Would recommend working on customer service skills.
I love this convenient postal location. The lady that runs it is extremely helpful. She will try to help you send your package the most economical way possible. Very nice and helpful. I dont understand the negative reviews. Ive used this location since I found it about 6 months ago (Im new to the area) and I wont go downtown any longer. You get a much more personable experience here. It is a little inconvenient that they dont accept cards but it isnt that big of a deal. We rely on our cards too much anyway. It wont hurt you to have some real money in your hands! If it means that much take that long drive all the way downtown, wait in a long line and pay double to send something out! Ill be waiting in a shorter line and actually being assisted by someone who actually wants to help me!
This is a great post office with the best customer service. Its true is doesnt take cards but that is the decision of the main office. There are several signs that say that the first scan will be made in Jacksonville that evening. The lady does ask questions but only to direct you to the most economical way to sent the package. Great service !
We have used this post office for years. This lady is the very best, most helpful andwe highly recommend.George
I did not know this is not a real post office but I found out. They dont have the ability to give you tracking numbers for packages unless you write them all down on a piece of paper yourself. So after I did write down my tracking numbers I was told they only take cash... no cards or debit!! She told me to go to the post office which I thought I was already at a post office. They are independent contractors and can charge you any rate they want and dont give tracking. Complete waste of time!!
Very helpful staff. I still use postal service for sending cards
I read the reviews and I was kind of scared to go here, but I had no choice cause it was the nearest I went there and the lady was very nice, kind and helpful and fast. They just dont accept cards. I was lucky to have cash on me!
One star is too many for this sad excuse of an establishment. I was harassed by the woman at the counter who was asking me extremely rude, unprofessional and inappropriate questions. She was incredibly rude AND didnt even do her job. She didnt even scan my package despite having 6 hours to do so and instead closed without doing the simple task. She accused me of intent to steal boxes when I asked her is she had an additional box size for the boxes that are FREE with the shipping. Obviously if I could afford to send a box for a mere $5 I could send another. Avoid this location at all costs or if you have no option be sure to take your complaints to management as well!
Great customer service. Everyone is always willing to help with smile.
Dont take any USPS supplies or youll get fussed at even if youve been a customer. They do not take credit cards even for USPS transactions, only cash and checks. Convenient as long as you can get past the hostility.
My 3 day priority mail package kept being sent back and forth from Brunswick to Jacksonville for 3 days. The Brunswick post office refused to help me. Postal plus put a new label on it and I sent a letter priority mail express. Both packages got to my son the next day. Go to postal plus. Skip Brunswick . They were awful on the phone . Thank you, Postal Plus.Jennifer
Easy in easy out, great staff, very helpful.
The woman who runs this particular location, I dont know if it switches or if shes there all the time, is very rude and not helpful at all. Id ask a question and shed ignore me. And it does NOT accept debit/credit cards you need cash. Go to the main office downtown, itll be worth the trip.
Only cash or checks. No debit or credit. Everything else is convenient.
Very handy location
Great friendly service.
This is a contractor-ran Post Office, which is conveniently located close to my apartment. However, I must remember that many contractor-ran USPS offices do not accept credit or debit cards for payment. It was a bummer to have to go to the main USPS in the city for service.
Quick n easy
They dont accept cards. Cash or check only. What is this, 1992?
Rude
I went to early.
Nice
