I had a flat tire while at a softball tournament in Broken Arrow. I was recommended to come to this location by AAA when they came out to put on my spare. When I came into this location Saturday morning as they opened, I met Jay at the counter. He was extremely helpful and kind. He and his employees had my tire fixed, and I was out the door within 20 minutes. You will receive exceptional service here!

Great place to stop in for whatever your car needs.oil and lube, tires, rotations, brakes, alignments, front end work. Even for windshield wipers, theres a friendly face soon as you walk in that will gladly assist you. Stop on by and give them a try.

Went in to get a flat fixed and figured I might as well have my tires rotated and my oil changed while I was there. Employees at the counter were super nice, and my car was ready in no time. Brought in 2 tires to be mounted on wheels. Already removed from vehicle just unloaded them and dropped off. Price was 56 bucks. Never again. I could have went to multiple places and it would have been half that price. And to add to their little reply. I brought in 2 Mickey Thompson radial tires. Something they do not offer in the store..

Family has been going to Robertson tire for 10 years. Brought in all of our cars here. And for a while there wasn’t any issues. But about 4 or 5 years ago there was management change and Lynn wasn’t the head guy anymore. And we had a few issues but time to time that will happen with anyone. This year however I have had the worst service I have ever had here or anywhere for that matter. I had hit a curb and had to have the front passenger hub assembly plus other things replaced. Had to come in multiple times after that because my car wouldn’t drive straight, had a rattle, and my tire would get caught when I turned. After the third time in there they did work on the back tires saying that’s where the problems were coming from. 2400 dollars later and it still has never driven the same as before. I wouldn’t expect it to be perfect though. But when you do a complete overhaul of an assembly I expect it to be close to where it was at least. About a month and half ago my passenger side wheel bearing went out. Just 6 months after it was replaced. They warrantied it out and I figured all was made well. After getting it back however it drove way worse than it did before. Again I have been back twice each time they have kept me for hours just to “rotate the tires” and haven’t gotten it back to anywhere close to where it was before. Actually after this last time it was given back to me much worse than when it arrived. And before I left they quoted me another 1500 dollars to get my car to drive straight. This time saying my left side needs completely replaced, but it was replaced two weeks before I even had to take it in this time. wanted to give Robertson the benefit of the doubt this time but this has sent me over the edge.

I was at robertson tire store 3 and it was so bad even the employees were tripping over all the trash on the floor. There was not even anywhere to walk without something being at your feet

Ive been a customer to this tire shop for a long time but recently, I had a flat tire on the left rear of my car. They said they will replace with Bridgeton tire similar to the rest of my tires. The next day, Ive come to.pick up my car, the receptionist guy said I dont have to pay anything today. I said you sure? He said yes. Then he gave me back my keys.The next day, I had another flat tire in the front right. I got them all replaced with Michelin and removed the Bridgeton. To my surprise, Robertson called me after 3 days and accused me I ran off with their tire. I told them I have their tire and will return it since its like new. They agreed on me returning it through Mobile conversation.When I drop by to return the tire, they are asking me to pay for it and claiming they are not accepting to return tires. I asked for manufacturer warranty for return but refused. They kept accusing me that I ran off well in fact it was their mistake. In the end I had to pay for the tire and they said thay will pay for $100. I dont have any use of the tire so its just going to sit on my garage. That was the worse customer service I ever dealt with.

First time I used them I got new tires. They called me the next day to tell me I needed to come back because they put the wrong size on. Mistakes happen I get it. Next time I used them I got new break pads and oil change and the next day when I got on the highway my hood flew up and bashed in my windshield and actually totalled my car. They had good customer service though I guess.

Had a super inappropriate comment from a tech when I first drove up and the man at the counter acted as though I was some dumb woman that didnt know what I was talking about on my car. Took the car to have the work done by a trusted mechanic as it wasnt worth using the coupon I had.

