Been here before and its mostly well stocked. Always disorganized, but busy so it goes with the territory. Cashier worked quick to get her line down though. Shop at your own risk.

The worst customer service and leadership from the manager on this location David Villafranco! I had an event for my niece 15 bday and had purchased some balloons at another location ( they did not had helium) where I was told with my receipt I could take them to another Dollar tree and they will provide helium. When I got to the boca chica location Olvia Martínez assisted me an advice me that she wasn’t able to put helium because the balloons where not purchased there. I said I wanted to exchange the balloons for something else and she refused! I ask to speak to a manager and she called David villafranco who said it was his day off and that they couldn’t assist me and for to return to the other location. I am very disappointed of the fact that no where on the receipt does it mention I am unable to exchange balloons and that no one with authority was there to assist me. I ask for a phone number to speak to a higher authority since Mr. Villafranco did not want to take ownership of his location, I was than provided with a number and a name which I called and stated that lady no longer work for the company!!!

Every one was wearing masks, both customers and service personal. I always find what Im looking for, but if Ive got a question, one of your employees will quickly direct me to the proper aisle where they normally hand me the product Im looking for. Its Christmas time & as expected the shelves are tossled all around. I wish are city was a bit more civilized when it comes to shopping. My applause to the workers here who keep their cool thru all the mayhem all year round especially around any holiday.

It was nice to see and use the new carts as the old ones were limited in number and in bad shape. They have more and they work lol. The store was fully stocked and the employee was quick to check out.

I always find something interesting in there, and everything is $1 so is easy to keep track in how much youre going to spend.

This place is always a mess when I go. And on top of that, theres hardly ever more than one cashier attending customers, so lines tend to stretch fairly easily when theres a lot of people.

Have always shop since it opened first time time I didnt get anything and the employee was just bad. Waiting in only line that was open salesperson Gloria was with same customer for over 20 mins no manager in store just 2 salesladies very unprofessional couldnt get one sale between the two. Line super long about 13 persons finally one goes to next register and new people form line while the 13 still waiting then Gloria says register 4 is close go to number six by then theres about 10 people plus the 13. I asked her to call for help she only 2 registrar only 2. Where can we complain? Call the store number and guess who answers with a bueno not even stating the store name.....just like she would answer in her house....ahhh😡😡😡fainlly I walk out with 5 other customers .so sad wad my favorite dollar tree

My wife works there an its not that its always messy bt by the time they finish recovering the ailes a hour later its already messy due to rude customers who dont kno how to put back the merchandice an make a mess.... its not always the employees falt bt thats the biggest store with the most ppl
