Awesome people who make learning fun, challenging and engaging
Signed up for a free trial and was hooked since my first class - I went on to enroll full time after that. Nate is extremely welcoming and is a great instructor. If you are on the fence I would definitely recommend coming in for a class! Great space and opportunity to train
The program and instructor (Nate in Broomfield, CO) are a great fit for all ages & stages. I started approx 2 weeks ago and am hooked. I’m 65, an old street fighter from Chicago, in reasonably good shape and health, and welcome the opportunity for this old dog to learn some new tricks.
Great stuff. I love training here.
I fell in love with this place on my very first day! The classes are fun and challenging and it’s exactly what I needed. I’m learning so much and gaining so much confidence with each class. Nate is an amazing teacher and super funny and helpful. I would highly recommend this class and just going for it, it’s absolutely worth it and life changing!
Great classes even for an old out of shape man. Learning a lot and helping to get in better shape. Great mix of people.
One of the best martial art establishments Ive ever patronized. Staff are very professional, entertaining and most of all caring about your safety and skill.
A great place to learn self defense and have fun getting fit. Im always a little timid to try new things but Im so glad I gave this a try. The staff and students here are super friendly and supportive. Its fun and challenging. Cant recommend highly enough!
Awesome instructors. Great training!
My son has been going here for years. Hes only 9! However, the level of discipline and respect he shows others is unlike most children. He not only learns the benefits of self defense, he also learns self respect, self restraint, follow through on commitments, ability to follow instructions, empathy, active listening and SO MUCH MORE! In todays society and how crazy the world gets, I love the idea he can protect himself and others regardless of where he goes. The instructor is always wonderful working with children as well. The adult side of Krav Maga at this location is always kickin! The combination moves are put together so smooth it makes it fun. I havent tried some of the other fitness programs they offer but there are so many options for all ages. Love this place!
The teachers are wonderful and make learning self defense simple.
Great training and equally great camaraderie.
This is a great place to train if youre looking for self defense or fitness or both. My friend trains, my nieces and nephew all do as well. There are no complaints from any of us. This is a badass company. Theres a bunch of different classes you can take and its all available on the one membership. No membership tiers. Beyond the classes they also run a bunch of different seminars for all types of things: active shooters, multiple attackers, weapon scenarios. The people here are awesome and they are really dedicated to the students. All of the instructors are very good and super cool to deal with. I think this is the best bang for the buck youll find at any gyms around Denver.
Great classes!
My 14 year old son and I have been training with Krav Maga for the past year. We absolutely love it! My son has really come out of his shell and has gained confidence in himself that he never had before. At Krav Maga, they teach you how to protect yourself in real life situations. They teach you that you no longer have to be a bystander or victim. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed!
All around excellent experience for anyone interested in learning self defense or krav maga. Fun instructors keep you working hard throughout and they have a good selection of classes at various times and levels.Would highly recommend for all the belly laughs you get for free :)
I started my journey with Colorado Krav Maga with a background in traditional martial arts. It was a quite a bit different focusing more on the effect of techniques and principles rather than analyzing the minutiae of each particular motion. What a relief!! I now know that I’m learning self-defense skills that are applicable in real-life situations. I have been pushed hard and I’m finding that my body is a lot stronger than I’ve ever given it credit for. And the best part, I’m meeting a lot of amazing people along the way!
Fantastic workouts, practical effective and proven self-defense training, family atmosphere, community, outstanding firearms training, and talented (and funny) staff. We love this place.
I got sucked into Krav by my friend and coworker. I happen to enjoy group-oriented fitness that involves learning some kind of skill, and she was constantly talking about Krav like it was the best thing ever. (Spoiler alert: she was right). My friend accompanied me to my first class on the last Wednesday in January, 2018, after work. I was DRAINED and trying to talk myself (and her) out of it. Thank goodness she didnt let me. :)Walking in the door, youre shown a few basics and then you are empowered by the instructor and your classmates to jump right in there with everyone else. Doesnt matter how much or how little you know -- Krav is based on the bodys instinctive responses and I truly believe that anyone, no matter their prior training or experience, can get something useful out of class from day one. I walked out of that first class having cleared out all the negativity and cant-help-its and with a ton of energy, feeling like I could conquer the world. I couldnt sign up fast enough to be a member!Because of Krav, Ive developed strength and endurance. My energy has skyrocketed, so Ive gotten into other things, like yoga and boxing drills, as well as interval training. I love that the Krav mentality is all about being prepared, not just for a fight, but for whatever life throws at me. Get in here and try a class with us -- you wont be sorry!!
