This company replaced the windows in my home a few years ago.. In January I contacted them because a seal had broken on one of my windows. They found my warranty info, took my information and said it would be 8-12 weeks. It has now been over 20 weeks and I have not heard anything from them. I have called them on 3 different occasions and no response.

We had windows installed in 2019 on half our house and just the other day the did the other half of our house, we love Great Lakes Windows! From Valerie to Kevin to John everyone was extremely professional, answered all my questions and helped us choose the right windows for our home. We have now completely replaced all our windows and we’ll be moving on to doors and someday a roof and Valerie will be helping us out with all of this. I trust this company 100% to get the job done right the first time. I’m hard to please and I want the job done right, on time, on budget and I want a little customer service thrown in there and Great Lakes Windows delivers all of that. I can’t recommend them enough. They aren’t pushy for a sale, John and I went back and forth as I tried to decide what to do with a huge picture window we have and it was more like talking to an experienced friend giving advice than someone trying to sell me on more than what I needed. Thanks for helping us update our home!

Great product and great installation. However, response times are sometimes an issue.

You may try to change locations, names, etc to escape your past but you never will. This place changed names every few months because they are shady AF. They used to spam call local numbers and if you told them not to call you they would start prank calling your phone over and over again. Happened to me. They are childish, unprofessional trash and if their work ethic is anything like theiir phone skills then you may want to RUN the other way as fast as you can.

I would highly recommend Great Lakes Windows. They came out for my front door replacement and were on time with the estimate. The cost was what I paid when they did the work. Very quick putting in a front door on a cold December day. The price was well worth the quality of product I got. I will absolutely go back to them when I’m ready for my back door replacement.

Valerie is very Nice n easy to work with. The widows they offer are great. I had my entire house done 25 years ago and I still love them!!

BEWARE of this company. We have waited and waited from them tofinish and install correctly. THEY INSTALLED 1 side with a mortise and ONE WITHOUT. So now the door will not even close!! BEWARE $11,000 for a terrible job!! --a Waukesha Vet
