Was able to repair my computer and get it back to me super fast. The prices were fair and the guy who helped was extremely friendly.

Took in my aging Toshiba (that I LOVE) and he was able to save it for me! New charging port, tightened up some loose bolts, gave me tips on keeping this machine going for a bit longer, and sent me on my way. Quite happy with pricing, and love the personable service. highly recommend

My wifes laptop was acting up and needed more than the basic diagnostics. My step-daughter couldnt even figure it out, and she is a computer whiz!We took the laptop in to Rick at RaM Online at 9 am for a free estimate on repairing it. He called around 11 am that day with his estimate ($80), which included repairing the problem, updating the software, and then verifying everything still worked. We picked the laptop up that afternoon and it was (almost) as good as new!So... Quick and knowledgeable repair which wasnt outrageously priced! It is also very nice to have it fixed at a locally-owned business!

I really dont impress easily but ... the service here is very quick and very reasonable. The other day HP had me on the phone for over an hour and a half after grabbing $60 out of my pocket. They did absolutely nothing but pass me from one tech (bad title for them because they did nothing) to another (total of 5). Had to call Discover to get my money back! I spent less than 15 minutes, face to face with Rich between drop off and pick up. I was called the next day (today), given my estimate, and called back later to come pick up the repaired computer! Outstanding and Impressive ...

Laptop screen broke, he charged me $50 less than anywhere else. Worked till past his close time to get me my laptop back the day the screen got there. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
