Pretty unresponsive and very lack luster support. Dont really get our moneys worth, probably will not renew.

Used BEK at the suggestion of a friend, I was pretty disappointed. My dental office had nothing but problems, even more after they took over. Slow to respond to concerns and server just had problems every weekend. Shouldnt have these kind of issues especially when we have Dentrix vendor support.

I lost my personal folders and address book and Nick at Bek did a remote service and quickly found the problem and fixed it. We have relied on Bek to give us prompt and efficient service either as a home call, remote service, or taking our equipment into the shop. Very professional, quality work.
