I’ve been using Guerin and Associates for several years now. Michelle, Kim, Brian, and all other staff members (sorry, I don’t know all their names) are friendly, courteous, and responsive. Nobody likes to purchase insurance. However, when you do, it certainly makes it easier when you have a friendly group at the agency. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work at Guerin AMFAM!

Had Brian for years. Not sure what’s better, Brian or his staff. They have tons of experience and knowledge when it comes to policies and protecting what’s most important to you. They take the time to listen, ask questions, and give good guidance. If I ever need info, they get it to me right away. If they don’t know the answer, they’ll be the first to admit it and are eager to research it and get back with you. That’s the wonderful thing about this agency, plus if you get their voicemail, they will call you back! Every time. That’s so important these days when a lot of insurance is these big corporations and these 1-800 numbers and calling and dealing with the wait times then select 1 then 3... I love that I get a live person. It’s one of the best things things you get with your American Family Policy and this is a wonderful agency who really cares about you. I often forget they have other clients!! They have great life insurance too!

I have been with the Brian Guerin Agency for over 30 years. In that 30 plus years I have made a few claims but nothing that was earth shattering but nonetheless I made some claims. Everytime I did make a claim, the team at the agency was always responsive and Johnny on The Spot with any questions I had including the process. Even when I have general questions, I call the office and get them answered in less than 3 minutes with either Michelle, Kim or Brian himself, I can even text Brian and he gets back to me in a timely manner. While other insurance companies talk a great game, The Brian Guerin Agency finishes the game. I highly recommend them.

I was involved in an automobile accident last year and Brian and his team were very responsive and put me in touch with what and who I needed in a timely manner. Brian even spent time with me today, nearly a year following my accident to answer questions that I had and gave me assurance that things were being completed and settled accurately and fairly. I have been with the Brian Guerin agency for over 30 years. Whenever I have had a claim they have been very helpful. They have also had great advice on what to insure, what level of comprehensive insurance to have or not have on the vehicles, etc. A few days ago my wifes car threw a bunch of codes and wouldnt travel over 20 mph. I had the car towed to the dealer. They gave me the unfortunate news that mice had chewed through the wiring in several places on the wiring harness. The service rep said that replacing the harness would run ughhh... $4000! But, he said that I should check with my insurance agent, my insurance may cover it. So I called and talked to Brian. Needless to say, he said that comprehensive would cover it and I would only owe $100 for my deductible. Wow, was I relieved!! He quickly switched my call over to the claims department. They handled everything with the dealer. A nice lady from claims followed up with me a couple times as did Michelle Tsui from Brians agency. I have since picked the car up and I couldnt be happier with Michelle, Brian and the folks at the claim department. I am very pleased with everything they helped me with and I couldnt recommend them more!!

I’ve been a client of Brian and American Family for years and have had to file a couple claims. Am Fam was amazing! My most recent issue I worked with Zach in Brian’s office who quickly turned me over to Jeni, the claims adjuster who was friendly, helpful and Quick! My entire issue was solved in less than a week. I was told my other friends with similar issues that it would take forever and they rarely saw a decent result from similar claims. Boy were they wrong! I had amazing service, personal assistance the whole way and my claim was paid out very fairly. Can’t say enough about Brian’s team.

I worked with Am fams emergency roadside service for the first time yesterday. Very happy w my experience. My contact was personable, helpful and efficient as was the technician who came to jump start my car. Used tobe a AAA member and decided to save a bit of money and tried american familys product. I am very happy so far!

Horrible service! I have paid 11 years of renter’s insurance and recently had water damage that affected some personal items. I was given misinformation, it took longer than necessary to receive forms in the mail, I was told after 5 days that I should have kept everything including the wet damaged linen and clothing, including a soaked twin bed in my garage until they came out to “assess the damage:” I refused to have smelly, moldy things in my garage, not to mention the bugs or mice it might attract. I had my damaged goods at street side for city to pick up. The insurance co. asked personal questions including having a special investigator call my adult son who does not live with me without my permission. I asked my agent Brian Guerin what do they do with a fire like in California? He said you can see people’s belongings in the ashes!!! They made a miserable situation worse. I told them I took photos. They were not looking after me but rather to see what they can do to not pay the claim. They also said I have to show proof of ownership and if something was given to me they wanted that person’s name and contact information. Do not use this insurance company!! I have Geico for my auto insurance and they have serviced me wonderfully. I feel ripped off! They took my monthly premiums payments but have received nothing but aggravation in return.

In my opinion its the little things that this office does that make a HUGE Difference, the perks just never stop!As a thank you to me, when I first transitioned to American Family, I was given two free movie tickets to AMC, on American Family, really nice. And American Family often hosts a family movie event where you can receive discounts at the movies.Every year, on my birthday, I get a happy birthday call or text from someone at Brian Guerins American Family.Im a card person, you can expect a card at Thanksgiving AND Christmas.Plus, their office hours are extremely convenient, they are even open on SATURDAYS.Their website helps me to stay connected to tips that have saved me money on my heating bill this year, so much good information on how to stay a safe driver during the winter months and things you should keep on hand in your vehicle depending on the weather.

This staff at this office is amazing. They really take great care of their clients. We have been with them for years. Never an issue.
