I love this place but one member of staff decided to take her job way to serious today. If I’m a guest of a black card member and they decide to invite me or any guest to have a message after a workout, why would you tell them no, like are you crazy, or is customer service not a thing here. We had to split time on one messenger because of her.

I really like Planet Fitness. Ive had gym memberships on-and-off since I was about 11 years old, and Ive never gone to a gym that was as chill as Planet Fitness. Its very clean, extremely well-equipped, and I never feel like its too crowded. Its inexpensive and you can go to multiple gyms. I really like the Brookfield location because its never too busy, its clean, and there are more than enough machines for everybody to use.

I came back to Planet Fitness after going to a different gym. Never should have left PF! The people are nice. Machines work and always something available. Lots of stations to clean up and there is always a hello or goodbye.

Find this gym very clean. Not overly crowded when I go. I notice most people wiping down equipment after use. Overall everything is good. For those that do find it an issue - I would say about half are not wearing masks and notice it is not being enforced. I do try and find less crowded places in the gym.

Great gym very large and very very peaceful I love the equipment at this one and I really love the space no one is too close to you.

Clean gym just real negative employees ruining my motivation. For example I am 18 and dont look to much my age. So when I am done with my intense workouts I like to finish up with a hydro massage and when I ask to do so I get a real nasty look or glare as if they think im to young or immature to have the black card and use the hydro massage. Then they ask for my last name to look me up in a rude tone like they dont like there job or have a problem with a young man getting a massage. Just over all rude for no reason, after all I am paying for my black card membership for all its benifits not fot rude eye rolling employees.

Just had the weirdest experience, so I cancelled my membership. I lost my little plastic membership card from when I signed up before pandemic. I called to ask if I could get a new membership card since it was lost, but was told they don’t use the cards anymore and they scan in with QR codes via the app. Cool, so I got the app, but still needed the barcode number from my card to sign in, which is lost. I went in to see if I could get my bar code number, but the team member said I didn’t need it. I showed them that I do need it for the app, to which she said “That’s just a bunch of random numbers”. Um yeah, I could have told ya that! A bunch of numbers I don’t have access to lol. She wouldn’t give me my barcode number so I just cancelled my membership since I don’t have access anyways without my card and barcode.Does planet fitness do drug tests when they hire? If not, maybe they should start lol

I’ve been to many planet fitnesses and unfortunately I found this location to be very disappointing. It felt dark and dingy. The facility is very small and cramped, the machines are staggered side by side in a claustrophobic fashion. The mats are located in what feels like a broom closet for space. Disappointing since Brookfield is considered to be such a nice area, I was expecting the gym to be much nicer.Will definitely be driving the extra minutes to visit a different location- or getting a new gym membership all together.

Convenient location on Capitol road makes it a great place to maintain physical health via weight lifting, cardio, etc. Location is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very professional. 10/10 would recommend those looking for a budget location to exercise.

You would think being in a pandemic that people would be more cautious & wipe the machines down after each use (supposed too anyway) but some people will always be nasty...just that simple, to get to a machine and its dripping in sweat. I like pf but i will keep an eye out for cleanliness on machines

I enjoyed this planet fitness location. It wasnt too stuffy. And it wasnt too hot. The staff on duty were very helpful and understanding. Im glad I picked this location for my nonjudged workout needs.

I just graduated from college and was already let go from my job cause of COVID. So I joined PF for the summer while I job hunt cause it was affordable. Unfortunately, the equipment was not always clean, there were creepy men, and no one wiped down after themselves. So, after 2 weeks I decided to cancel my membership. I was told the annual fee is charged in August, so I figured i would avoid that $50 fee. NOPE. Apparently I missed the cut off by 1 day. When I cancelled, the staff members said I would be charged the annual fee and the fee for July; and when I asked if they could waive the annual fee seeing as Id only been a member for 2 weeks, they said no and didnt even try to help. Great customer service. So now, Im paying $70 for 2 weeks of a membership to a bad gym which I went to only twice. Cool. For a business that prides itself on being affordable, they can be really sneaky with their fees.