Everyone Ive met has been so nice and helpful. Its an amazing community to be a part of as well as a killer workout.
I first started because Ive always had an interest in martial arts but I never really signed up for classes and in other forms like karate you usually have to start at a young age. But Krav Maga welcomes you regardless of age and experience. Ive been going here almost three months now and I love it! Not only have I got stronger and gotten more endurance, I also have more self esteem! The instructors are all amazing and teach each student at their own pace and adjustments can be made to suit your needs. Nate, James and Warren are great and make sure to explain things and remind you of the correct form, but they are also based on principles, not technique so the things that you learn you can apply to real life! I definitely recommend coming here for a class because youll absolutely end up loving it and signing up for more classes afterwards!
Ive only been to one class so far, but it was great. The instructor was encouraging and funny. The other attendees were friendly and inviting to a newbie. The class was a good workout.
Ive been coming here for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It combines a great workout with self defense skills that could save your life someday. This is the only workout that Ive found consistently engaging, I learn something new every time I go and Im always improving my fitness. The instructors are phenomenal and really work with you personally to ensure youre learning the defenses/ techniques correctly and pushing yourself. It doesnt matter where you start out, whether youre a seasoned athlete or are looking to start getting into shape, Colorado Krav Maga will challenge and reward you in so many ways.
This place is amazing! Some people can be intimidated by self defense but the instructors here have a way of breaking down those barriers and making the information that could literally save your life practical and manageable.Ive been going for a little over a year now and absolutely love the place. The level of dedication the instructors have is contagious and I always learn something new no matter the class I attend. If you are looking for a place to get in shape, build up self confidence, gain a better sense of awareness or even just try something new while having a good time, then this is the place for you!
I go to CO Krav Maga not only to learn to protect myself, but also because of the staff. You might think they would be tough, cold, hardened fighters. Truth is they are caring, warm, hardened fighters. They truly care about their trainees. They are there to help you defend your life in a terrible situation. Do you know what you would do if someone pulled a gun on you? Probably not, but the staff at CO Krav does. And they’d be happy to show you.
I moved to Colorado at the beginning of 2017. Being the farthest away from my hometown that Id ever been, I decided my first move should be to find a community of welcoming people so that I could make some friends. I didnt have to look far to find Colorado Krav Maga. When I first started, I was horribly uncoordinated, couldnt throw a punch to save my life, and was out of shape. On Day One, I received an enthusiastic welcome from the program director and other students. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging, but still pushed me to challenge myself and stretch my limits. After the first class I was hooked, and couldnt wait to commit to a membership and continue training. That was a year and a half ago. Today, I still experience the excitement that I felt at the end of that first class. Ive also found myself in the best shape Ive been in since high school and Ive gained confidence that Ive never had before. Being a student at COKM has been life changing for me, and I think so many people would feel the same way after trying just one class.Youll come looking for basic skills to protect yourself, but youll leave with a new lifestyle, family, and home.
This school is not just for people seeking their fitness goes. This school offers everything from self confidence to a different perspective on life. The instructors are best at what they do. I have been attending for almost 2 years I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. No matter the class instructor or even the school Colorado Krav Maga always delivers everything you are looking for even if you dont know your looking for it yet.
I’ve loved this place from the start. Everyone has always been so welcoming, instructors are knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are very active in the community and they treat everyone equal. By far the best.
I have been coming to classes for some time now and this year I completed and passed my orange belt test. That is something I would never have thought possible for myself. The instructors are great motivators and push you far beyond the limits you think you have. I am so grateful for all of them and the time they put in to their jobs!
The instructors are fantastic with kids very caring and professional service. This is a welcoming place I can’t say more than my daughter and I we love it. It is so much more than just Self-defense it is grappling, striking and cardio. Thank you.
I love everyone here!! The instructors are well trained and will work with you at any level. I highly recommend Colorado Krav Maga for beginners as well as experts. Get ready to learn sum life saving skills!
Ive been going to the Broomfield site for about 3 months now and cant get enough of the classes. The instructors teach in a way that make it easy to learn the defense techniques and they make it fun at the same time. I highly recommend going if youre considering it - Im totally hooked!
