The tire was overpriced (I only bought one) and the salesman knew that, so he discounted as much as he could. With that said, there wasnt a line, so the process was pretty fast. They located a tire in town that fit my car, and had it delivered and put on within an hour. The staff were all very friendly and the shop was clean. Id be more likely to go back if they had better tires sales. The pic is of the new tire.

I had a problem with my debit card and they immediately started sending me threatening texts stating that they would begin the process of recovering tires they had leased me. When I returned the texts they sent me an account number that DID NOT WORK and again repeated the threats to recover the tires. As of this writing I have been completely unable to register on the website to pay on those tires.If you decide to go to RNR despite what I’ve written here you will have to buy four tires, not one or two, and if you choose to lease them as I did it will be repeated to you numerous times that it’s a felony if you break the lease and it will be done in a very threatening fashion. At the time I was desperate for tires and they were the best option. Now I regret it seeing what’s ahead.

I, like many, hate to spend money on my car of all things, and the crew at the BA location made me feel much better. I chose to finance my tires, and the process was simple. The guys there were willing to work with me, making it affordable and and pleasant experience. Super friendly, and I was out of there within an hour. Highly recommend!

My dad has used RNR forever. Anytime he needed tires. So when I needed tires its where I went. I very impressed. They treated me kindly and explained all the financing and how everything works. I never once felt confused or wondered what was going on. And very affordable payments as well. If you need good tires and or rims and cant afford to pay out right at one time.... RNR is the place to go!!!

If your looking for good quality go somewhere else. These guys half a** everything I just completely stopped going to them in general also wouldn’t recommend buying from them they scam you and you pay for more than what your supposed to because they don’t tell you that you have to buy the rims and call to do so... so you end up paying more than what you originally agreed to and just “renting” what you paid way to much for in the first place

The service was absolutely amazing. Very friendly environment. Very clean and professional. My only issue was that the rims and tires that I initially wanted was unable to be obtained so I had to go with a different style of rims. Overall very happy with my experience and purchase I would definitely recommend for anyone!!!!

They sang a good tune to get tires on my truck and sugar coated the piss out of it. Paid 61$ a week for 4 months and called to check my payoff balance and it was $3,200.... getting my old bald tires put back on. Do yourself a favor and order tires online. Im buying the same set online for $900.

I went into the store not knowing what I wanted and they guided me through that process. I ended up choosing tires and wheels at a good price and I’m beyond happy. Charlie and Taylor is so great with their customer service skills, attention to detail, they really listens to the customers wants. Charlie is always so very helpful. Even picked us up some lunch while wheels and tires were being installed. She even helped the tire tech install the wheels and tires because the tire tech moves painfully slow. Other than his lack of urgency and time it took for the service, great experience.

The girl that works the front desk is the sweetest thing. Her name is Charlie and she is just a breath of fresh air. Her boss was very thorough in explaining what I was paying for. It is snowing and icy outside and I have brand new tires! Its a wonderful feeling thank R&R my 2nd time and wont be my last.

Charley is the cutest person Ive ever met. She just had such nice vibes.Super jealous of her sales skills. She hooked my boyfriend up with a great deal and we drove off with new wheels and tires in under 2 hours.Personally, every time ive ever been to any mechanic or tire shop I get treated like im stupid because Im young and a girl. I was in a hurry and got the tires anyway, but never again. I was charged over $100 more per tire than I should have been and bought the tires outright... I cant imagine how much you would pay if you financed the tires like they want you to... Dirtbags

Okay I stopped for a tire pressure check and got educated on how to check low profile tires ad well as importance of correct tire pressure. While I waited I was seduced by all the beautiful shiney rims in store and the cashier even went so far as to show me additional options online. Although I didnt make a purchase I still got my tire pressure checked and corrected FREE. Mind blown! Yes the bathrooms are tidy and clean.

This is our first winter on the Mainland. We moved herw from Hawaii in March of last year. We have planned on getting new tires the spring however this ice storm proved somwthing else. I broke a ball joint coming home in the snow and jimmy from RNR pulled over and helped get my truck all fixed enough to get it out of the middle of the street and didn’t think twice about it highly recommend them if that’s the kind of guys they have good and friendly service even when it’s not at the shop

I purchased what I thought were top of the line tires, but didn’t get top of the line service. Started having issues with the tires and since they were paid off, but still under warranty they directed me to the manufacturing company. Manufacturing company explained I would get a Discount and directed me back to R N R to get the tires replaced.They NEVER called me back to get this handled after talking to Several different Managers on many occasions. I had to go to another tire shop to get tires only to find out the tires that R N R placed on when purchased were not the correct size for my car to begin with. Be sure to Keep your Contract for proof cause you’ll need it

I give it an extra star for sense of urgency when needed otherwise I’d never do business with them. I work from home during business hours but one of the workers was able to get all my information over the phone and have everything ready as soon as I pulled up, as requested. As for the harassment starting as soon as they open to every few hours on the very day you are supposed to pay is not only just incredibly annoying, aggravating-inducing, but also one if not the worst places I’ve ever done business.

