I have been coming to Bodyworx with Coach Tim since August. Hes an amazing trainer. I wanted to get stronger for sports and he knew exactly what to do for me. He has helped me so much for getting stronger and I have noticed big changes in my body since August. He has also helped me with getting a better and nutritional diet. He is a very smart and professional trainer and you couldnt ask for better. He is a jokester as well and makes going to the gym not dreadful. He spices things up every time you go in so you never know what you are doing when you come in. He also lets you play whatever music you want. He pushes you to work hard and helps you reach your body goals. He is also flexible with his times and understanding of you not being able to come in. Coach Tim is the best there is so I 1,000/10 recommend going to Bodyworx Studio.

I actually really liked both doctors and was especially fond of the masseuse. Dr. Jason gave me the MOST thorough, educated, spot on exam Ive EVER had. Honest to goodness. He was kind, patient, thoughtful and informative. However, the rates are from the lifestyles of the rich and famous; they require a contractual financial agreement, and all this prior to even receiving an adjustment. My quote was $2k and heavy change, Im a hard crack em up and Im surely not buying a Lincoln Town car without even turning the key to see if the engine runs. On top of that, my quoted total just didnt seem to add up to me, with having already met my insurance deductible with 70% coverage of services. I broke down the number of sessions they explained would be the MINIMUM depending on how well my body responded to the adjustments versus the quoted total and it was far higher than several other providers in town. Now lets just say that theyre just that much better than the others. There were a lot of maybes in that quote. Maybe Ill need more adjustments, maybe Ill need electrical stimulation, maybe Ill need massage therapies. Still...not the deciding factor. My absolute disappointment and, honestly, bewilderment, is taking into consideration that the contractual financial agreement, with the possibility of all its countless variables, is presented and expected to be signed and agreed upon PRIOR to one, single adjustment. As I mentioned previously, I am a hard crack em up. When I brought this up and questioned my investment being steadfast if there were issues surrounding this fact, there was a pause, some quick thinking and a very broad, non specific we could see if we could work something out. So it was with dashed hopes, ESPECIALLY after the phenomenal exam Dr. Jason did, solely based on the fact they did not provide one single adjustment prior to signing on the big, fat double line, I could not bring myself to agree to such a vested commitment. Had they provided that one session, given me any idea of what technique and equipment they utilize, I feel quite confident I wouldve signed that day. Because they didnt, however, not only did they lose a contract, but most likely an ongoing client indefinitely. It was very disappointing, because I had and still do have, the feeling that they ARE just that good.

After 2 years with BodyworX Studio, 912 I have been able to keep my weight off, maintain a healthy lifestyle, make fitness part of my regular daily routine and have FUN while doing it. I have also met some great people that keep me motivated! Unlike other large gyms, you are able to get personal assistance with developing a fitness strategy that is right for YOU--a coach who meets you where YOU are today and develop an individualized plan based on your goals-- which is ultimately why you are able to achieve your goals. I would spend hours in one of those large gyms going through the motions thinking I was doing everything right, but I wasnt seeing results. If you want results, make an appointment with them today to find out how they can help you! Im so glad I did--Ive lost 40lbs and kept it off.

Definitely 5 stars only because I cant give 10. I was completely skeptical about Chiropractic treatment but now Im a believer. The treatment has helped with my chronic migraines that Ive struggled with for 30+ years and I feel like I move around so much better. The doctors are great and Ive never met a friendlier staff. Five months ago I was unable to sit for more than 30 to 60 minutes without experiencing excruciating pain radiating from my hip, shoulders, and neck. After viewing my x-rays with Dr. Amber Wellman, I was convinced to enlist in a program to improve my health and well-being. My thought process was, “I wouldn’t think twice about spending money on my car if it needed it and isn’t my body more important?“I am forever thankful to Wellman Family Health for eliminating my pain and continuing to work to correct and prevent further degeneration of my spine. In addition, the joy spread throughout this office by everyone who works here is so contagious it brightens my day each time I visit.

I got a great workout here every visit. The coaches are friendly and motivated. If youre looking for a great place to get in shape, visit here. Its usually a group atmosphere, they do offer individual classes, but every participant is watched and instructed based on their current level of fitness. The clients and staff are all there to motivate each other to be the healthiest they can be.

They were polite with their service and x-rays. But once it came down to final finances. I believe it was definitely out of my budget. 400 plus dollars each visit a week seems a little extreme to me especially after insurance

If you are considering a massage gift certificate for someone, go somewhere else. Their policy is they will not take anything from last year. My birthday was at the end of October and it expired 3 months later on December 31, 2014. Therefore, if your birthday were December 20, then you would have 11 days to use it.Everyone is entitled to their own policies, that is fine. But if you are looking for a gift for someone, consider yourself warned, gift cards here will actually expire and the manager will say there is nothing they can do.

AWESOME! My girls and I have been seeing Dr. Wellman for over 8 years. My youngest was suffering for asthma, in and out of the hospital. After see Dr. Wellman not only did she stop going to the hospital she has never taken asthma medication again! Remember everything in your body is connected to your spine. If your spine isnt right nothing else will stay right, even if another doctor fixes it!

One of their employees lied to me about having insurance credit on my account.For nearly 3 months, I was paying for every visit immediately concluding each visit. After one of my appointments in mid-March, I pulled out my card to pay for my visit and the curly blonde haired lady behind the desk said “You dont owe anything today. There is a $200 credit in your account”. I asked her if she was sure, because we discussed previously how my insurance wouldn’t cover anything until I met my deductible. She told me that she was positive, and so for the next 4 or so appointments, I didn’t pay out of pocket until she (same lady) told me I had finished using my credit. I stopped going to their office in late April.Now, 6 months later, I’m getting bills in the mail for $200+ because someone in their office messed up. I was paying each visit and only scheduling visits as I could afford them to avoid large amounts out of pocket all at once.Avoid this place. There are plenty of other chiropractic offices in Brunswick to go to instead of this one.

I have been coming to Wellman Family healthcare for approximately six years after a back injury at work. I never believed much in chiropractic care until I started coming to the practice. I want to start of with a personal thank you to each and everyone for this reason.. I came here while suffering severe lower back spasms for 6 days. Upon my first visit I was met with smiles and welcomes and still continues as im going on week 3 of my treatment. I have been to several chiropractors before but never one like this . The dr sat me down and explained by showing me my xrays and why I was in so much pain. They are always asking If i have any questions. To me this was very important and assured me they care about my health and well being. Everyone working in the office always seems happy and always ask how everyone is doing .Since theyve seen me from day one Ive felt comfortable being here. My pain, mobility and and mood has changed .
