Great customer service. Good number of barbers. Enoc does one of the cleanest fades and beards. Recommend to check them out.

Every customer should be acknowledged when they enter not wait an hour and not even know if ur in line. Cuts are good customer service needs to be stepped up unless u dont like money.

There are so many now barbershops to choose from! I for one value, time, professionalism, and quality. All in all excellent customer service is what is to be expected and this shop definitely does not have. I had went in for my usual cut, already had a preference on which barber to cut my hair and waited patiently then when that barber was available I was told this shop doesnt take/make appointments. I never made appointments understanding the flow of customers. He then had another customer take my place for the cut with that barber where I had already waited and was not going to wait again for either that same barber or another. That is extremely unprofessional and shows lack of customer knowledge in service and etiquette in our culture of the valley. I will never ever go to this poorly run institution again. Service has to be a priority and as well treatment to customers.

Great here! i just went yesterday n the guy was super chill n nice. haircuts are fresh n there only bout 15 min. i did ask for a mid fade n they gave me a high tight fade but ig i just have to explain it to them how i want it better. recommend 100%💈

Came to get my hair cut on the 14th. The concern for their customers safety in regard to covid is shameful. None of the employees were wearing masks and did not seem to care mu h about cleanliness. Get it together. People are dying.

I absolutely love taking my son to get a haircut here. They do play loud music, but Ive asked on 2 occassions to please turn down the music while my son gets a haircut and they are more than happy to oblige. The owner is very friendly and professional. We always go with Norman, but when I asked him who else would he recommend, he was professional and said everyone did a great job and was just as patient as he was. There is a wait on the weekends but during the week there is almost no wait time during the morning hours.

Guy was more interested in his phone than on my cut. Didnt give me the cut I wanted. I had hairs left sticking out where they were longer than the rest. Second time I come. Last time I had a great cut at lest cost. This time it was a total bomb. Now I have to let it grow again to fix it. Going somewhere else next time.

I came in about 15 minutes before closing. There was a brief wait. However, I see why. It was well worth the wait. I had been to a few places in the island area and was not pleased. Rudy was the one who took care of me. I got a cut and beard trim. He did a great job...though he took my beard a little shorter than expected but, it was not too bad. I recommend coming here and will be back.

The ambient is very nice, it has this look of an industrial type of building with a tad of a hipsyer feel to it. Barbers are very welcoming and treat you like a friend. They got several large tvs so you can enjoy a game, comedy show or music videos.I had my hair cut and my beard trimmed and styled. My barber kept checking on the details and kept checking up on me if it was going the way I wanted it. Ive had bad experiences on other places where they do what they want according to their style and dont check on you.Price range to me seems fair, but also cheap considering the experience. Of course it all depends on what you want done.I do not know if they provided a hot towel and straight raiser service. It would be great if they did have it and that I just had missed it. Other than that, it was a great experience and will go back.Ask for Mark.And dont forget to tip.

This place is good if you have short hair and looking to have a short fade. However, if you have mid to long hair go somewhere else. They would just cut it off. At least with the person I had the haircut with. I even showed the guy a picture, and it was way off from what I requested. Now I have to deal with a haircut that looks like I got it from a rookie barber. I’ll probably won’t go back for a while.

Everytime ive been here I get cut by someone new but theyve all been excellent these kids are talented. Its noce to see an old trade thriving.

If I could give them more I would. Took a toddler that had gotten a horrible hair cut elsewhere because he does not budge. Trey did an amazing job fixing his hair cut, but most importantly was very patient at dealing with his behavior.

One of the best and fastest barber shops out there

I decided to stop by this place a couple of days ago. I walked in and was told that I would be taken in shortly or by the next barber coming in. I waited around 40 minutes and nothing. I took a phone call and stepped outside (music was playing inside) I came back in and the barber coming in called me to his chair (first on the right side). After sitting down, the barber that had greeted me 40 min ago (first chair on left as you walk in) tells me to get off the chair since someone else is going first (guy who walked in 5 min ago). I got up and left the establishment. Very uncomfortable experience .I went and got a haircut somewhere else. I was preparing for a meeting with hospital CEOs so not a very good day for that to happen. Thats the only reason im talking the time to write this.

Walked in with my husband and son to get a haircut and no one even gave us a glance. We were standing by the counter for a couple minutes and still nothing. There was a guy by the counter maybe a foot away from us and he was too busy changing the channel on the TV to even let us know where to sign in . We will never go back . Its a shame but customer service is everything .