Best place for not just tires, but customer service is always wonderful and payment plans are awesome along with low down payment. They heled me and my husband out this weekend. Thank you so much 😃

My tires lasted a year only and I had just paid them off.

Watch out for these guys. Their game is to con you into a sale, get the tires on your vehicle, and THEN bring out the contract which includes a document that MUST be signed before you leave. The section states that you will not sue them for any disagreements that arise for the duration of the lease. They over charge for cheap tires. The more desperate you are for new tires, the easier it is for them to work you over. The guys behind the counter are lazy, and the guys in the shop are imbeciles. Me. Moody? You’ll just have to experience that man on your own, if you have time for the whole “used car salesmen” act. He is fun to laugh at. I like to make his face turn red when I go in to make a payment.

Pretty great place with an amazing selection. The guys were really knowledgeable and helped me find a wheel and tire set for my truck. Quick to get me in and out of the shop and I love my new wheels. Thanks guys!!! But be aware, if not paid within a allotted window, your vehicle will be on blocks.

Stay away new management are bullies. Paid on tires over a year and they still were not paid off. They would call my family and give them my credit info like payment amount or that they would come get tires. I finally told told them to.come get their dang tires I was not going to be bullied. There are other places you can go for no credit check tired with better deals and only a one year of payments not the contract that never ends. I was lead to believe my contract was for a year. Buyer beware

After being a great customer for over 6 months and referring multiple people I lost my mom and had to cover all the funeral expenses and was forced to be about a week late and not only did they have a guy almost always threatening me or my husband daily they dont have anything in order and when you call and make arrangements they forget or dont put notes into computer and you still get hounded! Never again will I use this company or refer another person!

Fantastic staff and service! I needed tires fast and like a lot of people I didnt have an extra $1000. I called and they were able to go pick up tires from their warehouse and have them onsite within an hour. I can in on my lunch hour expecting this to take some time. They replaced all four tire had my financing all done and got me out the door and back at work all in my lunch hour! I highly recommend them everyone!

A good choice when you need tires. New or used. Tires arent cheap in general. So they have a patent plan to help.

Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!! Previous manager told me when my pay off date was for 6 months same as cash. I had auto withdrawal set up, that day comes and goes and they didn’t take my pay off amount out like you think. My pay off was and additional $30 more than normal payment..... instead of taking my extra $30 to pay it off, they let it roll over so they could charge me interest. Manager is no longer there but new manager wouldn’t go back to make it right for me. It should be the company to make it right regardless of who the manager has to be to make it right. I am a single mom with three children and no other income.... and how many days until Xmas? Total rip off and I would never refer anyone there. I’ll be getting more people to write negative reviews and blast it on social media! Got my tires 7 months ago now and 3 out of the 4 brand new tires have had to be repaired. Do not recommend them at all.

The Broken Arrow store is more friendly than Muskogee. I was in BA store for awhile longer but well worth it. They have options at this store for payment plans. Friendly mechanic s and I kept two of my old tires that were good and they will put rims on them for free for me. The service comes with road side assistance if you have a flat and fixed for free. Also get tire rotation free. As long as live of tire on vehicle tires are free or discounted. But being single its a great peace of mind dont have to worry about while driving on the road!

To be honest, this place doesn’t even deserve ONE star. Absolutely the most unprofessional group of people and how they do business. I will not tolerate harassment, especially in front of my child. Please save yourself the trouble and go else where for your tires.

I wish there was a no star button. They should really be more professional on handling business witht heir customers. No one came in to talk about my situation. Showed up at my job and took my wheels off and said i had 72 hours to come and get them. Sure the tires r theirs but the wheels arent. They belong to the car company. They left all of my lug nuts on the ground. Just all the way very unprofessional.

RUN NOW AND DONT BOTHER WITH THEIR 180 DAY SAME AS CASH LINE!!!!!I went in reading the reviews feeling skeptical but thought what the heck as long as you pay them off in 180 days you should be golden, mind you the first appointment I set up with them I showed up and they were so organized they couldnt find the tires that were supposed to be sitting out waiting for my arrival and then the cost that was quoted isnt the price that STEVE was going to sell them to me at! STEVEs cost was astronomically higher than that of the guy that I had originally talked to. (YES I shouldve RAN at this point). SO the next day I called and talked to the original guy he explained that Steve was new and that he didnt explain it correctly and that the price he quoted wasnt the 180 day same as cash. So he set me up a second install date Monday I called in for payoff which STEVE told me was $236.00, I paid $115.00 of the $236.00 and on Thursday they pulled out an additional $37.48 supposedly for something I SIGNED UP FOR which by the way I hadnt been charged for up until this month (FINAL PAYMENT to stay within the 180 days was supposed to be October 30). SO I asked for a payoff today 4 days has passed since the payoff was $236.00 and today counting the extra $37.48 they tacked on this morning made the original payoff amount go from $236.00 to $279.29 in 4 days but STEVE told me I had $95 and some change sitting in my credit account on Monday???? SO WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THAT MONEY????? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. However, the guys back in the shop were AMAZING, hence even giving them a star.

