Love love love the Brunswick planet fitness! The workers are amazing and super friendly! 10/10 recommend!

I’m in town for a little bit to visit family and I came in 7am Friday morning and Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the two front desk girls. While waiting they showed me the hydro massage beds and was very very sweet. I almost wished I lived here to always have this atmosphere at the gym. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff EXCEPT for Nicole (medium length dark hair with glasses). This is my neighborhood gym that I spend a lot of time at and I love it aside from this employee. Several times our paths have crossed and she is nothing but rude with a snarky attitude. Just last week I was going to scan my card when I walked in and she abruptly says with an fowl attitude Ummmm no. Go over there, ripped the scanner away and points to the other computer. Another time I was with my sister who I live with, and informed her of this, and she yelled at us for being too close on the machines which I get this because of COVID, no problem, but maybe next time try to approach us in a more professional and caring manner. I have said hi, have a great day, etc. to this woman and literally nothing but dirty looks. Like WOW. This is a job for people in customer service, I suggest she takes a course on what customer service actually is and how to use it in treating the people around her with better manners.

Staff at the front were nice and very helpful. They helped make the gym a comfortable environment.

Friendly staff,the facility was clean. They could use more lighting in here though. The other locations are way more bright inside.

Visiting from out of town. Gym was fine, but if youre trying to be conscious of the current pandemic- this wouldnt be the location for you. Not sure what OHs current guidelines are, but 75% of the patrons werent wearing masks (during workouts / walking around the gym) and not a whole lot of social distancing taking place. Went to the Strongsville location, and felt it was a better environment.

Still not back to 24/7 access; thinking about switching gyms because this is seriously throwing me off my routine as someone with very few daytime hours available to work out.

Attitude could not be worse for a gym.

Theres a very large parking lot, so youll have no trouble finding a spot. Also, this Planet Fitness is positioned in way where you get a nice view of the sunset at dusk! Just sit behind the McDonalds. Otherwise, nice gym with adequate space inside.

Very thankful that the club has stayed open. Staff and members are very conscientious.

Love this place.

They have limited their hours and it is not longer feasible for me to come. When I tried to cancel and get the last month refunded because I havent been there in months because of their reduced hours, the general manager C messaged me and pretty much told me that Ill never get it back. I had no problems with the place and would have started my membership again once they resumed full hours, but C was so rude that now Ill never be back. So instead of making a lot of money off of me, she took an extremely short term gain instead. Just sad.

A really great location! The staff is helpful and it is very clean. The locker rooms are very nice and always clean. Normally go to a different Planet Fitness but after trying this location I will definitely be coming back more often.

Always clean and disinfected And all patrons are wearing masks and sanitising in between machine usage.

Love Planet Fitness!! For only $10 a month, you have lots of equipment to work with, very clean place and I love that is it open 24/7! It makes it very accommodating when you have a crazy schedule. Highly recommend! :)

I love this gym staff is always helpful and friendly. And I can feel confident working out without constantly feeling like Im being judged. Plus the black card perks really give it that extra something. I mean who doesnt love a massage in the hydro massage beds after a good workout?

Was very clean and staff was friendly.

I always feel comfortable walking in and working out and doing my own thing. Sometimes the crowds can be a little much and you have to wait an extended period of time for machines and services. If it were a little bigger and had more machines available it would be a five-star for sure.

Certain times not busy. Nice to have a pt to help someone who has never been to a gym, learn how to use equipment the right way. Havent had to wait to use any machines even during busy times. Love the fact that there is a schedule with pt as well.Love the aquatic massager. Hate the chair massagers. Those felt like you were getting punched in the back by Lou Ferigno.

Sadly, they recently have had an influx of teenagers. They run in the 30 minute work out room in groups and take it over. They wait on a machine until one of their friends are ready to swap with them so no one else can use it. They also have great fun laughing at and making fun of overweight people. I used to love coming here but now Im considering quitting.

Very friendly staff, clean gym. Just wished people would clean machines better after they use them . Ive seen people barely clean handles and just walked away and left to another machine. So I clean before and after each machine I use. Overall Great place to work out. ☺

If I could go lower I will. Dirty equipment. Horrible customer service. They can’t even cancel your membership when you go in and cancel. Their manager Connie is just nasty and rude with no people skills. They charge you even after you cancel. Do not go to this gym ever.

Just started going for a week and the place always has machines open, always clean and staff is always friendly.

While we were visiting family in Medina. We decided to go workout at this Planet Fitness. Wow!! The entire place was clean, neat and very inviting. Truly enjoyed our workout. Thank you!

