Upscale fitness center with tons of amenities. This is the best and biggest LT Fitness Ive been too and a member of over 4 years now. Visited today from out of town and was impressed of the facility and friendly staff.

After being a founding member for the location I found the customer service as well as the cleanliness of the gym diminish extremely quick. While the facilities are newer the memberships are dramatically over priced with lots of hidden costs. The corporate structure does not make you feel valued and they are constantly trying to get you to spend more money. Lastly, their extreme lack of protection when dealing with COVID was apparent from the start. Despite the fact that I continued to pay the membership and requested better conditions for safety nothing changed. In the end they did not care about retaining our family’s membership and it simply was not worth the cost.

Worth every penny. The amenities at the gym are great. They have plenty of equipment and machines to handle everyone during the busy hours. The pool is always nice. Locker rooms are clean. I LOVE that they have an area with a hot tub, steam room and sauna attached to each locker room for privacy. The staff is phenomenal, I work with Laura as my personal trainer. Shes great! She tailors my workouts to my busy life and shes helping me change my lifestyle. I love everything about this gym. If you havent visited...you need too!

Lifetime is a great gym, the best I’ve ever had a membership at. The staff is polite, the locker rooms are spacious, the pool is awesome for family time with a specific shallow pool for children and a big pool setup outside that I haven’t gone on in person but it looks like it will be tons of fun for the kids in the summer. They have 2 full basketball courts tons of cardio equipment ranging from bikes to stairs to rowing machines to traditional treadmills to the curved ones, ellipticals and they have a lot of classes included in your membership. You can join a yoga class if you want some stretching or biking class or kettle bell cardio all included. There are numerous other optional paid classes as well. They have a large assortment of weights and equipment and its all in good condition, not neglected like some gyms. They have a sauna and steam room in the locker rooms and a hot tub in the locker rooms and in the pool area. Again kept clean unlike other gyms I’ve been to. The sauna is nice also in that they keep it hot and require clothing or a towel so you don’t have to look at any naked old guys stretching their bare backs for all to view. The cafe is convenient when it’s open and they have a pretty good selection of healthy food. It’s a big gym with a lot of space and I really enjoy it.

This place is like a UTOPIA!! Like a gym for the Elite. A swimming pool, a spa, a Cafe, 2 floors of awesomeness. Extremely kind employees and Im so Excited to start working out tomorrow!!

Life time is an awesome place. There is so much space and equipment. The basketball courts are really nice and the pool is perfect for the summer time.

My boyfriend and I have really enjoyed our experience at this gym. Its hands down the nicest one that weve ever been a part of - its clean, theres lots of equipment, and the classes are fantastic. It has been our sanctuary during the pandemic.

Hands down the best gym in the Milwaukee area.... I would also say best chain nationally. Specific to this club the staff is always friendly and the club is clean. It’s unique in that it doesn’t have that stuck up feeling other gyms fall prey to. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, after touring the facility, decided not to join. Covid party here. 🤦 Very crowded and no masks. Just because we are vaccinated, doesnt make us invincible 😱 too bad. Found equivalent where people do wear mask indoors.

There is not a better gym in the Brookfield area. The facility also has indoor and outdoor pools!!

I wish a could have the option to select negative points. This is the most unprofessional club I have ever interacted with. The Brookfield facility couldnt resolve my membership issue and redirected me to the Corporate office. Corporate office was very rude and not interested at all in solving the issue. Clearly they dont care about members issues.

Huge fan! As father of two boys under 10, I love the kids area and take my kids there almost every day. They are always very active there which is good for them, and I get 2 hours a day to work out and get a break from them which is good for me! The family membership is not cheap but worth if if you take advantage of the included child care and lots of included fitness classes and yoga.

Great gym, plenty of cardio space but the free weights and what set it apart. Enough squat racks and incline benches that you can always get things done

I am a personal trainer myself and enjoy going to facilities that give me all the toys I could ever want to play with. This Life Time location provides all of that and more!The staff is very friendly, especially their front desk staff. The overall layout of the gym is great because you can always have your own space. I never feel like Im working out in someones space or breathing someones air. Additionally all of the equipment is state of the art and they take really good care of it. From the tile in the bathroom to the slam balls in the back corner, its all clean.Im also a big fan of how I can slam the heck out of the appropriate equipment in the appropriate areas.

This is by far the greatest gym I have ever had. No other gyms around here even come close. I’ve been working out consistently for over 12 years now and I’ve tried a lot of gyms. This isn’t a gym, it is the gym.