I think this is a great place to work out. Always clean and members are friendly. I also work out in the early morning hours and agree that the staff at this time are nowhere to be found. I did find one this morning on my way out, he was curled up on one of the recliners sleeping. Not the first time Ive seen this. Otherwise Top-Notch facility.

Decent gym for the cost on the basic membership- I do wish they had more hammer strength machine options

I like the ease of just walking in and being able to get right to what I want to do.Everything is easily accessible. I prefer the flat bench in the weight area. There could be a couple more of those there.

Me and my friend come here a lot and like to workout here. But today we tried to get help at the counter and we hit the alarm button at least 5 times and waited about 10-15 min and no workers came up to help us.

Friendly staff, clean place and never too crowded.

This isnt the closest PF location for me, but its worth a couple extra miles. It was very clean even pre COVID, so I felt comfortable returning when they opened back up. Not always a ton of staff available, but Ive also never needed to have an issue addressed because it is a smooth running location.

I wish there could be a 0 star option available on google rating! Staff had me 3 times already to cancel my membership under the pandemic circumstances despite I am in high-risk group!They still charge the next month membership fee even though they knew that I am unable to visit that place!

All cardio and resistance training equipment are in top condition and well-maintained. No frayed cables, torn upholstery, squeaky pulleys, or dragging guide rods at this club. Even the heart rate monitors on the cardio machines all work. (These are the first features to fail on neglected equipment.) The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. Another remarkable feature of this club is that the drinking fountains and the showers REMAIN OPEN! Clearly, PF management understands that members get dehydrated and need to drink water during workouts. Management also understands that many members want to bathe after intense workouts. This means we can go directly to work, school, shopping, etc., without need of an intermediate stop at home. Clubs that have placed their amenities off-limits do not understand fitness training or the needs of their members and must be living on another planet.

VERY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS NICE AND HELPFUL....

Would have given 5 stars but recently switched to mornings and staff is non-existent at that time. Im not entirely sure how they prevent people from just walking in without a membership. Its especially surprising considering there are a decent amount of people in at that time. So if you go early in the mornings, I would personally recommend switching to non-black card membership, since there is no staff there to assist with black-card perks. Other than this, location has all the equipment you would expect. Cant speak for cleanliness of bathrooms/changing rooms as I dont use them personally.

Complete noncompliance with mask wearing policies. Employees and patrons alike not wearing masks or not wearing masks properly are literally talking to each other less than 3 feet apart. Never returning.

Awesome stick to my new year goal

There is a staff member at this location that is very confrontational with me everytime I arrive. The staffs training is not consistent. I have been harassed by the same staff person at this location multiple times. I am sick of it. I have talked to the club manager Jacob in the past but nothing has changed. I expect better. I have asked who is the owner and staff has no answers. Again its just one staff member and not all. That is why it should be a relatively simple thing to correct this abhorrent behavior.

This is hands down the best planet fitness location. Friendly staff and personable members. Ive made more than one friend here, and thats a nice thing. It is always clean and well maintained, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The staff always makes sure weights are out away where they belong, which is unheard of in some other gyms.

I like the TVs on the treadmills due my low cisiob

I have been greeted with a piece of laminated paper every morning I go with a note that states something to the effect of just scan yourself in staff is currently cleaning. I dont know what the staff are cleaning because I never see anyone and the womens locker rooms are never clean. It would be nice to be able to use my black card options. Thats just when I walk in. Then I get to the machines and most of the TVs on the machines are broken. I end up switching machines a few times before I find one that works. I did enjoy coming here, but lately its hard to enjoy a workout.

Love this gym. They have so many different things to do that its great for all ages. I really enjoy tanning and their beds and stand ups are awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great experience.

They just got a new evening trainer at this location, Marisa, and I just had my first workout with her there. We did a leg circuit workout and I can really feel the burn! I really like going to the trainers because you learn a lot about different workouts you can do to work whatever body parts you would like, and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need a little extra motivation for working out and want someone to push you, I highly recommend the trainers and Marisa is great.

Great price, lots of equipment, nice location, clean & never have to wait for a machine. Not sure about the staff - not very friendly, usually engaged more in their personal conversations... Just not very welcoming.

