This fantastic place has been my home for the past 5 1/2 years and it really feels like a home and not apartments. I have great neighbors that help and look out for each other. The maintenance and security is top of the line. It’s a well lit complex at night. Office staff is always available via text and the laundromat is now technology available (no need for quarters) as well as rent payments on-line. Absolutely recommend Lantana Apartments.

Latana apartment complex is a great place to live for a family just starting out with laundry facilities and an office onsite. Parking is very well lit and secure. The community comes together for Christmas decoration contest and tamalada provided by the complex every year. Management is involved and address any concerns immediately.

Highly recommend living here, Ive been in these apartments since 2016 and never had any issues with neighbors staff ect. Staff is very friendly, and when something needs to be repaired its done quickly.

Hello....Great living experience..., I’ve been living here since property opened. Family friendly, great access to grocery stories and restaurants, plan to make it my retirement living place...Sure can say this ! Very affordable electricity I have never paid over 100.00 a month well built and insulated ..hope to enjoy many more years 🤘🏻💁🏻