Tbh I almost can’t even believe I’m about to type this but I am.I went to see about my tire for obvious reason I won’t even go into detail but what got me from the beginning was One employee couldn’t even get my car started. I have anxiety and I just got my battery changed, so when he came in and asked me if I had a “Kill switch” I had no idea what was going on. And he told me that my car was completely dead and wouldn’t started. I frantically got up out my seat in disbelief with a cast on my foot in the rain trying to run to my car to see what was going on. They had my hood up ready to give me a jump and would you believe they had the wrong freaking key in my ignition the whole time. SO OF COURSE IT WASNT GOING TO START!!I was in such shock as I showed him the key and started the car. I asked them if they was hiring being facetious at the same time.Now the rest of the staff seemed to know what they was doing after that. But I don’t personally wouldn’t recommend a soul there. They may do great work. But THATTTTTT BLEW MY MIND I JUST CANT BELIEVE THEY CAN HIRE SOMEONE SO WET BEHIND THE EARS.

I was going to this place on the recommendation of a co-worker who had a good experience. However, I parked my car in the lane that said Oil Change since that is what I was there for. Some guy started yelling Air Pressure Check. Not thinking he was talking to me I proceed inside to talk to someone about an Oil Change. This same guy comes into the store from the garage and says are you here for a air pressure check? I said no an Oil Change in a very rude tone he replies I am going to need you to move your car.Well thats a rapp for Robinsons Tire. I have used them before spent well over 400 to 500 hundred dollars for Brakes( different location).Might return to the other location not this one. Or I will just use Jiffy Lube!Its all about the customer experience!

Had an issue with a Taurus that the dealership wanted to charge a significant amount more than Robertson. The tech at Robertsons got it in, fixed the problem, and took care of a couple additional minor things. We will be back.

The guys here are amazing!! My car had been in a minor accident. I took it in thinking I would hear news that it was unfixable. These guys were able to fix my alignment, my wheel bearings, brakes, and replace a couple tires all for a wonderful price! My car now drives perfectly and its like it was never in an accident at all. This is the only place my husband and I will ever go to get service on our vehicles from now on! They were just too amazing!! I feel a thousand times safer taking my son to the babysitter now!! They went above and beyond in terms of service and craftsmanship when it came to what they did.They were able to find a wire which was not working correctly and replace it for my radiator.They also did not charge me for the alignment because I had a bolt that needs to be replaced so they did the best they could which is a lot more than other places Ive been to.

These guys will keep you safe. Lynn (Mike) was the individual I worked with. I saw some minor cracks in a couple of my tires and had them inspect them. They may have literally saved my life. Its what you cant see thats important. There were cracks in between the tread that could have caused a blowout and led to a rollover. I got a set of four tires for a great price and know that Robertsons tire reputation precedes them. There is no place I would rather go because I know Im in good hands and can rely on their caring about what they do.

They have been wonderful to work with! I called them up today to ask about my brakes. Each call was extremely helpful and honest. They were able to take my car in at mid afternoon. Within 30 minutes of getting there, they already had my car in and called me with their suggestions. I feel like they were completely honest, and I was amazed at the price! My husband and I showed up about 15 minutes before closing time today and the guys worked us right in to put on new tires for our car. This is the most trustworthy place to take your car for tires, an oil change or to have a problem diagnosed. We have been taking our cars here since the late 1990s and trust them 100%.They will give you options and let you decide whats best for you. No sales pressure.They know me when I walk in the door. We have a lot of vehicles.

I called ahead to see if they repaired My type of car. The manager Jay Graham assured me they did. They told me the motor was toast until I had an adjuster go and access the car. After letting Them know the adjuster was on the way I suddenly had a different diagnosis. I couldn’t see paying what was quoted me as the price because I could see the part was 4 times the amount as what eBay could sell an alternator for. The mechanic finally took off $75. When I pushed for why it was so high. The bill was still $570.00 after the discount. I won’t use them again because of their tricks. Hibden Tire is better.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! I wont take my car anywhere else. They always do a great job and I completely trust them. If there is a problem they will even tell us if it needs to be fixed immediately or if we can wait awhile. Damien worked on my car the most recent time I was there. He gave me options of things they could do to try to help me out financially. Then, while he was working, he fixed another problem he found with my air conditioner! He took extra time to clean around the problem areas and make sure it was perfect. I appreciate the care when it comes to the safety of me and my kids.

