This was done yesterday and already look at least 2 weeks old because he painted so far away from my cuticles that were not even removed and this is regular nail polish so no reason to do so far.Another thing... I asked the person 3 times whats the difference between regular and deluxe pedicure and all 3 times his answer was Yes. I do understand him not being able to speak English and thats not my issue at all however, my issue is him answering yes not knowing what I was talking about. He could ask someone there to help him as I did after realizing that would be no communication between us.Manicure was ok, nothing impressive but not bad.

Always friendly, fast, and great conversation while there. They always try to work you in whenever possible! Great quality nails that are affordable!

Pretty disappointed. I get married tomorrow and asked for a fill with gel and pedicure with gel. Made an appointment. When I came in for the pedi she said they can’t do just sparkle on the toes that there has to be a base. Which ok understandable. When going to get my nails filled I asked for an ombré with sparkle and showed him the picture below. He said “we can’t do that with color but we can do something similar” what I got was nothing similar but was already set so no reason to argue it. Paid for it $82 for a fill and pedicure. So now I get married and stuck with a nail color that is nothing even remotely close to what I was asking for….sad

Amazing job, done fast, and very cheap! Best and cheapest acrylic/gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Called and had an appointment within the hour. Definitely would recommend!

This was my 1st time here and I had John. I don’t get my nails done very often anymore because I always feel like no one ever listens to me or gives me exactly what I want.I went here expecting to be disappointed once again but that was far from what happened here!Smiles and kindness greeted me at the door.I had John as my nail technician and I loved how he didn’t get that annoyed look on his face when I showed him a picture of what I wanted.He really took the time to explain to me the differences in the nail style I wanted and how to achieve that specific look.He then began the process and I just can’t say enough how wonderful he was. He was gentle with my hands and knew exactly what he was doing.I will definitely be going back to John.The only thing I found confusing was when I googled “nail salons” in Brownsburg, it gave me a place called, “Ocean Nails”. Apparently that used to be the name of the business before it was taken over by new management. When it was taken over by new management, the name was changed to “Lucy’s Nails”.It made it a little confusing but rest assured that it is now called “Lucy’s Nails” and it is in the same strip mall as Planet Fitness.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Ive been coming here for years now. It took me awhile to find a place that I wanted to commit to. They are so nice, very professional and personable. They have lots of choices of colors and always do an amazing job. Ive never been disappointed or dissatisfied here and Ive had everyone here work on my toes and hands. I cant recommend them enough!

Son did a fantastic job on my pedicure! He was thorough and really made me feel relaxed and pampered. The whole environment of the salon felt safe, clean, and well maintained. Of the salons Ive been to in the area, Im most impressed with Lucys and will definitely be back to see Son for my feet and Jon & Christy for my nails.

My acrylic nails chipped after less than 24 hours. I went back the next morning to ask to have it fixed and the woman at the front nail desk was very rude, she didn’t acknowledge me any time I spoke to her and when she “fixed” my nail she told me I was mean for asking if I needed to make an appointment to come back to get it fixed. Her idea of fixing my nail was to literally paint over the chip because she didn’t want to do the acrylic then. I will definitely not return.

My nails look great but the customer service is lacking. Specifically with the lady up front. She was very rude to anyone who walked through the door that wasnt already a regular there. This poor old lady was trying to get her nails done a certain way and she got such an attitude with her I thought the lady was going to cry. Just for that I wont be back.

Great place to go! I got a pedi and a dip mani with tips. She did an awesome job on my pedicure and very friendly. The woman who did my dip manicure did an amazing job. I did 3 colors for my ombre, and she really took her time putting each color on. The result was fantastic! I will definitely go back.

I moved here from Florida a little over a year ago and had the hardest time finding a nail salon I loved.. Lucy’s nail salon did it for me🤗.. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and they still look amazing which speaks to the quality of the products and the techs great work. Chrissy was amazing.. super sweet! I made a appointment and when I walked in she had my pedicure water running and took me in right away. My time is so limited so this means the world to me to know I can trust making an appointment that it will be honored by the business. I highly recommend this place! I am very picky and am very happy with her work and the service! 💕

I wish I could give no stars!! I have never in my life been treated so badly, I had three people yelling at me talking about me as if I wasnt there!! It was the most awful experience of my life. I paid for the Pedi and left in tears of anger 😭

I stumbled on Lucy nail a few years ago and have been a loyal customer since. Prior to that experience I would jump from one nail salon to another never being fully tethered to any one location. I’ve always had a great experience at Lucy. It’s very clean, great selection, priced fairly, and friendly staff. They are always willing to make it right if you have any issues with your service.

Staff was super friendly. I went in for a gel manicure for my wedding and couldnt be happier with the color combos they lady helped me pick.

I am obsessed with this place. I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails. They are super friendly and do an excellent job. Love these guys!!

Took my daughter to get her a manicure, we sat for 45 minutes before deciding to leave. Unless you make an appointment it’s not worth your time going in. Every person (5 people after us) that came in was 20 to 30 minutes late for their appointment (one lady even saying just squeeze me in because I know I’m late) however they all were serviced before us. A lady and her daughter came in after us and was getting dipped nails and they even sat them before us, this lady even stated that she knew she had ppl head (pointing at us) mind you she didn’t mention anything about an appointment (but since she was spending more than us I guess she was more important).

The perfect nail salon... very pleasant surroundings, nice music, clean and great technicians. Christy makes sure you feel like family and they are experts in making you look beautiful. Call ahead for an appointment. If you havent tried this shop yet you are missing a hidden gem😊

I have been to this nail salon a couple times to get my nails done, and they do a good job, for a fill and a gel pedicure I pay about 80$, but lately I feel they have been a little rude and not very convenient with COVID 19 going on I prefer to use to my Samsung Pay to avoid germs or having to touch multiple surfaces, they dont offer that option and then when asked to at least try it the owner got really rude.

I recently started going to Lucy’s Nails and have loved my experiences there. I actually had gone to Ocean Nails (previous name under different management), and I can tell a night and day difference as far as all of the improvements that have been made. Christy takes her time and is amazing at what she does. I can tell everyone who works there takes pride in their work. I have been to many different salons in the Hendricks County area, and this is the best.

What an amazing experience! I can’t say enough positive things about this salon! I have had the privilege of having Christy do my nails and pedicures and she is beyond amazing!! Everyone has to check out this salon! You will not be disappointed! Staff and environment is so welcoming, clean, and amazing!

I love this salon. I wont go anywhere else they are fast, friendly and professional. They are clean and the color selection is awesome. They always keep up with the current colors and designs. I always do the powder dip it strengthens my real nails and lasts.

I just tried Lucys Nails and they were phenomenal. The service was amazing, the place is super clean, everything was taken out of the sterilization machine prior to use, and my nails look great. I feel like they took their time and really took pride in their work. I also got my eyebrows done and I would highly recommend them.
