I have taken various computers there and I would consider it the best repair shop in Brownsville. The job is done fast, correct, and not expensive at all.

I took my laptop here a couple of years ago, while in college, as it had a virus. The owner charged me 60.00$ or so, I paid and took my laptop home after they fixed it without checking it at this location. I arrived home, checked the computer and realized that the virus was still there. I went back to this shop that same day less than an hour after I had initially left. The owner was so rude and said that he would fix it, and quickly did something to the computer in front of me fixing or deleting the virus but told me that I had to pay 60.00$ again. I was absolutely baffled. I thought this was unfair and told him that I didnt think I should pay again for something they didnt even fix initially and which I had already paid.I was upset and didnt know what to do because he wouldnt give me back my computer back until I paid again! I, a college student at the time, told him that I all had was 20.00$ in my pocket. He angrily agreed to me giving him this extra money and purposely erased all of my files and photos from the computer, which he said hed save and which I had paid him extra to do, in front me before handing me back my laptop.I considered calling the police or even my parents then when he refused to return my laptop as I felt frightened and attacked at that moment. So, please dont visit this location and take your computer elsewhere. I do believe he ripped me off because I was just a 19 year old kid who went there alone.

This con replaced my computer with someone elses and claim they fixed it. I realized when I saw someone elses information. They do not fix, they just replace with another person goods. I can imagine this is a huge SCAM
