I hadnt been in in Brunswick long and the transmission started going in my truck. Im from a small town originally and got spoiled with the service quality you get when you deal with someone you see away from ther garage later. I took a chance on this shop after reading some reviews here and man did it pay off! Jeff is amazing to work with and honesty. That doesnt happen much today. He was quick to get work done and I know for a fact he stands behind his work. A couple of weeks after he finished working on my truck something out of his control went wrong. He took my truck in immediately and went through everything to make sure things were right. He installed a cooler on the transmission and barely charged me for the upgraded part and did the labor for nothing. I cant say enough good things about Jeff and his shop. If you need work done this is the place to go.

Transmission went out leaving work and I live an hour away. Found Jeffs transmission on-line and decided to go with him. I could not be happier with this decision. You dont find to many honest people in the automotive business but Jeff sets the standard. He was upfront and honest with me the whole time. I cant say Im happy with having my transmission go out but I can say Im happy with the service and quality of work. Hopefully I never have transmission problems but if I do Ill go out of my way to go back.

My car with 150K miles had a transmission that suddenly acted up and it seemed like a serious issue. Towed it to Jeffs and he determined it was just low on fluid. It is very rare to have total confidence and trust in a business owner that is honest, and Jeff is honest! He will always receive my business and referrals.

Took my dodge in to get the transmission checked out it was stuck in first gear and it was shifting hard prior to getting stuck in first so I went to another shop before Jeff and I wish I would have just gone here first, hes an honest hard working man, even with being so busy he was able to squeeze me in and has me back on the road now. My situation was not urgent so I told him to get check it when he could and in 2 days its all ready to go with amazing prices and quality work. Another thing I liked as well was he was informative he would let me know what issues were at hand and how he was going to go about fixing them and explain everything very well. Everyone that I know that has used Jeff speaks highly of him. So, when I started to have transmission trouble I went to him & I dont regret it. Hes smart, thorough, and explained to me the problems that I was having--honest and straight forward. He squeezed me into a busy schedule (during spring break) and did exactly what I asked; got me and my fam up and running again! Ill definitely use him in the future when needed & recommend him.

I couldnt thank Jeff enough. I was driving from Florida to NY when my car decided to act haywire on the highway on Saturday afternoon. There wasnt an open car shop, but we found Jeffs number and while he wasnt even open, he agreed to meet me to look at my car. He did a diagnostic test on my car and found multiple things going on in the transmission and advised me not to drive it any further, and that he could fix it on Monday. He wouldnt take any money from me as a thank you for coming to look while he was closed. Hes a stand up guy and I recommend him for anyone in the area.

Ive known Jeff for a while. When the transmission on my work van started slamming into gear, and barking the tires, I gave Jeff a call. (I had visions of thousands of dollars in my head...) He said, bring it up here and lemme take a look at it. I did... He called me up and said; Its not your transmission thats the problem, its the throttle position sensor. Ill put a new one in if u want? I said go ahead. I went to pick my van up expecting at least a $200 bill... He said, You owe me $78 for the new TPS. I was thrilled !!! I am definitely recommending Jeff to everyone, and my van runs great !!! Thanks Jeff !!!

While traveling my transmission went out. He was very honest about what needed to be done and then when I needed a rental car he drove me to the rental place so that I wouldn’t had to pay for a cab.

Took my car to 2 other shops and they couldnt fix my car. Took Jeff 1 day to fix it. I thought the worst but all it was the wrong transmission filter that the Ford place put in.
