Extremely experienced and knowledgeable owner and repair service. I highly recommend. Lived here over 40 years and this is the best electronics repair shop in Brownsville.

They were supposed to mount 3 of my TVs but then we decided to get the other 2 tvs mounted as well. They did them all very good so far. They were very polite and covered up any extra holes they needed to do. The only downside was that they put a hole through my sons shower. I didnt tell them since I found out afterwards, but it was nothing big. we just patched it up since it was small. Other than that I would recommend and I would call them again for their services.

I do not recommend this place, terrible attention, very expensive and everyone check your receipt because I did not do it and they were left with the legs of the tv

I took in my electric keyboard that had a dead key. They charged me a diagnostic fee (not unusual) and told me they would call with an estimate. They fixed it for a good price (Ive never had to have a dead key repaired, so I dont know if the cost was a fair price, but it seemed reasonable). The piano works just as it did when it was new! Im very happy with their repair job. The reason Im only giving them 4 stars is because they fixed it before giving me the estimate. If I hadnt been able to afford the cost of the repair and decided not to go forward with the repair job (I realize the diagnostic fee is nonrefundable, understandable), would I have been allowed to take my piano home when the repair that was done had not been authorized by me?

Be warned, I had read their Poor yahoo reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I took in my large LED tv to get an estimate because I had trouble turning it on . Estimate was $30 and they told me what was wrong with it, and quoted $325 to have it fixed . I agreed . They gave me a date of pickup and called that morning to make sure . I was told that the tv needed to be brought back to the shop because it had been moved because of flooding due to heavy rains (?). I dropped by later that afternoon . My tv was on display at the shop and right away noticed there was a black horizontal line across the screen, (prior to taking it in, the picture was never an issue-it’s a new Brand name TV). I point it out to owner/ clerk and she tells me that if I want it fixed it will be an additional $250 .i point out that that line was not there prior and her response was that “oh the main board was also in need of replacing .” I don’t think they know how giving an estimate works, and even then, I have my suspicions that the Tv was dropped or got wet during transport . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Im glad to say im happy to have found this place. The Secretary was friendly and keep in contact with me throught the time my 65 inch flat tv was brought in. They gave me a price of 250 to fix the problem. When i picked up my tv it was the price they quoted me . Also i met the owner and he come to my house and installed in on the wall for me at a really good price.They were very friendly and honest. So now he is fixing several friends of mine who has tv problems. I recommend them highly..

My tv started going dark so I took it here to get fixed, the guy told me the LED lights were going out and needed to be replaced, it cost me over $200 to get fixed with one month warranty, so i did it. I got the tv back a few days later but within the same week that i got it back the LED lights started going out again, luckily it was within the month so they re-fixed it again free of charge...... BUT a month and a half later the LED lights started going out again. Im out of $250 with nothing accomplished.

This place is not right they charge you 30 dollars regardless if something is wrong with your tv or not then they add extra charges so you will have to pay more ....I will never go back there again...
