Amazing apartment complex, the amenities are great, everything is extremely clean, we feel safe and honestly believe they are the nicest in Brownsville. The staff are always on hand and very polite. Cant recommend these enough. Great stuff!

My experience living in Peninsula was amazing. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes in different cities and by far I’ve never felt safer than when living there. Hector was very accommodating with all of our needs and our transition to moving to Brownsville we constantly kept in touch and he helped us a lot.The amenities that it offers are great, the place is well kept and it’s always lit up outside at night. Sure it might be a bit more expensive than the surrounding areas but it is totally worth it. We had a few hiccups with the internet but Hector helped us and fixed it right away. The neighbors are great and we never had a problem with any of them. It’s honestly worth it and I think it’s the nicest apartments in Brownsville. The only reason why I moved out was because of a house other than that I would for sure still be living there. I could walk at night with my dog and I would feel completely safe.

Complex: This complex is quite nice. It is more expensive than some of the others in the area, but for me it was well worth the lack of headache and stress derived from housing. The amenities are nice and the complex is kept clean. Management is constantly trying to update the complex and make small improvements. This is sort of a positive and a negative. It obviously led to a nicer apartment in the end, but there was consistently work going on around the complex (nothing crazy or loud). The complex is mostly comprised of middle-class families and young professionals.Internet: The internet at this complex is faster than any comparable apartments I found. The WiFi felt like it had fairly regular hiccups (outages a couple times a month for a couple hours at a time), so nothing crazy, but could get a little annoying. It was extremely quick otherwise. The ethernet service was flawless and made the occasional WiFi outages not a problem.Management: This is where this complex really shines. Peninsula Commons has the best management of any apartment I have ever lived in. Hector Garcia is the manager (or some comparable title) and is extremely responsive to text/call for anything you need. He is super accommodating and kind. This alone would make me feel comfortable starting a lease at this apartment sight unseen.Synopsis: The best thing about living at Peninsula Commons is it doesnt add any stress to your life at all. Management is responsive and helpful, the units are nice and clean, the amenities are a nice cherry on top. I would suggest this to anybody moving to the area who can afford to pay a little more to avoid the common stresses associated with apartment living. Sure, maybe you could save $100/month living somewhere else, but it is not worth the headache that come with cheaper apartment complexes.Thanks,CM

The amenities are really nice and I liked the hot tub a lot. Also the landlord, Hector, let me back into my apartment when I locked myself out @ 10:30 PM on a weeknight so that was pretty cool.

We had to relocate to Brownsville for a few months and were looking for a nice short term lease in a gated community with clean pool, updated units and safe area for kids to play at. Peninsula Commons met ALL our criteria and exceeded expectations!Manager Hector is AWESOME! Very polite, respectful and takes care of tenants requests quickly. The maintenance team is very nice.The units themselves feel like brand new. Very clean and comfortable.The amenities are wonderful! Big beautiful pool, gym, playground for kids and lots of walking paths inside of the complex that are perfect for running or jogging.Short term lease cost with all utilities included was unbeatable especially for those who come from pricey California :) It’s also only 30 min away from Spacex, Boca Chica and half an hour away from South Padre Island.

Of all the apartment complexes in Brownsville I ONLY recommend living here at Peninsula Commons! Very modern and clean, the furnished apartments come with absolutely anything and everything you need. The tenant managers keep you up to date with any changes and are quick to complete any request you have. This is a gated community and literal luxury living. Dont miss out!

Lovely modern apartments that are located in a very central area. So many things close by and easily accessible. You will not find a more accommodating and friendly property manager (Hector) anywhere else you go. I highly recommend these beautiful apartments!

We lived here for a while and the unit is amazing. Everything inside was lik brand new and so perfect. One of the Managers Hector Garcia was very helpful from day 1. Never had any issues, the pool, gym, and game room were awesome as well. They threw a party for us guests for holloween which was super fun and very nice on their part. I highly recommend Peninsula Commons to anyone and I will be referring my friends as well. Thank you all for a great stay.

High end living is difficult to find in Brownsville TX, and this complex goes way beyond its appealing and luxurious exterior with its amazing amenities and helpful staff. Office management and personnel really care about the community here and maintenance comes through for any work orders in a matter of MINUTES. Great experience living here!

I am a current resident, going on 7 months and I absolutely love living here! Our community is very calm and I feel safe! Also, management is rapidly available when needed! I love that we have a pool, gaming area, and gym. Also, the location of the appartments is very convinient as it is near common fast food restaursnts, banks, HEB, Walmart, gasoline station, two gyms, and the expressway! I highly recommend!
