Lacritia Spence, is an awesome agent and runs a top notch agency. She follows up, sends reminders and makes good suggestions on products and services that State Farm has to offer. We currently have an IRA and Coverdale account to save for future college expenses. I have been a long time customer and customer service is the key to maintaining good customer relationships.
