Absolutely love coming here. I did an internship here throughout highschool and in doing so, I learned more in 8 hours than I did all year long about computers.The staff is nice and knowledgeable on the technologies they are working with.They are always willing to work with the customer and explain to them in-depth what is best for their situation.

Took almost 2 weeks to get a hard drive. My appointment for in home network help never happened because the laptop was not repaired in time for a very important presentation. Too many phone calls with not enough answers. And the cost was high. Since getting the laptop back, it wont charge correctly and the keyboard wouldnt work correctly. Wont be going back. Trashing laptop and starting new. Disappointed.

Brought my computer in because the charging port was damage 5 days later and $69 short problem was not fixed .

I brought an ASUS laptop in for a hard drive replacement. The Staffs are helpful and competent. I highly recommend you get a quote before you trash your equipment. They offer a one year warranty on hard drives.

I do much of my computer work myself having built it from scratch. When I get confounded I go to the Monkeys. Technology can feel a bit intimidating but these folks can easily handle your issues. Courteous, respectful, they are exactly how business should be done. My first experience with them was many years ago and they showed me all I needed was some free software to keep malware (bad stuff) off my computer and charged me zippo. That was at the beginning of my computer experience and I have come many miles since then. That told me immediately these are decent, honest people and they had a lifetime customer. The only way I would not use the Network Monkeys would be if I moved. I am so glad to have my computer back up and running. Thanks Network Monkeys, especially that Alex Monkey master cable manager, you rock!

They fixed our computer in less than a day and were very polite. This is at least the 6th time we have used their services and have been pleased each time!!

They get the job done right the first time, well worth the money

I dropped off a new build that I didnt have time to put together myself, and informed them that cable management was my biggest concern. The people at the front desk said not to worry Alex was great at cable management.Got a call later that day telling me they cant go any further. That Windows 7 isnt compatible with my mother boards 3.0 USB plugs, and I will need to have Windows 10 installed for only $200 (a $60 download elsewhere)... I informed them i dont want window 10 and would rather use an adapter to access the USB 2.0 slots on the motherboard (a part i forgot to order i must admit). They quickly told me that they cant flash bios yada yada yada, and getting windows 10 is what I need to do. Using the 2.0 header on a motherboard is plug-and-play. No flashing needed.I gave them another chance to offer me a ps/2 splitter, a USB 2.0 expansion card, or even a USB 2.0 adapter cable to get me up and running. Instead they informed me that no more work can be completed and I will have to download all the drivers myself (another scare tactic if you ask me). I said fine and will come get it.When they brought the my new PC out from the back I could immediately see 3 scratches on my $150 Cube case. At this point I was so mad I just wanted to pay for my stuff and leave. The girl at the front desk saw that I was visibly upset and ask what was wrong. After showing her the scratches she played coy and said Im sure there is a way to buff those out and charged me $139.00 for my half finished build.After getting home I open up the back side of the Cube and see wires everywhere (I wish I could post a picture). Granted air flow isnt that important on the back side of a cube case, but I specifically said when I dropped it off that cable management was my biggest concern. Not a single zip tie was used. It looks like a 3rd grader wired it up. The front side looks nice (not hard to do with a cube case built for cable management and airflow...).I really think that when they found out I wasnt going to pay for their over priced Windows 10, someone had a hissy fit and walked away.I will never use their services again, and recomend you dont either.Only reason they even get 1 star is because the people.atbthe front counter were nice and smiled as I got ripped off.

After this store ruined my sisters Macbook Pro and returned it as if the minor problem it was sent in for was fixed, the manager insulted both my mother and my grandfather and refuses to talk to any of us. Although the employees were apologetic, the manager has the professional behavior of a child and actually ran out of the store rather than discuss what happened to the computer.