Nice and helpful staff

Overall this is a decent gym. Some of the staff isnt very helpful. I signed up on line and was never given a tour of the place. When I asked what was where, the bald guy pointed and said this is the cardio section over there is the weights.

I have been coming here for an entire year and have dropped 40lbs since starting with them. Their staff is wonderful and most people attending this gym are very kind. I would ask that they be a bit better at replenishing the paper towels and cleaning spray at the trash stations. Otherwise, great place to work out

This location is pretty good. Has some different equipment my main gym doesn’t have. The staff is friendly and it seems like there are a lot there at one time.They seem to just stay at the front desk. They never leave to go check on the bathrooms and how clean they are (they could use more attention at times). Love that they always greet you and say goodbye though!

Perfect starter gym. Although it may not be for everyone, this gym is an excellent place to start exercising again. The cost and the environment are perfect for anyone that wants to get back in shape without the pressure of a bigger gym or fitness club. The facility is very clean and well maintained.

Very relaxed, calm and you can get your own exercise in. If you want a trainer you can request that too, the bulbs in the sunbeds dont work the best but you can still tan and you can also bring a guest anytime you want.

Pretty sure the new overnight guy constantly sleeps in the storage room. From 3am-7am, it is impossible to find a staff member if you need something. I had to call and have the phone ring about 13 times before he came out of hiding.Additionally, the mens locker room/showers in need to be disinfected. It even says CLEAN ME on one of the bathroom stall walls, lol.

Planet fitness has everything that I need. I like to use a low impact elliptical machine due to my two knee replacements. I also use the weight resistance circuit and enjoy the weighted basketball catch. I used to belong to another gym which I liked but it cost $60. a month. I now pay $10. monthly and get the same services. The place is really clean. Someone is always cleaning the machines and the floor. The workers are always friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this facility.

Pretty clean compared to other PFs and its rare I have to wait for elliptical or arc trainer. More parking spots would be nice. Sometimes hard to find a spot around 4 - 5pm. Staff is friendly, acknowledge you as you enter and leave.

Great facility with a courteous staff. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited. The new manager, Miranda, is a BadAss! She always welcomes with a smile, she’s very energetic, and always productive.

Im a new member here but very experienced in gym facilities. Im enjoying the very thorough variety of equipment at my disposal and the helpful & courteous staff that greet me upon arrival each visit. I am using an eliptical machine and some light leg weights for now. After each workout I have a massage chair session but have yet to try hydro-massage or the infra-red light body wellness booth; Ill try those soon. Come do whatever workout fits your style and feel confident youll have all the support you need to reach your fitness goals.

My wife and I have been members for almost two years. Our accounts were set up with automatic payments. We received an email that we were delinquent. Nothing changed on our end, same credit card, but somehow WE were delinquent.....hmmmm.My wife reached out to rectify it and the staff said there are no missing payments. Two weeks pass and she signs in and a staff member stops her saying we were delinquent by $10. The snotty twenty something bubble headed bleach-blonde says you need to make a payment today. My wife asks how can we be delinquent if we have auto pay? The snot says I have no idea bit it says your delinquent. My wife paid it to date and ended our membership. Poor customer service causes loss of clients and bad reviews. Note to the franchisee: better customer service training goes a long way.

Good gym, awesome selection of weight equipment. However I felt like I was being watched a lot. more so by one of the employees. Will have to go when it’s not busy...

Great value! $10 per month if you use the same location and dont use the tanning bed. For $20, you can use any location, bring a friend, tan, & use massage chairs. No commitment!

Great facility with very up to date equipment. The trainer is great and make awesome work out plans based on your needs. Definitely crowded between 5-7pm

I found information on the gym online and really liked what was offered. So decided to sign up. I went in on Jan 2nd and told a young man with blonde hair up in bun I wanted to join. He asked for what membership then told me to write my name down and someone will take me around. The other man there helped with my sign up but rushed me thru everything and while trying to listen to him the blonde guy interrupted and asked about tanning. Like I said I was rushed thru and was given my card then was Youre all set. He turned around, walked away and started talking to a co worker. I was never given a tour, told about how to sign up for things, or anything. Thankfully I came the next day for a workout and the man at the counter was very nice and told me that the one with the man bun was actually a manager!