Very sketchy. I only went to them because they are literally right next door to my neighborhood. I wanted to purchase 4 new tires, and I did. While talking to the rep that was at the desk, phone calls kept interrupting. The rep would pick up the phone call, which is understandable to let them know youre there, but he would take care of whatever they needed, no matter how long it took and just left me in the dust!! He did that like 2-3 times with different calls! I almost wanted to step aside and call him from in the store just so I could get service. After finally being able to tell him what I needed, they didnt have the tires I wanted in stock, so he had them shipped the next day from a different shop, which was fine. He priced me at about $360. I went in the next day to get the tires put on and dealt with a different rep. He told me the tires were in and priced me at almost $500. Same exact tires, same shop!! I mean, come on now. After I told him what I was priced before, he knew he didnt get away with murder. He acted like he was cutting me a deal after that, which was not the case. Also, my car has been making a thumping sound and my car shakes since I got the tires put on. Will be taking my car to a different shop to have them look at the issue. Im usually a very understandable and patient guy, but I cant stand a shop with no integrity and trying to get one over on a customer.I ended up taking my car to Hercules Tires and they found that my lug nuts werent tightened on my front passenger wheel. The mechanic took the time to not only torque my lug nuts to spec on that wheel, but he went ahead and did the rest of the tires as well. They also checked my CV axles and ball joints at no cost to me. I will be doing business with them from now on. Robertson is lucky my wheel didnt fly off!

I have to say that Keith (the Manager) and his staff were very courteous, personable, honest, and went above and beyond with their CUSTOMER SERVICE.I had just moved here from out of state and ended up having a flat. I had taken it to another store prior to bringing it in to Robertsons and was told I had to replace my tire, they couldnt fix it. (My tires were just purchased a year ago and still had a good 68k miles to go).I dropped my car off at Robertsons with Keith and his staff, they looked over the tire and told me it would be an easy fix. My issue was from the seal at my rim, but I also had a bad valve.When I returned to pick up my car I was informed that there wasnt going to be any charge! I definitely didnt expect that but expressed my true gratitude and let him know I would definitely be returning if I needed any other service done to my car.

My experience started with an online request for a quote for 4 Michelin tires. I was emailed by Shane Robertson with the quote and an offer of help. I had questions and he had fast honest answers. Then he setup an open appointment for me for the next day for installation. I arrived at the Broken Arrow location on Elm Pl and was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. They quickly took care of business and I was gone in less than an hour. While I waited I noticed their friendly service was extended to everyone that walked through the door. This is absolutely the THE BEST service I have ever experienced in buying tires anywhere. They have a customer for life with me and my family.

Wow I’m so blown away! I took my car here because I had a tire that kept losing air. (A brand new tire at that) They got my car back right away, removed a piece of metal from the tire, patched it up, and then sent me on my way. For free! I just think that is excellent customer service that goes above and beyond. I will most definitely return for oil changes and anything else my car may need! This is how you get customers for sure! Robinson Tire, tries to push premium products on customers without asking and claims that parts need to be replaced when they clearly do not. I went into this facility several weeks ago (Im still upset) for an oil change, and to look at the brake rotors. Im not a mechanic, but Ive done a fair amount of engine work (rotors, pads, alternator belts etc). My car was looked at and I was told that the rotors needed to be replaced. I asked to look at them before they were replaced. I inspected the rotors and could not find anything wrong with the them. The branch manger pointed out very small cracks on the rotors and told me that they were stress cracks and he recommended that they still needed to be replaced. I had not heard this before. I told the manager that I didnt want them replaced and just to change my oil and brake pads. Apparently I wasnt clear enough. They decided to turn (grind down) my brake rotors anyway. At check out he told me that they would need to be replaced next time. Yes he was right, thanks to Robinson Tire my brake rotors are now too thin they will be more prone to warping and will not be able to be shaved down in the future. When It came to replacing my brake pads he just gave me a quote and said that they would start on replacing them. I stopped him and asked about what other options there were and what he was putting on my car. Turned out he was going to put $90+ ceramic pads on my car without even giving me any other option. I politely asked what my options were and asked them to put on a different pair. I waited for nearly 2 hours with 4 kids and my wife waiting. I have no idea what was going on. I can honestly say that I will never go back to this facility again. Sadly the experience that I had here was with the lead manager whos name tag indicated that he had been working there for 10+ years. DO NOT BE FOOLED

My tire was losing air just as fast as i was putting it in, so I dropped my car off on my lunch break, had an hour to go eat. They called me 30 minutes later and it was ready. No more nail in tire! No more flat tire. I wasnt late back to work. They were so kind and welcomed me with a smile. Thank you.

