Male stylist was rude and this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. My hair was cut dry.... I was not asked if I wanted a shampoo. He carelessly sprayed my hair and sprayed water right in my face... no apology. My haircut took no more than 5 minutes. No conversation between us and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Terrible service and worst cut ever. I feel like he could use more training.

I asked about the best stylist for short hair at Mastercuts and they immediately told me, Gabriel. I decided to take a chance and am I glad! Gabriel is a total professional and has given me a consistently great cut, according to the style I showed him in my inspiration photo. Not long ago, I trusted him to do color. Another great job. I wanted two color highlights and he did them beautifully. His work ethic gives a totally different vibe to the experience than I have seen in the many shops I have been to. Waiting for my appts., Ive seen other clients leave his chair with beautiful cuts, too. Gabriel is a true stylist!!

I walked in with a picture of long hair with lots of layers going up, I thought this would be no problem since I had almost waist length hair that would just need to be thinned and layered. She started off by not even washing my hair and then after we agreed to cut about an inch and a half off the length, I ended up with shoulder length hair and the thickest layers I’ve ever seen. I started crying as soon as I got out of the salon. Looks nothing like the picture.

6-9-2020 My experience with Mastercuts is real good, I make an appmt with Chance.,He listens and works with the customer. I think all the stylists do their best, I havent been to all but I see some of the work while I sit and the cuts & styles look nice. But my choice is Chance gone to him for years. 5 Stars !!

We showed up an hour to closing, with 4 employees present and only 1 with a customer. One employee was reluctant to even try cutting my 3 year old sons hair without even meeting him, in fear he would throw a fit. She finally agreed to try. My son let himself get a haircut while sitting on my husbands laps and she still cut his hair uneven. Meanwhile another employee was cutting my 5 year old daughters bangs. My daughter asked if she could braid her hair to which the employee responded, I dont know how to braid. She then cut her bangs and left the rest of her hair messy. She didnt even brush her hair in a pony tail. I sat there in the waiting area and fixed my daughters pony tail myself. The worst experience ever. I would take my kids to Cool Cuts any day over this crappy place. Horrible service and lazy employees.

Nice friendly staff but not honest about their prices. I asked for cost and was quoted a price for what I wanted and ageed to it. But when he rang up the bill he tagged $12.00 TWICE just for adding contioner after shampooing. This was supposed to be already included on the cost given, however it was tagged onto the bill without even asking or making me aware of the extra cost. I feel this is deceptive and bad customer service. Had I been told before hand it would have been okay, but considering the way it was handled I will not be going back or recommending Master Cuts to anyone. The person did a good job and I was going to leave a nice tip but considering what happened.I left feeling disappointed and cheated because of your dishonesty. My friends always ask me for recommendations for hair salons needless to say NOT sending them here. Your loss not mine!

Despite the poor reviews I tried to give this place a chance due to being conveniently located at Sunrise Mall. Mistake. Every bad review is accurate. Poor service. Mis(no)management to help. And the haircut itself, would have been better hiring Pet Mobile Groomers...

Went to get my hair done showed her a picture of the brown color I wanted. Told her I wouldnt mind throwing a crazy color of violet low lights involved with it too. She looked as if she had experience with the color because she had fun colored hair. She explained she was having difficulty with my hair during the process, the color was not attaching. She attempted darker color and told me it would fade. I went with it. Once completed and dried I was horrified. My entire hair glowed purple. Just stay natural!!!

Got my haircut fixed by a nice young girl there named Diane. Highlighly recommend.

Went in with an ok haircut, hoping they could get it to where I wanted it. Priscilla did an amazing job.

My haircut turned out pretty nice

If I could rate lower than one star I would. I showed her multiple photos of something I wanted and still gave me a poorly executed “fade”. She gave me a lazy Mohawk seems like. I gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping that since they are a salon in the mall they might know what they are doing and I ended up with a haircut that looks like I did it myself. I will never be going back there again.

Go see Chance. Hes the best!

I took my daughter to get a haircut with Gabriel. I asked him to cut only 2 inches in length . He ended up cutting more than 4 . He did a horrible job cutting her hair in layers. Very bad experience . I dont recommend him cutting girls hair.

Had to wait for more than three hours to not cut our hair. Male stylist Gabriel very rude, bad attitude, do not recommend him at all.

I wish I would have read reviews. Over price and lady said they don’t edge up that you need to go to a barber for that.