I started at Colorado Krav Maga to get into better shape and to try something outside of my comfort zone. Now nine months later I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I feel stronger, healthier, and am beginning to do a lot more activities that I once thought I was unable to do. I have also reduced my stress levels immensely and gained confidence in my every day life, not to mention the fact that I feel if I found myself in a bad situation I could now make it home safe due to the self defense training. The family atmosphere here is what really keeps me motivated though. Everyone is rooting for everyone and I dont think I could find a better group of instructors. Well worth the time and effort.
Love love love it here! I searched for a martial arts place that was practical learning. Didn’t know what Krav Maga was, met this guy Nate at Broomfield days and he said “hey, you should try this” and well... a few months later... I’m less nervous walking to my car at night. So glad I signed on with Colorado Krav Maga@broomfield. Thanks Nate.
Ive been training here for almost 2 months and cant believe the changes in me in that short period of time. Ive gained confidence knowing I can defend myself and loved ones, Ive met great friends, and my overall health is improving with the continued varied workouts. They even have yoga on Saturdays!
Nate and James are incredibly knowledgeable and very passionate about their teachings. I think their passion is contagious which definitely helps me ramp up for class. I love the variety of classes Colorado Krav Maga offers especially since your membership includes most, if not all of them.I highly recommend Colorado Krav Maga as I believe it would be hard to find another teacher that is as committed to their students as Colorado Krav Maga.
After years of coming here, I not only learn to defend myself, I get a great workout too! The quality of instruction is top notch and fun at the same time. Best part, though, is the friends that will last a lifetime. Try it out, its awesome!
While this places does offer training that can be used in the real world, the community is not ideal for teenagers between the ages of 13 and 20. Trust me, if you are a teenager and you want a community in which you feel included and welcomed by Colorado Krav Maga, then I heavily do not advise this place. Here in Colorado Krav Maga, teenagers here are that one group that the staff just do not know what to do with. For starters, many of the social outings are either for kids 12 and under or for adults 21 and over. That means getting more involved in the community outside of the normal class schedules is out of the picture. On top of having limited options for us teenagers, the other students look down upon us. Since most of the community is filled with adults, teenagers are seen as these lesser students who are not as good as the rest because they are adults. One time, there was this student and I looking for a partner since most people already had a partner. When I asked to be his partner, he responded with, Sorry you are not a good fit for me. Never did I expect something this harsh to be said from another student.Despite all these cons I have listed, there are some pros regarding Colorado Krav Maga. One pro is that the training is something that can actually be used in real life as I said before. This type of training can come in handy should the need arise. Another are the instructors. Each and everyone of them treats their students with the utmost respect and is considerate of everyone despite many differences that each and everyone of them have.If you want to be part of a community in which you feel welcome as a teen. Then this may not be the place for you. Colorado Krav Maga as a whole is meant for people that are either 12 and under or 21 or over in terms of age.
This place feels like a good community. The group works as a team and Nate heads it well. Hes highly energetic and gets you amped to work hard! Great Krav Maga spot.
Great training, a great workout and a lot of fun. Day one you will walk out with a practical defense, and the beginning of a mindset that will help you. The training builds confidence and conditioning, and is a lot of fun. I have recommended this to all of my friends that want to train in self defense, and will continue to.
This place is great. Really knowledgeable staff of different backgrounds that can help relate the material in different ways. They take the time to ensure you understand how to do the moves correctly and safely. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested.
I love Co Krav Maga. The staff are patient and kind while being firm. The are knowlegable in their craft and they just make everyone feel like family. You really couldnt ask for a better place to learn Krav Maga. Its warm and inviting, while they make you work for whatever goal you are trying to achieve. Me and my 2 children really enjoy this facility.
Great staff and great instructors
Training here for over 2 years has been amazing. I never thought Id be into martial arts but took it up at age 48 and am now in the best shape of my life. I am confident that I would be able to defend myself and my family in a myriad of horrible situations, and more importantly, read body language and subtle cues that can prevent a bad situation altogether.
Colorado Krav Maga is a life changing experience. The instructors give you confidence, physical fitness, a new world view, and of course the ability to defend yourself. All of the instructors give you something different and fantastic, and you never know what you are going to learn next. If you care about being fit as well as defending yourself, this is the place to be!
