Left me stranded 3 times in snow in Hendricks, MN saying either they couldnt find an area provider or hanging up on me and losing record of my call when i call back. Completely useless in Lincoln County. The dispatchers are quick to give up looking and even if you find your own provider they make you do all the work, pay and reimburse you by mail weeks later.

These folks were wonderfully knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice on attractions.

Every time I go to the Brookings AAA office, the people are so helpful and kind! I have never left without getting what I needed: from maps to vacation planning to renewing our membership.
