Just went in here with a full head of curly hair and walked out looking like a marine. Nice people, but sweet lord I didnt get anything approaching what I asked for at the start. Had to ask at multiple points to stop cutting. At least now I get to get a lot of wear out of my hats.

First Time there a few weeks ago. I just moved to Brunswick in March. And was in need of a new barber! So I was very excited to try this place out! I was very pleased with the work the do! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely become a regular.

Haircut was pretty much what I wanted, but a little shorter than what I asked for. Also I arrived 1 minute late and had to wait about 20 minutes to be treated even though they had barbers ready. Then during me haircut my barber started talking to some random person and ignored me the entire time. Not sure if I’ll return

Steph is just plain great. She LISTENS and she knows her stuff. The best hair colorist I have ever had, ever. My hair has always been my worst feature, not anymore. Im starting to actually like it. I think that sums it up. Shes not only a great colorist shes a really genuinely great human being.

Great cuts from anyone in here this is definitely the only place I will go.

Mike is MY GUY!!! 5 stars 10/10. I’m not going to say he is a miracle worker but once he cut my hair my life changed for the better, I’m serious. He makes me feel like family. Cannot recommend him enough.

Came here just from word of mouth. Booked with Jojo due to a convenient time. Guy killed it. Didnt rush, was personable but not pushy, and paid attention to the little details. Will definitely be back, most likely with Jojo again but would even feel comfortable with any other of the barbers or stylists. Everyone seemed on point and top notch.

I wanted to pay for my grandsons haircuts and the advertised price was $15 each,so I gave my son $40 to cover the cost and tip and I was just informed Joe charged $75 and was told it was because of the pandemic.Nothing like false advertising!!!! I WOULD HAVE REFUSED TO PAY THE EXTRA RIDICULOUS CHARGE !!!!NOTHING LIKE BENDING SOMEONE OVER!!!! WHAT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!

Adrian is the best barber that Ive ever had cut my hair. He takes his time and is a perfectionist which in my eyes is a great quality for a barber. He blends old school tools with new school designs. Adrian is great and Im sure if you work in his barbershop you are great too. The atmosphere is fun and everyone has a smile on their face. Kings and Queens is an awesome place that I would recommend to anyone.

Mike is fantastic. He squeezed me for an appointment in as a walk-in. Ive had a fair bit of hair loss and thinning due to an illness and have been very self conscious. Mike was super lovely and has given me an awesome shave/ haircut, and now you cant even tell that any hair was missing. I now smile again when I look in the mirror. Thanks so much Mike!

Walked-in on a whim last night looking to waste time while family did some Christmas shopping. Turned out to be a great decision; I was able to get seen- last minute- for a taper, beard and shave. I really enjoyed my appointment with the new guy Jojo Reali. He was welcoming and approachable--a laid back dude but also professional. Jojo was knowledgeable about his craft, offered-up reliable advice/suggestions, and was extremely thorough in provided services. He demonstrated a passion for providing a good product. Top notch service for a mens or womans haircut. For a mens haircut this is the best barborshop in Maine. They are always very busy so I highly suggest to call and make a reservation. The barbers and hair stylist always take there time to make sure its perfect. The lounge area to wait is also very inviting and a relaxing spot. I cant wait for my next haircut.

Easily the best haircut and barber shop Ive ever experienced. Simply Fantastic. Vitia spent an entire hour getting my cut just right- tremendous attention to detail. Adrian provided expert input and support and they got me looking so fresh (ok, my hair at least...). Excellent shop, highly recommended. Pride in their work is evident from the moment you step in.

I came in the 9th for the first time to get my beard trimmed. My Nephew has been going for a while for haircuts and some razor work on the sides. So they came highly recommended. This place is everything a barber shop should be. Got the shape up, the razor, the hot towel, some conversation about life, and quality work. The price was actually shocking for the quality. I repeated the price because I honestly thought he misquoted it. I paid close to double what they asked and would have happily paid it as a base price. There are shops in my area (about a 45 minute drive) but I will without a doubt make the trip to this kings and queens! I couldnt be happier with their work. If your trying to stay looking right and your not walking through these doors... youre wasting your time!

I used to have a 5 star review here, but the place has changed a little...Pros:Sky is super attentive, listens to the things I want done with my hair, and such a great person to vibe with! Also, she is super gentle with your hair!Cons:The music can be inappropriate for kids and women.Sometimes the barbers just disappear??? And dont tell you when your appointment got moved or switched to another barber???Im hoping they improve since the haircuts are good. The vibe needs to step up, though.

Needed a last minute haircut for a wedding that day, went as early as possible but was told I needed an appointment. No one in the shop offered to help but I will give them some credit as they referred us to a barber in another shop who did. My question is why advertise Walk-Ins Welcome if that is not the case???

Dont come here unless you want a runaround! Time is money, and I value both. Made an appointment online for noon with Dan, and got a text (after I had already left) less than an hour before telling me the appointment had been pushed back 30 minutes, without asking. Annoying but not a big deal. Arrived promptly at 12:30, and at 12:35 it was going to be another 10 minutes. As I live 30+ minutes away and had appointments to keep (because I honor others time) I had to leave, essentially wasting 2+ hours from the middle of my day. Amateur hour.After turning Dan down for a free haircut (preferring to schedule with a barber who can keep appointments), he passive aggressively continued to text me prompting me to leave a review.

Brunswicks only urban barber shop, specializing in making you look stylish. They are quite busy, so use the link on their FB page to schedule your appointment. They are perfectionists and want you to be totally satisfied, and are good about giving you ideas to adjust your appearance to keep up with current styles. Their perfectionism means that sometimes appointments run a bit long, and so yours might start a little late; quality and satisfaction are not always on a tight schedule : )