On 6/13 I made a payment and asked what my balance was and they said it was paid off. They called the next week saying I missed my payment and I told them they were paid off and they looked and the balance said zero. Told me it was paid off 3 times. Now they are calling saying I owe like $1000 now. This is straight up B.S.! I WILL NOT SEND ANYONE TO THEM!

I am a single mom, I needed new tires andGetting tires is always such an expensive endeavor. After researching all Avenues, I heard an ad on radio ad about how the reason they started this company. Paid off my account in December. Did the SAC option. I was completely satisfied. Then they randomly started taking payments out again in February and March. When I went in to the broken arrow location they were so incredibly nice an apologetic and gave me the Regionals number to contact him. At first he was so nice and I felt they would do what was right and return my money. Then he kept telling me that it was interest and fees... defeats the purpose of same as cash when you take out fees and interest? Not to mention they took out full payments every two weeks until I contacted them in March same day I was there they took out another payment just before I arrived at the store . Took time off work to deal with this only to feel completely lost. They took money out months after I was paid completely off and the regional manager told me to leave the store and never come back because I told him this was not right and he needed to make it right. He wouldn’t give me anyone to speak to above him. He claimed there is no one above him. Just the owner and that I will not be able to speak to him.This is such a shame because I referred several people over there. The guys at the broken arrow location are fantastic and helpful, because of them is why I trusted that the regional manager would be the same way. I was wrong and he was very unprofessional when in the end they took money out of my account and refused to give it back. Buyers beware!

Great place if your short on cash when you need to replace your tires but when it comes to making payments they will harass you on the day its due when you have until end of business. I get up to 6 calls a day on the due date. I do work and this falls under harassment! Once mine are paid off I will never use this company again.

Will never buy from them again. Told me a price and ended up being over 400$ more.I highly suggest not to buy rims and tires off this company. Im entitled to my own opinion and Im sure others have had better, its just what happen to me.Buy at your own risk.

I originally only went to rnr because I had a friend that works there but after dealing with west and his crew I cant imagine shopping for tires anywhere else they were all very professional and kind west even interacted with my kids and made them enjoy the experience also such a great company and great group of guys looking forward to going back to get a set of wheels soon

RNR tire express has annoying and lazy marketing practices. The store manager is neither helpful nor able to handle issues when they occur. A comparison of tire prices with local competitors puts them higher in both service and tire prices. I do not recommend them at all!

The initialExperience with RNR tires was pretty decent, not great but not bad either. However, each visit subsequently there after was less and less pleasant. I paid my account balalnce off somewhere around 8 months ago (June, July) I continually get called saying I owe to this day, I’ve called and followed up each time I get a call and I’m told it’ll get taken care of..... guess what not taken care of I get my mail this morning and oh look a letter saying I’ve failed to make my lease current and contact them immediately... so I called 10:09AM 1 hr and 9 min. after opening, what did I get? A voicemail stating they were closed and to call back during business hours. Long story short they don’t take care of problems, the customer service is a joke and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. Stay away if you don’t want long term issues with them!

Most unprofessional place I have ever delt with. They are just barly on the line of legal. Shady selling, lots of fluff and double talk and absolutely no respect for the customer.. All they care about is getting you into one of Thier contract agreements. BUYER BEWARE. Once you sign the dotted line you become the prey and victim. The contracts are written like your buying a house, no a city. ... so many little details that were not included during the sales pitch are laced throughout the endless pages. They work hard to trip you up so that they can come to your door and repossess your tires.. i was foolish enough to let them talk me into paying all but one payment so that I could benefit from this “amazing warranty” they offer. I made the one and only payment, the last payment one month into my contract. Five months later I am being harrassed and bullied and treated like a thief who stole them instead of a valued customer who paid all but one payment upfront and trusted them with our deal. They could care less about the customer. All they are after is selling you tires and then using Thier contract in the most corrupt and shady way possible to screw you. They take no responsibility for doing what they say or providing any records like legitimate businesses do who value the paying customer. I have paid in full but they don’t want to honor that. Instead they use Thier corrupt business practices to harass you demanding you prove to them that you paid in full.. I have contacted BBB, and the attorney general as this place needs to be shut down and held responsible for the way they run Thier operation. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM rnr tires.. I guarantee you will be sorry.