Great training facility. It wasnt too crowded and the staff is awesome. This martial art is very intense and the best and most effective for real self defense.
The team there is very enthusiastic about living a more active and well maintained lifestyle. The Krav Maga classes dont hold back on teaching real self defense and the people are really great. Dont be afraid to come work at your own pace as I am an out of shape disabled vet that can still come in for a class a week.
At this point Ive attended 3 beginners classes and I am hooked. I signed up for the 18 month package. I like that it isnt a martial arts. They have been teaching practical skills from day one not a bunch of useless movements that wont do me any good until Ive been doing them for a year. Its high pace and you get a great workout in while learning. They have lots of classes that you can drop in if you have time instead of one set day and time. I like the flat fee for as much training as you can squeeze in. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their self defense ability and get into better shape at the same time.
I didnt think this was for me at first, but its one of the best things Ive ever gotten involved in.I never thought I would really need self defense because of my thatll never happen to me attitude. I was horribly wrong, a couple years ago I was in an abusive relationship; it took a lot for me to leave him, but it took me even more to get up the courage to even consider Krav Maga. For a year after I left him I still lived in fear that he would come after me, and now if he does, hell be getting the shock of his life, a woman who fights back.Ive been a student a few months now but even after the first few classes, where I was still getting used to the full contact aspect, I could feel a shift in my mentality, fear that I didnt know I had began to fade away, I felt so much more confident to stick up for myself in basic ways. It has truly been a life changer for me in ways no other fitness class can be.
I love the CO Krav Maga Training Center in Broomfield. The instruction is terrific. They focus on real life aspects of self-defense including defending yourself against a wide array of attacks and situational awareness. Training is at your own pace. As someone recovering from surgery, I can attest to the fact that instructors will help modify moves based on ability and mobility. And, instructors genuinely care about the students in class (or fake it really convincingly). Classes are offered at times that are convenient. I will continued to take classes at COKM for the foreseeable future, and highly recommend it to anyone.
Great classes and Nate is a funny and good instructor.
I have been training here since October, and I have learned so much while getting a great workout. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, setting a great atmosphere to learn in. The instructors are personable and funny, but overall easy to understand and clear with their instruction. Ultimately, a fantastic place to learn self-defense.
We have been coming to Krav for about 11 months now and every time I come I have a blast. It is so much fun and it helps me boost my confidence and feel better about being able to protect mysel. Absolutely love krav!!
Great place! Owners and instructors are outstanding. Love coming here. Its intense, and a lot of fun!! Highly recommend.
I have been coming here since 2010 and this place has become my second family. Not only have I met great people, but Ive gained confidence, lost weight, and feel comfortable enough to defend myself should the need arise! Highly recommend.
I have been training with these guys for a few years now. They teach what is practical and effective, even for ladies against much bigger guys.Prepare to sweat a lot!HIGHLY recommended.

Self confidence...check. Feel safe ... check! Like a family... check! Best decision i made in self defense was walking into Colorado Krav Maga.
My kids love this place, they are great with kids and knowing krav maga definitely boosts self esteem. Knowing self defense is a must this days! :)
If you are looking for a place to get better both mentally and physically, and looking for a place that feels like home, then youve found it. I joined COKM three years ago and couldnt be happier. I have learned how to defend myself, how to think and move, and how to push my limits. Ive also met some amazing people and made some lasting friendships. If youre sick of the cookie cutter gyms and want to not only look better but actually be better, then come join us!
Cant say enough great things about this facility. Ive wanted to learn krav maga for years and was always too scared to try. From the first time I walked in I was immediately welcomed and had so much fun learning new things that pushed myself way out of my comfort zone. Nate is an incredible instructor and constantly keeps you on your toes. Im still amazed at how much Ive learned and the confidence Ive gained in less than 2 months.
My husband and I have been training at Colorado Krav Maga, COKM, for a little over a year now. My confidence has sky rocketed higher than I ever thought imaginable! I look forward to training every chance I get! The instructors, to many to list and the owners, James and Shannon are such awesome people! I consider everyone here my COKM family!
Never in my life have I felt stronger physically and mentally. A great deal of this growth was triggered by the education in my safety and well being brought on by colorafo Krav Maga. I absolutely love this place!
Excellent training facility, real world training that is actually useful and practical. Best training facility I have been to, and great instructors.
Great workout, great self-defense skills, amazing instructors!
