Took a tv to get it fix months ago and they have not call me to explain the situation, i had to call them and ask for my tv and their response was they where still checking on it. Then i called them again a week later and told me they couldnt find the part to fix it online and that they will contact me once its done. Well more than a month as pass now and still have not gotten a call from them. And they still charge you just to check your tv claiming is a service fee? I wouldnt mind to pay the fee if the service was good but customer service is bad. It this pont I will just buy a new tv save yourself the hassle.

Waste of money took it there got fixed then broke 6 months latter IT BROKE 🙄 I repeat DO NIT FIX UR TV THERE POOR QULITY

Anywhere but here. They will steal your tv and money! I took my tv in and there was a $20 fee to leave it for inspection, they would then tell me what it had and how much it would be to repair it. They said it would take a few days, so I called a week later and they said they had not had the chance to look at it. I gave them another week, called and not ready, I gave them a month! Went in and they said the tv was stored and it would take a while for them to take it out to go back later. I then called and they said the owner wasn’t there. Point of story, it’s been way over a year and they never gave me my tv. Don’t go here and get scammed!!

I gave Wayos TV Repair a call Monday morning, explained the problem, and they had someone out the same day who fixed it in my home for a very reasonable price. I give them 5 Stars!!! Highly recommend this place!

Using Wayos TV Repair company helped to expedite scheduling of my service. The technician was knowledgeable. This was a preventive maintenance call and while the technician looked over the TV, he did only a perfunctory review. Wayos TV service is always working to provide faster service and repairs when needed. My LED TV is as good as new. Thanks Wayo!!

Had a problem with my plasma TV and found out it needed replacement parts on the power board. It was a $80 job I would say. But to my surprise the amount to repair was $240. With $50 dollars more I could of bought the same TV brand new. Yet they claim to be fair. I recommend you stay away from this place. Furthermore it turned out the parts that were ordered somehow never made it to the shop. After calling management they were not able to provide me service I was looking for. So I had to leave to the $50 for diagnosed they made on the TV and out of frustration I told them I would leave the TV with them.

These guys Helped me out big time! They are not limited to just TV repair. I had a charging unit for a battery that is used on a computerized frame measuring machine. when it burned out the dealer said that they were the only manufacturers and I had to buy a new one from them for a large amount of $$$ . took it to Wayos and they saved me a boat load of money! Thanks Again Guys

Took my tv twice with them ..first time ordered a part was charged $130 ...took the tv home and had the same problem ..took it back and was told it was a different part was charged $80...took tv home and still have same problem ....they dont let you see what they changed out ......highly recommend going somewhere else

Took my moms TV because the coaxial cable plug was broken, the TV would turn on but get no signal, they charged us 55 dollars. When we went to pick it up, it wouldnt turn on and they said it was a board that needed to be replaced and that we had to pay for it, then two weeks later they said that they couldnt find that board anywhere and that they would only refund 35 and we get to take the broken TV home, with no repairs

The Wayo TV Repair company have excellent technicians, they went straight to the problem and replaced the appropriate part and adjusted the settings to the TV. Recommended them and give them 5 stars!