Our family has been taking our cars to Mike (Lynn) and his staff for around 20 years now. I dont know much about cars, but I always feel like I am being well taken care of at Robertson. Throughout the years, Mike has been honest about my cars repair situation, even when the advice is not to repair something in the moment. Very thankful for Mike and his staff!

Not happy, went for alignment after having front end work done by another shop and was told they would not do it because front end was worn to bad what a joke!

I was treated very well. Thought I would have a long wait but surprised the service was so good, quick. I had a fast leaky tire and had my dog with me. Couldnt leave her in the car so was allowed to bring her inside. Thank you Robertsons! Ill be back.

The receptionists were kind and had a good sense of humor, the pricing is fair, and Mike Allamon was incredibly helpful in locating problems with my car and giving great suggestions on what I should do! Great place to take your car! My son recently flew in from his Air Force base in CA to pick up his car and drive back. We took his 2007 Cobalt that needed ALOT of work and new tires into Robertson here in BA and we could not have been more pleased! Chris and his crew got to work on that car and suggested tires (at a pretty good price) that were great AND got the car back the same day we took it in. We had already taken it months before to a different garage and knew the work it needed but trusted Robertson. These guys rechecked and replaced! Happy to report after a very long 2 day drive he made it back to his base in CA driving from BA with absolutely NO PROBLEMS! Would recommend Robertson Tire in BA to everyone!

They do offer other services but Ive had a mixed bag of experiences at other robertsons shops and so Ive never used this one for anything but tires. Comparative pricing. They will fix a flat for free!!! Would reccomend these guys and I will continue to come back.

Had to get a new tire, it was my first time there. I wasnt greeted when I walked in even though there wasnt any customers inside any a good four employees. But after helping me the person I spoke too was very friendly and the man who worked on my car let me know of somethings I would want to look into, I didnt feel pressured or rush like I do at most places. Over all it was a nice experience.

Update - The Broken Arrow Manager contacted my husband to apologize for the behavior of his mechanic and cashier (whom I wrongly identified as the manager) in my earlier comment.. After their lengthy conversation, our opinion of the way Robertson runs their business has changed. We were very happy at their concern over the incident and their taking the time to make sure things were corrected. My husband was very impressed by this managers exemplary customer service and has a renewed confidence in Robertson and will return for future purchases and/or service. These guys did a great job repairing the brakes on my 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I called late Friday afternoon and they said they could get me in that day. The vehicle was completed on time and they even repaired a brake problem that I had for years. I had taken the truck to numerous other shops and no one could get the brakes to stop grabbing.To summarize: Speedy service, did what they said they would due, gave me more than I bargained for. This is rare in todays world! I will be using these guys more in the future.

Im changing my initial 5 start review because my last experience here was unexpectedly not very good. Overall its still a fine place but I wanted to share what happened. First I took my car in a few weeks ago and told them it was starting to shake. They said theyd look at it and call me. By end of day I hadnt heard from them so I called, and the man said hed been calling me all day and that I needed new tires, but it was too late now because the truck had left for the day since I didnt answer my phone. He seemed irritated that he hadnt been able to reach me. But I had my phone next to me all day, turns out he had entered my phone number into the system wrong. He said they could get my tires tomorrow, and gave me a price on 4 new ones. Assured me that was causing the shaking. I said ok thanks. My friend works at discount tires and said he could get them for me at half the price Robertson quoted, and me, not being made of money with a newborn, said sounds good. So I got all new tires, and the shaking didnt change at all. But no problem, I understand they cant always get it right, and I did need new tires. Now, weeks later, my service engine light came on. Autozone test told me what part I needed to replace. I brought my car back to Robertson, gave them the autozone paper and asked how much to replace it. They said first it would be $95 for diagnostics. I said but I know whats wrong, I need this part replaced. The guy said well thats just what Autozone says it could be any number of things so we need to do diagnostics to see. I said ok but youve never charged me for diagnostics before, Ive always been able to bring my car in and yall took a look at it with no charge. He looked through the computer and said yeah and last time you went and got your tires from someone else? I thought so what... am I obligated to buy from you guys if I dont pay for diagnostics? That bothered me a bit. It was just an unexpected response. I dont expect them to throw hours of free time looking at my car, but in the past theyve been fine doing a reasonable 10-30 min looksee. And this time I knew exactly what I wanted done. So I said ok, nevermind thanks anyway. Took my car down the street and got free diagnostics and they changed the part with no problems. My car works fine now. Im unsure if Ill be back to Robertson as of this point. But still leaving 4 stars because they have been good to me in the past.All these positive reviews are true. This place is top notch with incredibly kind employees. Im always terrified of getting that stereotypical mechanic that acts like if I dont pay them a bunch of money right now my car will fall apart the second I drive off, but they are not like that AT ALL here. Several times Ive come by with a concerning noise or something and I tell them its a few days before my payday so I really just need to know if I can make it home or not. They always get it looked at quickly and try to find the cheapest solution, sometimes a temporary one, until I can bring it back for a more permanent one.