Been with COKM for a little over 4years, that should instantly tell you that they’re doing something right lol! Not only do I train for myself, but I take my little ones there to train. I love how it teaches them values, respect, teamwork, confidence and overall how to defend themselves and those who cannot.Staff there is amazing! They make you feel welcomed, and like you’re a part of a community. Thanks COKM for everything that you do!
Ive been training here for over 5 years. Still learning and improving and leaving with a smile!
I have been a student a COKM for a little over a year and I cannot say enough about this place and the people here. The instructors are absolutely amazing, I have not seen anything like this before the level of care they put into each class and each student just goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The owners are just really nice people who have done a lot for the community and Krav Maga in general in the area. The instructors are top notch, they will make you feel 100% welcome and comfortable in the classes and they are legit Krav Maga instructors no hype no bullshit just Krav. (Nate, Mark, Jenny, Hope, Mike, Sarah, Anthony, Zach, Lyle just to name a few I have personally had classes with or worked as a partner with in class). I am a disabled veteran, after doing Krav for about 1 1/2 years give or take I have lost 30lbs., I am in the best shape of my life (Im 46), and I am completely and totally convinced that CO Krav Maga saved my life, my health, and my sanity. I feel more confident, I am more confident and only being 5 3 they have given me that push that I needed to know that it does not matter how little you are or your age or your health COKM will help you become the person you want to become. Not to mention the other students here, I have made some life long friendships at this place and the people who practice here are just as wonderful as the instructors. Other people have said it and I will echo COKM is my second family and man I am lucky to have people like this in my life. If you have even had just a little thought about trying Krav Maga well this is the place you need to no you have to go, seriously.
Best training and trainers you can find.
If you want real world training with people who walk the walk and truly care about their clients and their community, and will treat you like family, then Colorado Krav Maga is hands down where you want to be. Seriously, if you have any doubts about this program, drop in and take a free class and talk to the students and instructors. All of them will tell you what a great place COKM has created. When I started Krav Maga 3 1/2 years ago, I was a 53 years old, smoked for 35 years and was pretty much in the same shape as a bowl of jello...without the stamina. After training an average of 3 times a week for over 3 years, Im 56 years old in the best shape of my life and KNOW if the occasion ever arises I will do something to protect myself, my family and my community..Plus, Ive got a whole new bunch of marvelous friends in the other students and instructors.I was looking for something to help me learn some self defense skills and believe me, COKM did not disappoint! Beyond the self defense techniques, COKM instills confidence in every client and does everything in their power to help each individual train to reach THEIR potential, physically and mentally. The instructors are incredible and are always eager and energetic when it comes to helping their students. Do yourself, your family and your community a favor and give Krav Maga a shot. You will not be sorry!!!
Love love love Krav. The owners were awesome and it is an amazing community!!
Colorado Krav Maga in broomfield is an amazing place with great instructors and a true family feel.
I attended Colorado Krav Magas outstanding Practical Handgun 1 live-fire course in September, 2016. This was my first experience with any formal live-fire firearms training and I came away from this course feeling I received an order of magnitude more value in knowledge compared to what I paid to attend. The quality of this instruction compared to the price point is amazing. One great part of the training was the student-to-instructor ratio was only 2:1, and this provided an amazing amount of contact time with instructors to refine the techniques taught in the course. This also means there was near zero standing around and waiting your turn. During the exercises everyone was working/shooting together or we were divided into small groups and our downtime was there to provide us time to refill our magazines. The 2:1 instructor ratio means students had a large pool of knowledge to draw from for topics not directly part of the course curriculum. For example, specific training pointers for students using 1911-style pistols or considerations for single versus double stack capacity magazines. The instructor ratio also supported a class of diverse experience levels. In our course we had a range of military veterans to people with limited shooting experience, and all of the instructors were able to teach the curriculum to the appropriate level of detail to make everyone successful with their training. The curriculum for this course teaches you how to handle your pistol in real-world scenarios. It is one thing to be an outstanding shot on a traditional air-conditioned shooting range. But what happens when youre exhausted, your heart is pounding, and youre under stress from distractions? Drills in this course put you in these situations so you can understand how you personally will react in non-ideal conditions. The drills also address other common real-world situations such as impaired vision shooting, shooting when unstable or being jostled by an outside force, close-quarters firing and transitioning between methods of defense, and topics specific to home defense scenarios. Instructor feedback and correction on these drills was very personal due to the 2:1 ratio and allowed all students to accelerate their pace of improvement over the weekend. The culmination of this course was an outstanding run & gun scenario that forces you to apply everything you have learned over the weekend as a final exam via a friendly competition between students.I cannot say enough good things about the Practical Handgun 1 course from Colorado Krav Maga. I will definitely take their Practical Handgun 2 course in the future and even repeat this course as a refresher. The quality of material presented and 2:1 instructor ratio means that anyone can come out of this course with improvements in their pistol handling skills.
