock on the door but dont. The front desk on the other hand is HIGHLY unprofessional and lack patience. I order mostly offline and will probably start doing business with Fedex.

UPS is horrible. At least in my area. I order things online frequently and every time I ship via UPS they skip past me and claim delivery attempt failed. Once it was because of my viscous dog in the yard. My dog was 14 weeks old and about 11 pounds at the time. They always find a reason not to stop and I usually have to drive out to get the package (about 50 minutes away).

Seriously you come by my house and leave a sticker, dont bother to see if anybodys home then we sign it put it on the door with a note and you come by or not even stop or youd see that we signed it and we were home this is our second notice and we still dont have our package. Now what, we have to take a day off of work just to sit home just to make sure you bring us our package? What kind of services that

Ship FedEx. Customer service told me I could pickup my package 9—5. Drive 45 minutes to find out they closed at 11 and do not reopen until 4. Called the main line and asked why they wasted my time. They said they were sorry there system was wrong and that no one was there to open the door. They were at lunch! Lunch is 11-4 ha! So everyone; their hours on the door that I have 3 hours to look at are: MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9-11 & 4PM TO 630 PM. Since UPS doesnt know what time they are open...

So, UPS is a Global Company and they dont have the ability to call you when they notice that the company shipping me my package didnt put the apartment number on it. I have to find out via track my package. Terrible.

I am disappointed and I hope in God and in the staff of ups that I can solve the bad experience that I lived yesterday when my daughter called me and taught me in the conditions that came the crib that I bought and sent for her new baby and expenses that I paid so that it arrived in good conditions and arrived all broken I still do not assimilate that my sleep I could but good I hope good solution p my case
