Went in this morning to wait for a guy named Julio. He quoted me at a price of 52 to order the back part for my laptop. The hinges were coming off but the screen still worked. Quoted me $40 for labor and said with tax total comes to $96.25. He then asks for the money before ordering the part when I asked him if I could get a receipt for the money I would be giving him to order the part for me or some sort of confirmation # & he said I was “asking too many questions” & told me to go else where. All I wanted was proof of purchase to allow myself to be updated & informed about the part for my laptop that I would be purchasing for my laptop. Horrible experience & I don’t know why he would not do that for me. Sketchy work. Never going back.

The best in town. Today is my first time to go on this shop and the owner Julio is so good and very accommodating. He tested my dell desktop and troubleshoot immediately while I am waiting and found the problem upfront. He offered me to replace my hard drive which was already dead with an SSD.In an hour I got my desktop with brand new hard drive and cost is very reasonable.In the afternoon I brought another dell xps desktop and within an hour he fixed my desktop.Thank you, Julio.

Took in my computer to get it repaired, they diagnosed my computer for free and on the same day. I bought the parts to fix my computer and came back to get it assembled for a reasonable price. Computer has been running smoothly and I have no problems with it.This shop is very knowledgeable in what they do. Im glad I went to them and would recommend them to anybody.

I have been taking my computers to get repaired there for years. Very quick turnaround and they are very friendly. Prices are very good. Happy that they moved to a better location.

Have taken 3 lap tops and have not had any issues. Always get my computers checked and cleaned and problems always solved. Had one lap top that keyboard would not work. Tech took keyboard off the laptop and cleaned it cause their was food crumbs under the key board!!! (My kids laptop). I continue to come because it’s fast service and they are very friendly.

Generic computer repair store with excellent customer service my issue was unable to resolve itself as my main board was fried and they didnt have a replacement on hand. For a 7 year old laptop. My battery is blown causing the damage. I would still recommend these guys to friends. They didnt even charge a diagnostic fee.

Was having problems booting up the computer, and was told by another place that I would have to get another computer or reinstall the os. When I took it to Alpha, they fixed the issue in under an hour. High recommend!