Done with this location and probably Robertson tire overall. Been using the company for awhile and this location last probably 4 years since moving to this part of the area. Past couple oil changes have been messy. Last one left drips of old dirty oil in my driveway. They also during that oil change managed to lose my access cover. Went back and they cleaned, apologized. Tech tried to blame it on a leaky engine which has never left a drop of oil where I park it and hasnt left a drop of oil since the last cleaning. Today went in for oil change and walking out to the vehicle I could see the mess dripping off the front of the vehicle. Took a peek underneath and the crossmember was covered in old oil and dropping so they said they would get it clean. No problem but they apparently didnt have any brake cleaner in shop to clean, so I had to wait for some to be delivered. That takes longer than it should but they clean it and Im on my way. Pull onto elm and notice hood was bouncing. Pull a U-turn and pull back into Robertson tire and sure enough the hood was not closed all the way. The safety catch was the only thing keeping it from flying open.... Dont know if they just cant keep good quality techs or quality control is just not what it used to be but I guess it time to looks for other options...

After knocking off $83 from their original quote, got a nice set of BFGoodrich tires! They are made at the Michelin plant & feel like Michelins!But then Robertson wanted $1100.00 to replace the worn boots on various places in the front end. Robertson claimed that, otherwise, my alignment wouldnt hold. I just chuckled and went to another mechanic a mile away. He verified what I thought & charged $69 for alignment. Always get a second opinion before spending big bucks!

Came in for a oil change that I had gotten a gift certificate for. Ended up with power steering and engine flush only 101.00 not a bad price.

Incompetent mechanics. I bought a set of tires and asked for a front end alignment. Tires were no issue but the mechanic said I needed $600.00 in repairs to the front end in order to align the vehicle. I didnt believe them because I had it aligned not long ago. I figured with new tires so an alignment made sense. I later took the vehicle to Tate Boys on Aspen and the mechanic, who came up front to visit with me, let me know he had to do a little extra adjusting but it could be aligned with no replacement parts, just an extra half hour labor of $40.00. I will NEVER return to Robertson Tire for any reason. They pride themselves on being honest because they are locally owned, what a joke and an insult to the good people of Broken Arrow,

WOW....took my car in today 2/20/15 to get a tire fixed. They were very friendly and helpful. My wait time was probably around 20 minutes. They called my name and showed me the problem with my tire and then said no charge! WHAT...NO CHARGE...are you sure? Yes...I got my tire fixed for FREE! Cant beat that....my family and I will definitely continue to do business with Robertson Tire. Thank you...thank you!

They are a bunch of crooks took advantage of my mother who is a senior citizen.they are very over priced,destroyed wheel didnt put tires on properly and tires flew off car while on the highway Len is a shister do not go there.they purposely put you on a wait list while they ship out yur cars for other unknowns mechanics work on yur car you have to be on your toes

This shop replaced my shocks on my car. When I had suspension issues I went back. The store manager, Jay said that I had to pay $75.00 to have them check the struts they intalled. Robertson Tires use to be a family owned business and would warranty thier work. Jay is NOT customer friendly which makes thier entire the Broken Arrow Store bad. During my service, someone in Robertsons Tire Broken Arrow shop stole the CD out of my radio! Why would an employee press the eject button and replace the CD with someone else? This shop is not to be trusted! Please report!!!

We’ve gotten tire work done here for years. Not sure what has recently changed. Dropped off for strut quote and nail in tire, picked up and they replaced wrong tire. Got a very high quote for strut replacement. Said it was 4 hour job and they could have done by 5:00 pm. It was 3:15 p.m.Went elsewhere and had done for half their quote.

Fast, knowledgeable staff. Decent prices.

Have gotten several tires from here. Been pretty fast and polite.
