Walked in to get a fill and waited, about 5-7 min, for the staff to talk amongst themselves to who was going to help me. There was only one other customer there and three other employees sitting around. Once they decided who was going to help me, I was told one would do the fill and the other would paint. Sure, Im fine with whatever. The employee who shortened my nails cut them all different lengths and they were crooked. I didnt have her fix them because they were too short for my liking and I didnt want to have anymore length cut off trying to make them even. Then the second employee painted my french tips. She seemed unhappy that I didnt want gel polish (why get gel when I have acrylic), she had to search for white non gel polish and when she found it, it was thick and goopy and you could tell while she was painting my nails it was looking... not so good, plus she didnt fully paint the ends of my nails, got paint on my fingers, and there were bubbles in the clear polish once it dried.For $28 for a fill and french tip I was expecting better quality. They were very friendly so Ill give them that, but Ill be going to a different salon for my next fill.

Had concerns given the reviews, but happy I went. Got a pedicure and it was amazing! I will be going back!

Don’t bother. I’ve been there twice. The first time the paint job on my pedicure was so bad a new person had to step in and redo them completely. The second time I went for a pedicure and arrived 3 hours before they closed. They turned me away because they were “not taking any more appointments” (there was no one in the waiting area and only 3 people getting their nails done).

Came here once for my prom set of acrylics. Showed the nail tech (I believe her name was Deloris) a picture of what I wanted and she imitated it perfectly! Took her time on my nails and was very friendly.

The girls at Obsession are great! They are the best in Brownsburg, very reasonably price! my wife loves the attention to detail they do on her nails! I love their pedicure and manicure they provide!

Walked in. Sat there for 15 minutes. Then was told they did not have any openings. All I wanted was wax. If you cant do the service, fine. But dont make people wait 15 minutes to tell them no...it was 3:00pm btw...they close at 5. Thanks for wasting my time.
