Have used Jesse for a couple fixes and had great results. He replaced the touch screen on my laptop. I also had the main hard drive become unrecognizable on a desktop computer. He replaced it with a solid state drive and was able to recover everything and migrate it to the new drive. He also made sure all my drivers were up to date. Jesse is very friendly and helpful and does great work. I will definitely go to him for any future problems or projects. Last year, I stumbled upon Coastal Computer Repair by the grace of God after my main tech guru moved away. My work desktop and laptop crashed which only left me with my home desktop. I was in a bind since my wife was beginning to use the home computer for virtual teaching due to COVID. I didnt want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on new computers or go to a dishonest repair shop that would charge me the amount of a new computer just to fix. My Hp ENVY 360 was dropped and the screen was functional, put coming apart. I initially visited one of the local office supplies who advised me they could not be of help but gave me the card for Coastal Computer Repair. Jesse was AMAZING from the very first interaction. I was able to promptly send photos of the damage and received a response as to whether or not it could be repaired and the methods he would attempt to do so. Jesse worked around my schedule to drop off my computer and iPad (that Apple suggested was unfixable). I totally recommend Jesse. He not only fixed my computer and external hard drive. He also saved all my photo albums and videos. That might not sound like a lot but it was almost 5 TBs worth of data. He was also very patient, answered all my questions and clamed all my fears of losing my pictures. I would give more stars if I could.

In 2016 my computer crashed. Hard. I even nicknamed it the Great Hard Drive Crash of 2016. I lost hundreds of designs I used for my t-shirt and custom gifts business. After taking my computer to not one but TWO different computer technicians, I was told it was dead and the only thing they could do was wipe and reload as if it were a new computer. I shoved it in a closet and bought a new computer.Fast forward to 2019. Cleaning out the closet, I found the computer and, before trashing it, I decided to call Jesse at Coastal Computer Repair.