My fiancé and I are completely dissatisfied with the way this gym handled canceling our membership. We are travel nurses and will no longer be located in Wisconsin. I notified Lifetime Brookfield, in person, at the end of July we will be taking an assignment in a different state (didnt know where at the time) and we didnt know if there would be a lifetime there. I was told the best way to go about this would be to put my account on hold until I find out where we will be going and then when we find out, call lifetime brookfield to either cancel (if there wasnt a lifetime by our location) or un-hold our membership. I spent about 20 minutes talking to the employee and asking questions to get this all figured out before we left Wisconsin. The employee told me she put a note in our account about everything we talked about so future employees looking at my membership would understand. Again, I was told I could just call and cancel or un-hold the membership.We finally find out where we are going and there is not a Lifetime located near us. Today, I call lifetime to inform them I would like to cancel my membership. Laura, the person I talk to about this on the phone informed me I need to come in person and cancel my membership. I explained to her what I was originally told that ALL I would have to do is call in and cancel my membership. She told me this is not the case and I need to either come in or deliver a handwritten note to the facility.I am disappointed that Lifetime employees are not all on the same page and didnt follow through with what they told me.

Stop there the other day front staff acted like they were to busy to answer questions about joing. Wouldnt recommend.

Almost every single member was not wearing their mask properly or had no mask at all. I spent about 2 hours working out here and did not see a single member or employee wipe down gym equipment. It is a beautiful gym, but I am disappointed at the lack of precaution for the current pandemic. I visited this gym as a guest and I plan to look elsewhere for a gym with members who are respectful and wear a mask.

Such a beautiful and clean facility! The classes weve attended we well-taught with instructors who paid attention to the participants individually. The outdoor and indoor pools are delightful. The staff is spectacular and the amenities are great.

Great place to workout, and just be in general. I spend a lot of time here, and really enjoy all the amenities. The classes are great, and theres even a place to come and do work and eat. The price is high, but for how much i come here its worth it and I get a great value for what I pay. They also have a lot of gyms all over the country, so I get access to great places when I travel. Highly recommend.

Love this gym! Two things I would love to see here are more eco friendly ways of cleaning off machines. As in using washable rags and refillable spray bottles vs the disposable alcohol wipes they have available. I also think they are missing out by not having electric vehicle charging stations. They could charge money for this and use it as a write off, win/win. I notice tons of electric vehicles here and I would personally spend more time utilizing the work spaces here if they offered this feature.

Stellar gym. Gym is a vast understatement. Fantastic gym area, sauna, steam room, classes, chiropractor, classes, trainers, water park outside, cafe...simply the best experience for any gym goer, family etc. it’s going to be pricier than most all options...but with all the money we spend on nonsense at times...you just can’t put a price on true health and wellness.

My wife and I come to Life Time almost every single day and love almost everything about it. It has a very country club vibe that no other gym in the area comes close to. There is a little cafe with great food and drink options, including a large selection of protein shakes. There is an incredible daycare center with very attentive staff, most knew our daughters name by heart and our daughter absolutely loves them.Weve taken several classes so far and have absolutely loved them. The cycling classes are amazing, the yoga classes are hard work and super rewarding. We really look forward to getting into more and more classes.The weight lifting area is immaculate and massive, weve never had to wait for anything, even when the place is busy.The pool is also great, always room in the lap pools and the kids area is a lot of fun for the littles. We are really looking forward to the outdoor water park opening!The ONLY negative I have to say is about the work lounge. Even on days my wife and I arent working out we like to try and come here to work and the lounge is ALWAYS loud. Im writing this from the lounge right now and there is huge bass coming from upstairs where I assume a class is taking place. Even when there isnt classes, you can always hear noise from somewhere. I get this is a gym and it isnt going to be silent...we just hoped it would be a LITTLE quieter.Overall this place is incredible and we would recommend it to any and everybody.

This place is heaven for me

This place has been open less than a month, and I already consider it to be my second home. I feel elite having a membership here, with how modern and accommodating of a facility this is. Customer service is also top notch, responding quickly to inquiries while remaining polite and professional.

This is the most elite workout place! They did a fantastic job! A 5 star facility. Staff is very friendly and the kid area cant be beat. Im so happy we joined.

I have been very happy with my experiences here at lifetime in the past. But with my recent visit, I brought a guest, we were pushed aside for 15 minutes, ignored. Finally when we were called over to check my guest in the worker working with left yet again to help other members and once again we sat there for 5 more minutes. Finally he was able to just check in my guest after waiting that long period of time. This dissatisfied myself because I felt just because we were younger guests that were pushed aside and have to wait.

