I enjoyed my pedicure and manicure by the nail technician. The technician took her time and expertise to complete the services. My niecereferred this salon and the salon has secured social distancing and appointments.

My teen was finally able to get her nails done since February due to the pandemic and she can not be more in love with her nails! I was able to book an appointment without any issues. The salon was clean and staff was very friendly!

I ALWAYS go here and every time I’m never let down. A young fella did my nails earlier this evening and he made sure every detail was met. My nails look amazing for my birthday weekend thank you so much!!

This was the worst place I have ever been to. They messed up on everything. I went in for a new set of acrylic nails. Didn’t get that. You was so busy rushing people and people who made appointments with you were walking out. I guess you was running out of time and basically all you had time for was a manicure. It was a horrible one at that. You didn’t even shape my nails. A five year old could have done what you did. Never again will you see me step foot in there.

My friend and I have been going to Best Nails in Broomall for over 2.5 years since moving to Drexel Hill. Outstanding service and very accommodating! Best Nails is a welcoming environment and I’m confident that I will always leave happy with the service that I’ve received. I‘ve even gone back after breaking or chipping a nail and they have fixed it with no charge! I definitely recommend to anyone as picky as me about their nails!

I’ve been going here for 3 years, Lee ALWAYS does a beautiful job with my nails and pedicures.

Depending on what technician you get, the place is good. Closed on. Mondays and dont open till 10. Recent stop into this salon was not to pleasent. Nail technician was not so concerned of neatness and completing my nails more so of closing time and leaving.

I had a mani/pedi. Fabulous exfoliation and massage. I will go again.

Nails are always done perfectly, everyone is very friendly, shop is always very cleanI have been going there for years and Lee, who is my technician, is always very meticulous in her work. My nails always look awesome when I leave and never had a problem with lifting.I would never go to another salon.

Early 2020I had an amazing experience tonight. I wish I knew remembered my techs name but I know she is in school. I went for a mani dip and pedicure. She was quit, gentle and meticulous. I am pretty sure she in school. I have gone to this salon several times but I have never been in love with my nail like tonight.TodayI was able to call and move my appointment up which was great. Very short wait and adequate social distancing. I have the pleasure of having and older gentleman do my gel mani and pedi and he is was just that a gentle man. He was very gentle while getting several months of dead skin and cuticles off. His messaging was great and his work was also very meticulous.These 2 tech are the very reason I love this place.

I tried our Best Nails for the 1st time today. I was impressed it was very clean and the ladies that did my pedicure and nails did a great job. I am very impressed I will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure at Best Nail Salon The technicians who worked with me were very meticulous with strong attention to detail. I hate going to a nail spa where the technicians rush your mani/pedi and it no longer feels relaxing. These ladies were very careful, took their time, and even when I was about to leave they said you can stay longer if you need to and offered me water. Its a standard nail spa but what sets it apart is the customer service and attention to detail of the people who work there.

I went here for the first time today to have my acrylics (from a different salon) filled/fixed. Im always hesitant to try new nail salons based on negative past experiences but this salon was a great find! The individual who answered the phone when I called was extremely friendly/accommodating despite how busy they were. Tom, my nail technician,did an amazing job. He was very meticulous in perfecting my acrylics and had a fine-tuned approach in ensuring the final set looked perfect. I will definitely be a frequent customer to this salon based on my experience today.

Very Rude! Online says they close at 7pm on Saturday. I walked in at 5:50 tonight they did not take me. Last time I went they were rude when I asked about the SNS dip that the lady was doing wrong! Will not be back, they won’t get my cash. I’ll go where I am served properly.

I like this salon. They do a decent job and the prices are very reasonable. Ive only had 1 negative experience more recently. Otherwise, they do a great job with manis, pedis, and eyebrow waxing.

I go during the day. I highly recommend it. Skip too late on Friday and Saturday all together.

Went in for a refill, five days later and 2 nails have come off. At least that’s all so far. And they did the original ones too so clearly they’re just not great at tips/refills.

I started going here about a year ago & initial impression was good. I recently brought my 3 daughters in fir mommy daughter mani pedis. I made an appointment days prior. When we came in, they were not bey friendly towards my daughters, acted annoyed.one guy actually told my daughter she could not have the design she asked for & made her cry hysterical. My nails were lifting 2 days later, they look like press on nails. I spent $230 in there, they should do a lot better with costumer service. They lost my business for good.
