The last month I attended 2 events at this club. One was a birthday party the second event was an opens house and party for existing members. Tony who is the best PR person for this club. He made both events run smooth and everyone had a good time. If you are shopping for a family club this is five star. Tony makes the magic happen! The DJ get’s a high five too.

Swimming available inside and outside. Very clean. Not crowded.

Workers are extremely rude and very unprofessional.

At the Brookfield Elite. Terrible Staff, unprofessional and rude. Kicked us out of the gym because I accidentally reserved the wrong childcare facility. I drove an hour to workout and pay $200 a month to be kicked out because they are “understaffed”.Also told my child she can’t have a snack because they save the snacks for parties whilst all other elite childcare facilities do give the kids a snack (which is expected) also they don’t greet you or your child friendly. Barely even say a word to you when you drop your child off. I would give them a zero but unfortunately there is no option for that. Also this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review on anything, that’s how uncomfortable I am about the situations that have taken place at the Brookfield Elite Sports Club

Family oriented health club with much to offer, especially if you have children. Only frustrating experience I have had was in regards to the basketball court being used for adult classes without being on the court schedule. Other than that it is a very nice place for anyone to workout and feel welcomed. Top notch locker room facilities at this location.

Friendly staff and a exceptional workout! I dont like to run but they made it fun. You are able to track your heart rate and really push yourself.

Outside of a perfect/uncrowded place to workout and about 100 other things to do here, the ambiance makes me wish I still had homework to do in a quiet corner. I am so happy here!

I dont recommend this place, staff are not friendly, they dont explain you the pricing and membership cancellation in detail.

Ive been a long time member here with my spouse. The facilities are always improving. Kay and her crew do generally a really nice job. My only gripe is the little kids which can be unruly. Running around the tennis veranda OR the main gym where the weight machines are at. However, I severely blame their parents for ALL of that. It all starts at home! People should discipline their youngsters more often. But they wont or dont for whatever reasons. Anyway, a very good club choice with two swimming pools (separate outdoor and indoor is saltwater - both heated and recently refurbished) and eight tennis courts inside and some outdoors. There are many different aerobic type exercise classes one could sign on for, included usually with your membership fees. There is a plethora of other social activities to be discovered. Once we attended a Fleetwood Mac (BMO Bradley Center) concert arranged by Tony B. at the club! We had a stellar time! And, in the Harley suite.

Nice place and always room to move and workout. New clean equipment and always engaged with the members. Many workout options and also training available. Spinning is also a staple in addition to their tennis

Ive been a member for several years. The club seems to constantly improving with very friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff. It joy to go to.

Good place to workout, enjoy a quiet pool, and play tennis.

Lets be real. The community there is trashy. Everyone is snobby and the workers have no idea what they are doing. The front desk doesnt even greet you when u first walk in. The workers just sit around and all the older people there that are supposed to be leaders are stupid and dont know how to act. I dont recommend this highlander. They need to get real and learn what to do.
