Ive been a customer for about 3 years. They are consistently good, friendly & professional. Holly manages the shop, it is always so clean & safe.I thought because of covid Id be nervous with the close contact but with the desk shields, handwashing & temperatures taken, I feel very safe & I look forward to having my nails done.🙂

My neighbor told me to give them a try, she loves Nail Bar, so despite some of the reviews I went and loved it. Over the past year I have used their pedicure and manicure services 6-7 times, always a lovely experience. If anything is not perfect they fix it without question. They seem to want to make sure everyone walks out with a smile.

Always had lovely greeting, friendly and professional service. I feel the salon is clean and I love love my nails which lastly 3 weeks.

I give this place no stars.....they are very sneaky n grimmy Asian ppl who I thought where great at first cause I sent my daughters there with my credit card which they didnt take which was fine cause they said the girls could come back n pay the next day n gave them a price n then today it was a total dif price way higher from the first im very unhappy n i will not b taking my daughters or suggest such a sleazy place to anyone else ever I hope u all stay away n this place shuts down

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon. Not only did I get the best gel manicure I have ever had, the company was amazing. The owner Holly is so warm and welcoming and the rest of the staff makes you feel like they are happy to work on you. I have tried almost all salons in the Marple Newtown Area and this is my favorite. 5 stars!

Ive been going here for over a year and love this place! Its not convenient to my house but the quality of the work that they do is worth the drive. Each and every time Ive had a gel manicure here it is lasted well over two weeks. Same with my pedicures.

I got my nails done here twice. I read other reviews but i figured Id give it a try. First visit the lady who did my nails was slow.. Very slow. Her finished project on me was not what i am used to..One nail was crooked, they were bumpy..Just not good. I got my eye brows waxed at this visit to. That service i was ok with. Why i went back to this place again is beyond me. On second visit I got the same lady who did my nails the first time she was a little quicker this time and my nails seem to look a little better then last time I was okay with it and didnt say anything again also got my eyebrows waxed paid for my services and left. Once I got in my car I looked at my nails and the Polish didnt look right it look like there were lines through it I dont know what that was then about a week later all of my now started to lift and pop off. I didnt go back to this place again now I know why theres never a wait when you go in here. I thought maybe my first visit was just a bad one so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after it happening twice I wont go back there again.

First time here asked for my ombre white and pink End it looks like French tip with a white spray paint and they charged me $50 just for my nails pretty bad will not return Maybe might’ve been good if I just chose a plain color but I showed a picture and asked if she could do this before they did my nails she could have said no we cannot do that instead of trying and failing DONT GET DIP!

It was a gift for a birthday girl. She wanted something cute and pretty. But it was a horrible design and the nail paint came off just an hour after it was done.

It was wonderful and I plan to go back every 3 weeks.

My first experience here wasn’t that great but I am going to give them another chance maybe get something that’s not the dip powder.

Yesterday (7/26/17) a friend and I made appointments for this place, both our first times here. I was not happy with the fact that I had three different women work on my nails ( a simple dip powder manicure) because the first two left me to go work on other guests who came in after us without appointments! The third woman was extremely polite and apologized on behalf of the other two and even explained to me that they were short staffed because of someone leaving for an emergency. This was a tiny, skinny woman with braces, I should have gotten her name. She was great. As for my actual manicure, I am overall happy with them except for a few that have dirt bubbles on top because the second woman was so quick and careless. She continuously used the electric filer on the same spots in my nails causing my cuticles to become sore.I will probably return again to see if it really was just a bad day for them, but I am not too thrilled with our first experience there.

Today was the second time I went back to his salon. Last week the manager (who was told how much time I had) just let my feet soak in water and I had to leave. Today I went back I was in before 10 AM. I got a pedicure (the girl cut my skin several times to the point there was blood.) Then I get a dip manicure...it looks horrible. Both of my ring fingers are cut by the girl. She messed up trying to do a design so it took so long for her to try to fix them. The dip color is all over my fingers, some of it is stuck and harden onto my skin. The nails arent even filed to the same lengths...save your $ and dont go here.

I arrived at 425p after confirming my appt for 430p over the phone. Their were customers being serviced in which I waited patiently. At 440p, one of the employees stated me and my sister should come back tomorrow. She stated that although she knew she gave me an appt.she had already taken in walkins and no longer could service us. To my dismay, I left and vowed never to come here again with my three family members anymore. New management equals bad customer service. Take heed, youve been warned.Btw, they turned away a customer right in front of the reception desk where we were sitting, who also stated she had an appointment.

I come here every month for my eyebrows to get waxed. Not too expensive.

Was very unimpressed the guy doing my nails was texting and making phone calls during my appointment. Didnt listen to the client consultation and was very hard on my nails. After my nails felt sore and in pain. Im not one to conplain or say anything when in a position like this but i was so disappointed in the quality of my service.

Very bad customer service. Extremely expensive and the manager out there is not friendly at all. Wears a straight face always. Not going back there ever!!
