I love this office and this insurance company! I sometimes forget to update my card for my automatic billing. If I forget to add a new debit card they dont flip out they understand. These guys are all awesome! They text you to remind you of any outstanding balances or upcoming bills, and when you reply youre texting an actual person not some machine or computer. They care about their customers and treat you as a human. Respectful, professional, and great value. I highly recommend to anyone in Brookings and surrounding towns looking for quality insurance.
