He cuts hair well, not extraordinary. Average barber shop. 2 time and place needs improvement.He doesnt know how to cut hair using scissors and he said it, he said hes only good with the machine. That part is correct.He says he has so many years of experience but he cant cut using scissors.. where are those years of.experience?