Great staff. Very friendly and attentive. The place is always clean but gets busy in the beginning of the week after 5. Like too busy...Its annoying. They need a better system when it gets that busy for a way to take turns on the machines.

One of the perks my job offers is paying for our gym memberships. I tried the rec center for a year and frankly, didnt like it. (Not enough equipment, the cardio room was so small so getting a workout in was a pain)When it was time for my yearly reimbursement, I saw Planet Fitness was opening near me and I signed up. (I mean, its free, so I was willing to take a chance here)I freaking LOVE IT! Even when its busy, Im always able to hop on the elliptical/treadmill or get to the weights. I havent been there during the free pizza or bagel days, but Im pretty sure they dont make you eat it, so I dont even understand why that pains people so much.Ive never once been bothered while working out, Im able to get in and out with no problem. Its open 24/7, so whether Im getting there at 4 in the morning, or 6 in the evening, Im always able to get my work done.After going here for almost a year, Im down 40+ pounds and well on my way to my goal weight. I love it!

At 10 a month you cant beat it! Great place to workout if your on a budget. Good atmosphere, very clean and maintain restrooms and lockers. Only gave it a 4 star cuz its missing some workout stuff like a chest bench area, no dead lifting, not enough free weights, needs more weight lifting machines rather then just all cardio equipment. But overall not a bad place. If planet fitness adds more weight equipment then Ill bump the review score to 5 stars.

The place is spotless and I appreciate being able to workout early. Yeah, they provide pizza and bagels one day a month, but guess what, if you do not want it, dont take any. I am glad that I joined. I have met some great people and I am reaching my fitness goals.

Any gym that has Pizza day and has candy jars on the counter that gym doesnt want you to get in shape. Judgement free zone is for people that go there want people around them in worse shape so they feel better about them selves. Before you call people in shape or enjoy fitness douche-bags maybe you should take advice from them because what your doing isnt working and what they are doing is.

My sister and I joined the gym last night. The staff was friendly and took us on a tour of the facility. The entire facility was very clean. Their worker was very knowlegable about their equipment, took the time to show us their weekly programs and when instructors would be available to help with our work out plans. Yes there is candy (tootsie rolls) on the counter and we made jokes at first, however it was explained that though anyone can have some they keep it for those with low blood sugar. Though I dont think this is a gym for those who are into serious weight training I think its a perfect place for the masses who want to be healthy, build muscle and lose or maintain weight.

No judgement, it is comfortable . Never to crowded

I have been working out a couple of times a week, and rate the gym as adequate. Great for people who like to use treadmills, bikes or ellipticals, and with a fair selection of other equipment including sections for different muscle group exercises. Some equipment is however limited to just a single unit, which often means waiting for equipment to become available. Adding to my frustration are members sitting at equipment texting, and not actively working out. It has become worse as Planet Fitness is rapidly expanding its membership enrollments through its $10 monthly program, which makes wait times even longer. This will become unsustainable, so be warned that you will face long wait times on some equipment unless if you are only interested in using the treadmill.

Staff is very helpful and accommodating, Ive enjoyed my visits to the gym, as a new member Im very pleased........Not so happy with my visit at the Strongsville location!!Just because there is free candy on the counter and a pizza night doesnt mean you have to partake, people who work out still eat pizza or candy from time to time, Geez people get a grip .....Your allowed to reward yourself once in awhile!

Planet Fitness is a gym for all shapes and sizes. All the machines are purple and they offer tanning, waterbed massage, massage chairs, modern bathroom decor. They also have a 30 minute or less Fitness area. Overall cleanliness is superb. Prices start at$10 a month and the extra black membership is 20 a month. If youre big and strong and looking for a MAN GYM with sauna, go to UXL down the street. At UXL grunting and lifting heavy weights is okay. No lunk alarm! UXL Also has CrossFit for strong Men!

You cancel your membership they still take fees out a month later and claim you never cancelled and wont give you a refund. I went into the club and cancelled the girl had me sign the pin pad and she told me it was cancelled which I guess was a lie

They walked me through the whole gym and being a new customer I had a lot of questions. Customer for life love the place!

This is honestly the worst gym I have ever been to. I thought UXL was run by douche bags, but this place takes the cake. Scott, was also the rudest gym employee I have ever encountered. With the attitude he gave and the amount of eye rolls I witnessed, he has no business working with the public. Canceling my membership immediately and never coming back.

This place should not be called a gym. They only have dumbbells up to 70 lbs, no power racks or free weights, one smith machine for the entire place, and they serve pizza and bagels to their members. A guy literally came up to me in the middle of my workout and asked me how much longer till I was done with a machine while he was stuffing his face with a slice of pizza. There is also Free candy on the desk near check in. Planet Fitness is a joke