Its really great and examples are real situations the cons and pros are described and it a really welcoming community there
I recently attended PHG 1 (2 day live fire course) and it was by far the best training I have ever received with firearms. As a civilian that wants to be proficient with my firearm and comfortable understanding its role in my personal self defense - I strongly recommend COKM handgun training courses. The instructors focused first and foremost on safety at all times - things I now include with my own family and in my own range time. The class covered two full days of live firing in all different types of self defense situations. I felt safe and comfortable enough to focus on improving my own techniques and understanding of my firearm. The student to instructor ratio is small allowing for lots of one on one training and finished the course with a HUGE amount of knowledge. I plan to continue additional firearms classes at COKM!
I just recently tried my first class, entering at a basic Krav Maga training level. We began with warm ups and quickly jumped into learning defensive moves and offensive strikes. The group class instructor was Nate and he was awesome. He made sure to teach in a really fun way but still communicated the seriousness and discipline you must have when utilizing the craft. The schedule for classes and open gym is quite ample and allows for a good variation of people to train when it fits them. I love the fact that there is a cross-fit center where you can train to grow stronger and faster, when not training in Krav Maga. I also appreciate the connection this facility has with the birthplace of Krav Maga, where the instructors train in Israel where it all began. If you want to have a well rounded selection of fitness practices, self defense, and a great community of students and instructors, I highly recommend this place. Check out a free class and see if it works for you. I bet you wont be disappointed.
Great instructor...very cool class! Im a beginner and felt very welcome.
First, a little on my background. I am former military police (10 yrs), former civilian police, (4 yrs in a bad neighborhood in a large city on midnight shift), and have trained for over 20 years in various martial arts (black belt in Tae Kwon Do from an instructor that doesn’t just hand them out, brown belt in Kenpo Karate, and cross trained in various other systems, including advanced edged weapons. I have attended some of the best firearms training facilities in the country, and I am a certified instructor in multiple firearm disciplines. I list these things only to show that I am not new to these types of facilities, and I know how training should be done.I have only been training here for a little over a month, and I can say that the format of the beginning classes is much like it is in any type of training class. There is a warm-up period, followed by learning a specific technique, followed by implementing that technique into context of a self defense application, usually followed by a short cool down period. The atmosphere is a little less formal than many traditional martial arts systems, but that is not a bad thing. Krav is more of a fighting system than a martial art.I don’t know what this Justin guy expected, but when you train in anything you need to build a foundation. We call it learning to walk before you run. You can’t judge a training facility by observing one beginner class. Yes, there are people of my background in the class, but there are also brand new people that have never been in a fight in their lives. You can’t expect them to come in on day one and train like combat marines. I try to pick a partner of least my own size to work with, and I have found the training to be just fine. The instructors are very knowledgeable and I have found them to be very detail oriented. Saying that they don’t teach proper technique is ridiculous. When I decided to get back into some sort of training, I wasn’t sure where to go because I am not from this area. I am somewhat cautious when it comes to training because I know every facility isn’t top notch. I contacted a friend that has his own Krav school in Texas and asked for advice. He contacted the head of a national organization that is not affiliated with COKM, and the head of that organization knew James, and said they had gotten their black belts together. He assured me that this was the real deal, and the best place in Colorado to train. That was good enough for me, and I have not been disappointed. As I said, I am not a beginner, and truthfully I have let myself get out of shape as I‘ve gotten older (which is why I signed up here.). But even if I hadn’t, I feel it is important to start any new training in the beginner classes and work your way up.I don’t usually write reviews, but when I see something that is so far off base, I felt the need to respond. While I’ve met 2 or 3 of the instructors, I don’t know them well enough yet to be personally invested in their reputations, so I can be totally honest in my evaluation.

Great workouts and good people!
