Great yoga studio wonderful variety of classes

Beautiful and comfortable space near downtown Brunswick with great and inspiring teachers. Props I havent seen elsewhere and the kind of strong, directed (but kind!) teaching that makes you want to stay in plank waaay longer than youd planned. Every detail of this second floor studio has been lovingly planned and executed. Look for the live-edged wood benches and counters, made by the husband and father of the mother-daughter team that recently opened Sundara, Murielle and Mae Corwin.

I love ths space so much! I feel like my yoga practice starts the minute I walk through the door. Exceptional teachers, inspired yoga, welcoming, fun community. So grateful for Sundara.