Friendly environment, really friendly environment and I they have a young man there by the name of Marvin a health instructor that helps you work out( I pray Im saying his name right)hes awesome. I came with a coworker just because she Raves so well about him and how comfortable she really feels at this particular location. AND, now Im joining the health club because of all of this.THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES!

Have had a membership for over 3 years, gone to a few locations and Im very comfortable with this gym! Love its consistency and cleanliness.

This location is beyond amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming especially Andrew and Cody they greet you by name and make sure your having the best gym experience. Whether your tanning or working out they make sure to assist with whatever they can!

One of my favorite planet fitness. The workers are nice and you can watch your own tv with your treadmill. The place is clean and its not usually too pack.

Not much to say, the gym runs. Depending on the day, some staff work harder than others. Trainer is solid. Max and Cody will talk to guests and give unscripted advice which is helpful.

There is a muscular individual who wears glasses and seems to be harassing and creeping out females who are working out in the early mornings. I have been approached by this individual more than once, and now have been put in a position where I no longer go to the gym in the mornings because of him. Be on the lookout, he may even touch you...

Talked to one of the employees one evening I was there, and was told that they pay for 5 star reviews on google and other review platforms. I can see why they need to do it, this place is just wretched. The people that work and manage this place, are mean, dumb, and lazy. Ive never seen them clean anything ever out of all the times I came here. I canceled my membership after 4 months. Biggest waste of money on the PLANET! (pun intended)

I go every day. I love going there but I HATE how they always have candy (every day) and free pizza (once a month) opposed to free protein bars or other healthy treats like other gyms offer. I am baffled that a gym would offer the most unhealthy foods as promotions. I, like many others, go there to be in a temptation-free environment since I am trying to be healthier (obviously, since I am going to a gym). And that is not what this gym is.

Nice staff, location has been clean every time I’ve used it. Not too busy in the mornings. I’ve never had to wait for a machine.

Great location! Clean, big, and the best machines.. TVs on machines compared to other clubs that only have hanging ones, this gym has both. Showers and bathroom are very clean.

I have to cosign with another reviewer on the racism at Planet Fitness This is my favorite location in the Mke area, but the racism at this location is palpable. I am African American, and there are some members who seem genuinely frightened by people of color. Ive had people who would switch workout stations just to steer clear of me. I even had the misfortune of being followed around by staff member. Does the staff undergo any sort of diversity/cultural competence training?

I signed up at the Pewaukee club with my wife and daughter yesterday. Now, we are quite a trio. I am mostly blind and my wife and daughter are as self-conscious and timid as they come. We were met with welcoming and unassuming staff. Then, while walking around feeling somewhat lost, we were saved by Jamal who reassured and encouraged all of us.We went in feeling uncomfortable and left planning when we could come back!Thank you Jamal et al!

I come in generally between 1 and 4 oclock in the morning and there is rarely anyone available to check me and for tanning. I am on a very tight schedule and allow 30 minutes for a 12 minute training session, often I have had to leave before ever even getting in a tanning bed because I could not find an attendant. Due to a skin condition these tanning sessions are very important for me And I need to be in here at least 3 days out of the week. I am paying $22 a month so that I can have access to the tanning beds any time I want day or night but what good does it do me to have access to beds that theres no one there to operate. On a number of occasions I have come in and found the attendant sleeping in a closet or in one of the massage beds or out in his car smoking pot. Im not sure why people that smoke pot dont understand that it has a very distinct aroma. When I tried to contact customer support all I kept getting was one menu after another press 1 for this press 3 for that were sending you back to 1 good lock. I honestly do not know if I am going to stay with planet fitness or not, I joined on the recommendation of a client and frankly I have not been satisfied with my service here

My friend told me about this one cause they have the mini Tvs built on I love it thats a great idea and the cable selection in the massage chair room is amazing since I can access the on demand channels

When they state, judgment-free zone, you can actually believe it. This is a high-energy space where emitting good vibrations is effortless, but the workout is not! Do something that your future self will thank you for and drop in!