Big fan of this place. Lots of space and room, hours are wide for early morning and late night gym goers, and the staff had really been great. Every seems to be respectful, some moreso keep to themselves while others are more social as with any other gym. Usually pretty clean and equipment is usually 95% available when I need to use it, the other 5% is during peak busy hours.

The WAC should be worried. I have been a WAC member for 4 years. I have lived around the country and I just accepted that the WAC was the best gym in SE WI. I was very excited when I heard about Life Time opening up here as the WAC has several fatal flaws that Should have been corrected long ago. Life Time is easily the beat gym in Wisconsin. Hands down. Now we have a gym that can compete with the best of them across this country. Equinox would be the only gym that is better, but that is like $250/mo.Things that are amazing about the gym: brand new, amazing squat racks, machines, cardio equipment, open functional training areas, stretching area....you get the idea.The quality of the Olympic squat racks are top notch. You can drop weights on the platforms, the plates are awesome, even the collars are amazing. It’s like the people that designed this gym actually work out.There are also the small things that add up to make a big difference. No gross old dirty wet carpet in the locker rooms. The bathrooms are clean, the showers are amazing. They have the waterfall type showers. I didn’t know a gym shower could be nicer than the showers you have in a high end home. Nice towels. Modern lockers that you don’t need a key to. Did I mention that it’s actually clean? It’s nice to be around people that are actually serious about fitness. I missed that when I joined the WAC.They have a business area where you can work. You can get your hair cut there. They have a spa, and a restaurant. This place is amazing.I will be switching to Life Time shortly. I hope they open several more gyms in the SE WI area. They will take over as the #1 gym in WI. Princeton club in Madison west can’t even hang with this gym.

This is a gym experience like WI has never seen. More space, more equipment, more services than any gym in this state. The childrens services are expansive and delightful. The many pools can accommodate the dedicated lap swimmer and the splashing toddler at the same time. Get a massage, a haircut, and your nails done in the spa before they deliver your hot meal from the cafe directly to you on your way back to work.Not just a gym. An experience.

I have been a member of several gyms and fitness clubs over the last 20 years. Lifetime is hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced. Why? Top-notch personal trainers, great class offerings at different times of day, cutting edge equipment (and enough that I never have to wait for the one I want), and Pilates on-site to name just a few.Lifetime goes above and beyond training their uber-professional, friendly staff. They dress classy, make eye contact and are quick to smile. They LOOK healthy, and motivate me to want to be as well.The locker rooms are terrific, with a separate steam room, sauna and whirlpool for men and women. There’s a salon/spa and cafe on site, plus ample quiet space in the business lounge.I can’t think of a single thing I don’t like. Membership fees are a little more than I paid elsewhere, but considering I could easily spend my whole day here & feel good about it, I’d say I get more than my money’s worth!

Its cool if youre single. It has all the amenities youre looking for, but its too expensive for someone like myself with a family. Family membership is ridiculously expensive. Well I guess thats why they have it in Brookfield.

Outstanding CLEAN facilites. The pools (and yes a couple of lap pools and a leisure type pool and thats before the outdoor ones) are amazing and CLEAN (Ive been to other pools and you could SEE the body scum floating. they check the water chemistry several times a day), there are whirl pools in the locker rooms and sauna and steam room. The studios are amazing-yoga rooms, cycle room. They have Pilates with the reformers. Basketball courts are great. The trainers are all helpful and knowledgable. There is equipment to help stretch with the room to stretch. There is a great variety of classes for any type of work out. (hard core cycle or cardio, or good stretch classes like pilates, yoga or barre) The locker room are huge and the showers are awesome. The cafe is great. I have not signed my kid up, but the kids area looks amazing with fun activities and even tutor times for school aged kids. I have always felt like going to the gym was a chore at previous locations so it became so burdensome to me and I would end up not going. This place gets me excited to go. H

This gym needs Woodway treadmills. I would honestly rather run on conventional treadmills than the rough feel of these Technogym treadmills. Everything else here is incredible!

Open house was between 6-8 pm for new members. Complete chaos with no available parking. No direction by police so we left very disappointed. Poor planning on clubs part.

Came in to see the facility and inquire about membership but the front desk person was rude the account manager i was set up with was very short with me as if he had something better to do. The facility on the other hand is nice, to bad the employees are not.

Lunch at the LifeCafe was outstanding!I had the southwestern steak bowl. An incredible blend of grilled steak, rice and bean, roasted vegetables, cilantro cream and the pico de gallo topping. Not sure if you need to be a member to get to the Cafe but if your in Brookfield and jonesin’ for a great healthy salad - this is the place!
